Lindsay Gustafson Bailey is amazing!! Shes been doing my hair for a few months and Im so impressed with the outcome every single time. She really does all the extras. My hair has gotten so much healthier since I started going to Bailey. Today I got a pedicure and it was magical. Once again Bailey did all the extras, leaving me feeling super relaxed and with cute tootsies! She had a hot cocoa waiting for me and an electric warmer for my neck and shoulders. From the beginning to the end it was pure luxury.

I had not had my hair professionally done in years and I was incredibly anxious about going in with severely damaged hair. Im talking breaking off, fried hair. It was in such a sad state, my confidence was shot. After the full treatment with Bettie and her expertise she was like my fairy godmother and I walked out with a totally new head of hair. She is absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns, she gave me so much helpful advice and she transformed my hair. I still cant believe this is my hair! Bettie made the experience so comfortable, I truly enjoyed it and wont hesitate going back in soon. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

During my first appointment with her, she took extra time to talk with me about what I wanted in terms of a haircut, color and styling and then shared with me her thoughts and suggestions. Never before have I experienced the level of communication, knowledge, creativity and passion that Chloe gives to her clients. When I needed something changed in my haircut, she heard what I said and translated it into immediate action. When I have struggled with styling issues (weird waves, etc.), she has taken the time to show me (actually trained me) how to style my hair. No one has ever done this for me. Chloe also has impressive knowledge of hair care products. Her online scheduling program makes it very easy to schedule and reschedule appointments without having to wait for a return call. I always look forward to seeing Chloe and love what she has done to transform my hair. She is an absolute joy!

Sienna Dailey I came in with about 10 pages of photos and asked Chloe if she could cut my hair like a young Stevie Nicks--could she ever!! I was so nervous since I wasnt sure if I liked the look or if I just liked Stevie Nicks. Chloe kept me at ease through the most stressful part of the transformation (those fabulous bangs!) and when I walked out of there, I was a different person. She transformed my uninspiring, high-maintenance cut into an effortless work of timeless art. I SO wish I was still living in Friday Harbor so I could revisit her salon! Rock on, Gold Dust Woman.
