Sarah McLeod My daughter had an acute issue with her eye and I was pleased that the clinic accommodated us quickly to get her checked out. Staff was pleasant. I was very uncomfortable with how Dr. Pusateri took my daughters diaper off and was evaluating her genitals without first asking me or even telling me why she was looking in this area when the only concern was her eye. It seemed invasive and if it was necessary she could have explained the reasoning instead of just taking her diaper off and touching.

L Schreifels My first appointment with Dr. Marchette he was pretty sure that I had Lupus an auto immune disease. He went into action ordering blood tests and biopsies to determine the diagnosis. Kept me up to date. I was on my way on feeling a lot better. Within a month I was able to get the lupus under control , for it quit reaping havoc on my body. Just knowing what was happening is such a huge blessing. " So thank you, Dr. Marchetti, so much for coming to our small community. " L. Schreifels

Derek White **Review for Skagit Regional Clinic: ★☆☆☆☆** I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the mismanagement at Skagit Regional Clinic. The way their facilities are run at the executive level is nothing short of disastrous. It is evident that doctors and medical professionals are placed in an impossible position: they are forced to choose between facing complaints for being late to appointments and rushing through patient examinations just to stay on schedule. This alarming practice not only undermines the quality of patient care but also puts undue stress on the medical staff. The expectation of providing 15 hours of quality care in less than 10 hours is unrealistic, and it is only a matter of time before this pressure results in significant errors in patient care. I strongly caution anyone considering working at or receiving care from this clinic to think long and hard before making that decision. The system is fundamentally flawed, and the consequences for patients could be severe.

Melissa Labs at the new building in downtown Mt. Vernon are slow; you sit on the phone for over 15 minutes with no answer. It would be great if they would answer their phone. The one by Walmart is great!

Daina Culver I haven’t physically been to this location but when I called to schedule my first appointment with an OB the front desk lady was so rude, I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. Based on a lot of the other reviews I’d imagine she’s who everyone else is talking about. Despite her extreme rudeness, a nurse called to schedule lab work. They are so backed up I wouldn’t see a doctor until I’m 15 weeks pregnant. Considering it’s my first pregnancy, I feel like it’s pretty standard to be seen much sooner. I cancelled my appointment mainly due to the worst receptionist in history but also lack of availability

Terrica M I have no negative reviews for Skagit. I use Dr. Riojas for orthopedics and I’ve used the urgent care many times. Dr. Riojas is very funny and has great bedside manners. I literally always laugh with him. In and out. Perfect appointments.I’ve had nothing but lovely providers, nurses, and staff . Of course, when you’re going to an urgent care there will be a wait time.

Deb Caldwell I am new to Skagit County and have a complicated medical history. I chose Dr. Abraham and setup a new patient appointment. I was impressed by Dr. Abraham’s knowledge of my 40+ year history, along with his knowledge across multiple systems and health issues created as a result of prior treatments. He did not rush the appointment and let me know his follow-up plan. The follow-up and directions for further care have been excellent.

Dave De Vries Dr. David Abraham became my new Doctor the first of the year, after my previous Doctor retired ! He has literally done more for me in 3 weeks than my previous Doctor did in 4 years !! My wife & I think very highly of him !! Touché Doctor !!

Jim Rabenstein As with other urgent care facilities I expected to be there a while so I brought along my iPad to pass the time. I barely got it turned on and was called back. The nurse was very friendly and did a great job listening to me and taking my vitals. The doctor came in shortly after and asked me a few questions about my upper respiratory issues and listened to my lungs. He sent me back for a few chest X-ray’s (just down the hall). The x-ray technician was very friendly and efficient. When we were done she took me back to my room and a short time later the doctor was back with a diagnosis and ready to send prescriptions to my local pharmacy. The entire visit only took about half an hour. The entire staff, from check in to departure was very friendly and professional. Excellent service and quality care.

Kevin Stonestreet Dr. Aron Arnold was extremely helpful with an awesome bed side manner. He helped me and my wife dealing with phenomena at the same time in the same visit.He was patient he listened and he genuinely cared about our wellbeing. One of the best Dr’s I’ve ever been see by. I’m 58 years and have had 6 major surgeries and many encounters with Dr’s. Dr. Arnold is amazing in his profession.

sheryl mckay The wait time and the care were great. But what bothered me is listening to the front desk lady that had a headset talking to a patient on SPEAKER PHONE loud for all to hear. I heard the whole conversation along with private information being released as I was in the waiting room. Now I wonder when calling if my information will be released into the lobby area- Isn’t there a HIPAA Law?

Krista Carter My 17 year old son went in there on his own because his throat hurt and had a horrible cough. They did a strep test and it was negative and they told him he is just sick and sent him on his way. He told me he felt like they didn’t listen to him. So I left work and we went down the road to another urgent care and they listened to him and his symptoms and turned out he had pneumonia. Yes pneumonia. The doctor said you could hear it plain as day and it was clear as day in the xray. So yes, thank you for treating my son as a drug seeker when he is 17 and had pneumonia. Will never be going to that walk in again.

Lane Olmstead Wait was very long but I went at a popular time. They were efficient in getting my intake info so the doctor could utilize their time focused on the problem. Felt a little bit like I was being reprimanded at first then she turned it around at the end of the appointment.

mike bernhardt Everyone there is awesome. This is the best urgent care facility I’ve ever experienced. Professional and courteous staff, warm and friendly environment, and Dr. Kohl is amazing. What a warm and genuine person. I can’t say enough good things about the Station Square Urgent Care team.

victoria kravchenko My family and I all see Alina Ostapchuk at this clinic. It’s always positive experience here. From the time you walk in, the receptionists and medical professionals are very friendly and welcoming. Check in process is easy and the wait time is minimal. Alina is an amazing provider who is knowledgeable and thorough in her exams. She has many times pinpointed, figured out and resolved issues that we had. Alina truly listens. My kids and I feel genuinely cared for and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Tanya Tsym I’m so happy that I have found a family friendly clinic that’s always available to schedule when my kids need a doctor. Even though I don’t live in the area I don’t mind driving there knowing that I am in good hands. Alina has been such a blessing and help to our family- always friendly and professional! They make us feel valued and try their best to help. Highly recommend this clinic!

Kenneth Kurz This was without a doubt the WORST urgent care facility that I have ever walked into. They had no desire to help my young sons who was in pain. I went up and they asked about insurance, I told them that Ibhad United and Tricare l. They replied that they don’t take either (sorry Military and Veterans). I then asked to pay cash so we could be seen. They said that they would not help me since I had insurance. So they won’t take my insurance and then I can’t pay cash either. It’s great to see that Family Care Network doesn’t support the military and doesn’t care about the health and safety of our community.

Hunter Boston I originally wrote a very long, upset one star review about the front office staff. The physician was good at their job, and very knowledgeable while explaining. Because of him I changed my review up to 3*.

Jennifer Turner Unfortunately I believe that the Mount Vernon mental health system is horribly broken. There needs to be more accountability. I would suggest starting with the P-Pods--Unless youre using the atrocities committed there as a source of income through the PTSD created by those in charge over there. Until something is done about those P-Pods--no one in Mount Vernon is safe.

Nicholas Anderson This facility treats patients like human beings. Doctors, psychiatrists, and case workers see my loved on every day. Likewise, they allow my loved one to have comforts to make her stay enjoyable. When I visit my loved one, I am met with a smiling staff who gladly drops what theyre doing to provide us a private room. They call me and my loved one by name. Smokey Point met me twenty minutes late every visit, screened me with a metal detector like Im in a prison, and referred to the patients as "inmates." I strongly recommend Skagit Valley, and encourage you to request a transfer to this facility. If there was one complaint, it would be inconsistent food preparation. My loved one is a vegan, and the food is often sent with cheese or eggs. When returned, the food prep staff sends a plate without any substitutes, but the same ticket stating she received the correct Calorie and Carb. intake. That being said, when I asked about this, the doctor approved for me to bring my loved one some vegan friendly snacks. She can ask for a snack if her provided meal did not meet balanced status. Again, these people treat the patients like human beings.

Gracy Shank So thankful they got my dog in quickly even at 10pm and helped her as I thought she was going to die. The staff was super sweet, the price was totally fair for an over night stay. We thank you! Blu girl is doing so much better.

5-Ruehls Ruehl Our puppy broke her leg and landed us in emergency vet care. The staff here was absolutely phenomenal. We are so grateful for the kind and compassionate care that our fur baby received today.
