Lionor Galindo Terrible experience for a french tip manicure. To begin with, I asked and showed a picture of an ombré blush pink into a milky white. She immediately did a French tip on me, so I shook it off and went with the French tip. Then she finishes my nails, puts lotion on one hand massages it for 10 seconds. She then slathers a think layer of lotion to my second hand and essentially throws my hand at me and tells me to put my own lotion on. I then look down at my nails, the French tip portion is wavy and not clean. Instead she put a silver glitter so you can’t see the poorly done white French tip. She left the gel polish on parts of my fingers. I never get hang nails and now I have hurtful hang nails after a day.
Worst experience. The gel polish is already lifting.

Marieli Pedroza As a first time guest at this business, I wasn’t pleased with their services. The individual who did my manicure seemed distracted and uninterested. They continuously looked away from the task at hand, focusing on—what seemed to me—other people in the studio.
Furthermore, I was unaware that there were two methods for removing gel nail polish (grinder or soaking) and I failed to inquire about it before the nail tech began the grinding process. However, as a business, if there are multiple methods for conducting a singular task, I would have expected them to ask me which method I preferred to educate me about the options I had, rather than assuming that because the general public prefers the grinder, then I must have wanted the grinder, too. It’s frustrating to know that the thinning of my nails could have been avoided had I been provided the options for removing gel nail polish.
Lastly, I’ve provided photos of the final product to further illustrate my point about the nail tech seeming distracted and uninterested in their attention to detail. Please highlight the varying widths of the French tip on each of my nails, as well as the differing nail shapes.
All in all, I’m disappointed in this specific nail tech’s artistry. I take this as a learning lesson to (1) be more vocal about my likes and dislikes when it comes to a service I am paying for and (2) always ask questions to avoid the risk of assumptions.

Sandy Brenenstuhl Wasn’t happy. Asked for dip. The woman used the drill to remove my old dip, and went too deep twice and it was very painful. Then my dip coverage is splotchy, meaning you can see my nail in several spots. She had to fix two nails bc of this, but there were more than two nails that weren’t covered all the way. Very disappointing.

Maribel Zaragoza This is a newer place I wanted to try. The place had no customers when we got there. You would think they would put forth effort with the only customers there. That was not the case. The pictures show how terrible of a job the male did.
