I had not had my hair professionally done in years and I was incredibly anxious about going in with severely damaged hair. Im talking breaking off, fried hair. It was in such a sad state, my confidence was shot. After the full treatment with Bettie and her expertise she was like my fairy godmother and I walked out with a totally new head of hair. She is absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns, she gave me so much helpful advice and she transformed my hair. I still cant believe this is my hair! Bettie made the experience so comfortable, I truly enjoyed it and wont hesitate going back in soon. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

Not only that, but damage from bleaching was a huge concern for me, and Bettie gave me amazing tips to prevent that and keep the look lasting as long as possible. Everything was great and, best of all, it was a true pleasure to meet Bettie and receive such expert care. She listened and took the time to hear what I wanted and gave me a great result. I also loved her salon - very comfortable and welcoming. Friday Harbor is lucky to have Bettie and her great talent!!!!!
