1 /5 Kenneth Kurz: This was without a doubt the WORST urgent care facility that I have ever walked into. They had no desire to help my young sons who was in pain. I went up and they asked about insurance, I told them that Ibhad United and Tricare l. They replied that they don’t take either (sorry Military and Veterans). I then asked to pay cash so we could be seen. They said that they would not help me since I had insurance. So they won’t take my insurance and then I can’t pay cash either. It’s great to see that Family Care Network doesn’t support the military and doesn’t care about the health and safety of our community.

5 /5 Kerry Dwin: Probably the best medical experience I ever had. I was disenchanted with medical services as a whole thanks to extensive referrals and scheduling conflicts with my previous doctors, but here, they saw me right away and even offered me a new primary care direct, even though I wasnt in the most pain I could have been. I felt listened to by everyone that saw me from the front desk to the specialist. The staff here went above and beyond too, putting in extra lab orders, calling the coverage company, and explaining in detail what everything means without skipping terms. Thank you for the stellar work. Im very grateful for my experience here.

1 /5 Brandon Taylor: I was looking for a new family doctor. I ended up choosing David Benson with Family Care Network. I was required to have a new patient appointment to establish care. This appointment was less than 30 minutes and they charged $300 for this. Nothing was done during the appointment, besides a meet and greet. They price gouge, so I am now looking for a new Family doctor.

Rachelle Miner: Having moved back to the Valley a few years ago, I had to get a new primary doctor. I wanted someone younger, and motivated and also a DO if possible. I am happy to say that Dr Hafen is all of the above. My first appt he took the time (45 minutes) for me to tell him everything about me and get to know what I was looking for. He did not do the typical "well blood work is normal, sorry" routine. It was such a relief. I have been seeing him now for a few years and am so happy that I chose the right primary for me. As a small business owner in Mount Vernon, I chat with my clients with all sorts of things. I always recommend him if they are looking for a new doctor. I dont normally even do reviews, but he deserves it.

Mary Wolf: I usually do not like going to the doctor but going to Skagit Regional Health is a pleasant experience. I love my new PCP, he really listens to my concerns. My lab draw was done with great care, skill and was almost painless, much to my surprise. The X-ray tech was wonderful too. Shout out to Dr. Matthew Acosta who really took time to know me as a new patient. ( this review is using my maiden name).

Ryan Ostrom: I have been trying to change pharmacies for over a week with no success. The phone system does not allow calls into the office. I physically walked in 3 days in a row in an effort to communicate with them and was supposed to get a call back which never happened. The portal won’t let me log in and nobody can seem to help me with it. I have no idea how anyone could work with these people. If I could give negative stars, negative one million stars would be an accurate depiction of the service. .

Laura Rex: Originally I was reluctant to go to the residency clinic, but I was having difficulty finding a new physician and landed here. Im so glad I did. I have found them very responsive and helpful and I recommend them. Dr. Kyle Walsh has been my primary care physician at the Skagit Residency Clinic and I feel very fortunate to have found him. I feel very heard and authentically cared about. I think of other Doctors in general who come in the exam room for 5 or 10 minutes and need to hurry out to their next appointment. That is not the case with Dr. Walsh. He has spent the time needed to address all my concerns even staying late on an occasion. Anyone who ends up with Dr. Walsh will be in very good hands.

Island Health - Anacortes

J Anerson: Fell on ice in my driveway at 8:00 p.m. taken in by ambulance. The care was good the exray tech and Dr B.and nurse was good. They diagnosed a pelvic fracture. My pain was unbearable. At 3:00 a.m. they said you gotta go. My wife and I explained that our steep drive was frozen over and wed parked up on the road which caused all this. We asked can I at least stay until morning when we can have our driveway plowed. The nurse said Nope. Were not a motel. So my wife got a motel and helped me get in the hallway to the room. Shes tiny compared to me. So We feel they treated us like homeless folks looking for a place for the night. We live 10 minutes from the hospital but next time we wont go back to Island Hospital. I called in today. Ive been trying to see an orthopedic surgeon since last Thursday. Bellingham said the 18th. I asked why so far out. They said Island reported on my check out I didnt have to much problem putting weight on my hip. B.S. my pain was A 10+ out of 10. The Dr .and aid knew that. My next step is getting the check out report. Im adding to my original review from my February 5th ER visit. 2 days in a motel as our driveway was frozen over, we got our driveway plowed. Called a couple orthopedic surgeons who said there 9-14 days out. No pain medicine left and no one would refill without seeing me. 3 days at home and back to the ER. Not Island. They redid my scan. Verified I had a pelvic fracture. And know pneumonia. They were appalled that I was sent home at 3:30 in the morning. 3 days in hospital physical therapy already started and any after care set up. All Island health responds with is, call our quality number. Im not done reporting there negligence.

Rebecca Redshaw: I received three emails to remind me to schedule an appointment. It had been a year since I had my original check-up. The audiologist conducting the test was excellent and professional. When I met the doctor, he hadnt bothered to look at her results (I asked what the difference was between the two tests) and told me that if they did these tests every year "all wed be doing is these tests." He made me feel like I was wasting his time. I am not inclined to return to this office.
