Ariel Robirts Juanita is amazing! She is quick but does an incredible job, I am so happy with her work. Her salon is gorgeous and cozy and she was so sweet and fun. Just a great experience for real. If you need your nails done this is the place to go.

Shyanne Johnson I just recently found her fb page and gave her a try and I will never ever ever go anywhere again! I am so happy with my nails. They are beautiful and I have had no issues! She has loyalty cards and is extremely personable! I will not go anywhere other than her! Her prices are wonderful for the quality you get with your nails! She made me feel like I could do anything k wanted and the price never changed! I will continue you to go to her from here on out!

Jenny Nelson She did my daughter’s nails. It was the first time getting them done and Juanita was so kind and did an amazing job! My daughter even played volleyball with them and they stayed on.

Cathy Byrd Andi has been absolutely wonderful with me! I came to her 11 months ago with horribly infected nails and 11 months later I can actually wear clear over my normal nail and theyre beautiful and the skin is all healed. She is all about health and wellness for your nails, and she takes the time and quality that someone needs to have good healthy nails. I highly highly recommend her!

E. M. Park Im older and after some knee injuries, I needed pedicures. Theres a big difference between a pedicure and what Andi can do. My nails are healthier, my feet are well hydrated and softer and Ive not had accidental injuries to my toes that have caused inflammation. She is so knowledgeable, it blows my mind. Shes great! Pricey, but great and well worth it.

Amy Kennedy I’ve been going to this salon for years, now. They’re thorough, clean, and listen to what it is that you want done. Quiet and relaxing environment. Appointment only. Two clients at a time. Lots of colors. My manicure came out beautifully, and my gel pedicures always last “forever”. If you choose to get a sugar scrub and massage with your pedicure, they’re worth it!

Mikaela Wyatt I have been to many places in the Tri Cities area trying to find a permanent nail salon. This place is amazing! I could not for the life of me decide what color to choose for my nails because we are going to Cancun and Whitney the nail tech was so patient with me and even tried one color and took it off because it wasn’t the shade I was thinking. I told her it was totally fine and she insisted that I liked the shade. They are SO kind and the facility is clean and prices are SO reasonable. I will be coming back and referring friends! You will not regret coming here!

Kay Rosson I drove by & saw this establishment & thought to myself I need a pedi. I was greeted nicely & didnt have to wait. I was seated in a very nice pedi chair. The water was just right. My technician went over the different types of pedicures available. I selected shellac with a design. My toes look so pretty & feel soft. Anytime you can get the paraffin wax, you should. Makes a huge difference to me. They only thing I didnt care for was starting with one technician then getting another 1/2 way through. I just feel bad about having to split the tip. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. Ill definitely go back for all my pedicures.

Selenia I was really upset with their work. Paid $120 for this abomination. The portion where the gel polish is all jacked is bc they laid it so thick, it didn’t dry. It was literally moldable. So I popped it and now my nails look like this. Nails weren’t prepped properly. My pointer finger on my left hand has a big lump that wasn’t shaved down , no cuticles were cut. They were just going way too fast to get the next customer in. My pinky toe nail on one was left really round and not square. They shaped my toe nails horribly. I’m not one to say anything right then and there, I get embarrassed. They will never get another dime out of me.

C J Went to Sky Nails at the suggestion of our Hotel Clerk while in town on a girls trip. Booked 2 pedicures for 5pm. We were the only clients during that time. The gals were friendly and did good job. The leg massages and hot stones were a wonderful treat to our feet. I asked for leaf design in Fall colors on big toes. Got a fantastic design. Will definitely return for future pedicures.

Mailani Harrington The application is so smooth and he did such an amazing job on my nails and hand did the flowers really good customer service too. The last picture is what i asked for and he did exactly what i wanted and took his time to make it perfect ive gone there 4 times so far and they never fail to make me happy with my nails

Dyanna Corona The place was very clean and nice looking when I walked in. I didn’t have an appointment, so they got me checked in and I was taken back right away to an available station. The woman, Hanh, she was AMAZING! Took very good care of me while I was at her station. The leg and feet massages were so good, I almost fell asleep. This will be my new place to get pedicures for now on.

H Productions I am very pleased with my experience:). I have gone to many nail salons in Tri-Cities and by far, this place has been the most professional, clean, and well mannered. The prices are very responsible too, so that’s a plus:). I paid $45 for this set, with a art design on each ring fingers. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend this business.

Hayley Lawrence I have been going to Jen for the past three years. My sister and mother also have been only going to Jen. Jen takes her time and does fantastic work. Her designs are exactly like the photos I show her. I would not attend any other nail salon in the Tri-Cities. Before I went here, I tried many other places. And Jen is the only nail technician I trust. The salon is clean and quiet. Jen only takes one client at a time, so it is always a very personal visit.

Chelsea McQueen Came here for this first time with my daughter, best friend, and her girls. The service was spectacular, the pedicure we got was so relaxing, and my full set acrylics was amazing! The last time I got acrylics from another salon, they were heavy and clunky looking. These are light and feel more like a natural nail rather than acrylics!

Lyza Nicole Finally a nail salon in tri-cities with great customer service, attention to detail and a goal to have you leave feeling satisfied. Not to mention, clean environment limitless colors to choose from. Prices are very reasonable. Good nail salon. I went with shade 041 from their pastel spring color display. Anna did my nails and was very kind and skilled.

Goretti Manzo-Kittelson Ever since I moved to the Tri-cities, I love going to T20 Nail salon and taking my daughters with me. We get our nails done and a spa pedicure every two weeks. I love the staff there, and especially love Ren and his hard work work my nails. Always smiling and super nice, he and the rest of the nail technicians do an amazing job! Also, it’s so clean, which is huge at any nail salon! 10/10 would recommend Ren and T20!

Kylee Schmook I got referred here by a friend but I’m not sure why. I went here 10 years ago and they cut me during a pedicure with a nail file. Fast forward to today I thought I’d give them a second chance. I booked online made a tell reservation everything. My technician I booked with was “gone” and so they had somebody else do my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for 11 years and never had them BURN before. My nails were on fire burning so bad. I was going to leave mid appointment but they kept assuring me hand sanitizer and alcohol would help ? It’s now 3 hours after my appointment and my nails are still on fire. I googled it and I guess she used too much primer, I mean that makes sense since it was dripping down my hand and I asked for a paper towel to wipe it off. Removing the nails is the only way I can think to stop the burning but we all know how hard it is to get a fresh acrylic set off without more pain. 10 years later and still basically don’t know what they are doing. Do these people even have licenses ????

gabrielle f Everyone was very friendly, however the prices were ridiculous for what i received. I got a colored french tip and an almond shape, $98. Base price for a full set is $60, $20 for french, $15 for shape. Price upcharges were not mentioned nor in a visible spot throughout the entire place. The nails look mediocre and they are bumpy. The color is uneven, each nail has a different amount of product. Sad because i’m usually an excellent tipper and i did not even want to spend an extra dollar there.

T Linville The place was clean and sanitary. The workers were nice enough, didnt talk to me much. Went to get my nails done for engagement photos. They are reasonable priced. A pedi with gel polish and acrylics with ombre drip was 100$. Update: Went back again for a fill. They were very rough. They made the nails very bulky and unsafely sharp. They didnt do what I wanted, which wasnt hard. Just white polish on all and glitter on the ring finger. When asked to correct all these things, they said I was fine. I wont be going back.

Arleen Miller Tiffany did a grand job. I am really pleased with my nails. Shes very friendly. It was a tab bit pricy, however. That might be the only draw back. Nice place, clean and pleasant.

ResilientLee I received and manicure and a pedicure with my daughter today from Sam. I picked out a regular polish and proceeded to receive my services. As we were sitting in the chair getting our pedicures I asked my daughter if she’d ever gotten gel nails. When I moved over to get my manicure I heard Helen telling Sam to tell me to to get Gel. When Sam asked if I wanted Gel, I said no because I knew at that point Helen had been listening to my conversation and jumped at the opportunity to try and upcharge me. When I replied “no thanks” regular is fine” Helen started going off on how regular polish only last 1 day and was visibly irritated I declined Gel. Sam did my manicure, everything was fine. While my nails were drying I accidentally put a tiny smudge on my finger. I apologized to Sam and he was totally fine fixing it. Helen began to berate me in front of another customer she was working on and lecturing me how next time they wouldn’t fix it if I only paid for regular polish because it’s my choice to only pay for regular polish and not pay for a better polish. I listened to her for a few minutes before I got tired of it and told her if her product is that bad then I wouldn’t come back. She thought that was funny and said that was fine. I decided to get up and leave after Sam fixed my nail and I told Helen her behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional and rude. She laughed and I said I wouldn’t come back. Once again she said that was fine. Sam apologized and asked me to come back and I told him I would definitely recommend him but not his rude wife. I’ve been coming here off and on for YEARS. Business must be good for Helen to act this way or she simply just hates her life now. I’ve never encountered Helen acting in such a manner and I hope she adjusts her attitude before another customer who may not have been as nice as I was adjusts it for her. Pull yourself together Helen.

Bonnie Hall My friend introduced me to this shop last summer, and I was blown away. Best kept secret in the Tri-Cities! I just took my daughter there for pedicures for the two of us. The gentlemen who took care of us did amazing and I cannot say enough good about them. They were so patient with us and made sure we were happy with everything. I highly recommend them!

Sarah Landon We had a great morning at DL Nails. Everyone took care of us for our mani and pedis. For their Grand Openjng they have new equipment and have freshened up the inside. They have new staff and checked in frequently to make sure we had a good experience. We registered online and loved the special discount for their Grand Opening. Our gel nails all turned out beautifully! Everything was clean and the chairs were comfortable. They had lots of color choices and were happy to do what we were interested in.

Wendy Lynne Great massage by Ann! They were busy but still took their time and did things right. Extremely clean and good colors to choose from. Nice relaxing atmosphere. They are reasonably priced. I dont suggest asking for a flower though, they were asking $10 just for the toes.

Cora Solano This place was awesome I went there and got my feet and nails done at the same time. And they did an amazing job even offered me a mojito. During my duration there. They also asked me how much time I had because I got the best type of pedicure that you could get and manicure because they didnt wanna take too long and they didnt. My husband dropped me off and went to get his oil changed n his truck down the road. And by the time they finished my nails. He was barely pulling up, so They were perfect on their timing. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. They do a great job. UPDATE: So at first I rated them 5 out of 5 stars. Because my nails looked great. But I will say after having my nails on for a few weeks. It really messed up my nails and all of the nails came off and not easily, look at the updated pictures. The updated pictures show exactly how each and every single nail came off an I bled and it hurt. To be honest, the customer service here is amazing. But the products they use not good. I will probably never go get my nails done here again. Because Ive never had an experience with my nails like I did with this place.

Chey Loren Was expecting something like the picture I showed them because the reviews seemed good and the pictures online looked good. However, I was disappointed. The quality of the acrylics was poor and was all over my fingers. The lines were really thick and not straight and left nail polish on my fingers. Would not recommend but the person who did my nails was nice.

Le Andra Madalena Good at pedicures but can’t do a simple design and my nail light was not working so it kept puckering the gel. Tried telling the lady but she kept covering it with clear polish like it would help. My nails were not properly filed to give me a smooth smile line. White design was jacked. The lady before me complained about the same thing… should’ve known them

Oliva Barney This place deserves 5 stars! I didnt get both of the womens names but I will be coming back. They saved my ugly nails from the 2 previous salons that did me dirty. I came in with acrylics and left with powder nails. Im so happy they were willing to fix my nails and not rush me out the door. The lady that did my nails took her time and Im glad she did. Taking off my acrylics hurt because she just used another nail to take them off instead of soaking them but I didnt care they were so ugly the quicker the better lol. When I saw my nails I wanted to cry tears of joy! Im glad I found this place. I will be coming back.

Hailey Reed DO NOT GO- you will end up with cuts. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I got a basic manicure with acrylic polish and it took them 30 minutes, 4 cuts on my hands!, I had to argue with the lady about not getting gel polish, the polish wasn’t even smooth it was bumpy and if you look at my nails to the side the are rounded! I told them I didn’t want my nails shorter and she made them the shortest they could possibly go. VERY UPSET, currently writing this while siting in the salon chair.

Diana Parra I’m not a complainer but this is by far the worst job I’ve ever received and would like to help someone who works hard to earn money and deserve their moneys worth. The lady spent over an hour and a half, couldn’t do the design I wanted so I told her to do whatever she could, all to leave my nails crooked, sloppy and cut me. There was no maintenance during the process, she just got straight to gluing. When paying she said it’s usually $80 for ombré but gave me a $5 discount because she struggled with the design, as if it made much difference. I kindly paid and left a tip as I feel like it’s courtesy. I only stopped here because It was late (about 5:30pm) and I was near by, but it will be the last.

Authenticators Rus Always do a great job for me as I have been a loyal customer for five years and have never been disappointed! Clean shop with all the best equipment, reasonable rates too! I won’t go anywhere else! They have a lovely married couple as owners, and the husband’s sister works there too, so its a family owned company, which is nice. The place can get really busy some days because they have a large loyal customer base, so you’re best off to show up on off days, rather than when everyone gets off work so they can dedicate more time to you. This is just common sense. No one can do their best when they are rushed, so be sure to go before rush hour. You won’t be disappointed! This is CATHERINE posting under my business account. Kate Hickson I had stopped getting my nails done for a year or so. Had a friend come into town and she made us appointments at another shop. They did a absolutely terrible job. Well it was time for a fill and I went back to lasting nails on 27th. I dont remember the gentlemans name. But he did a fantastic job. My nails look great, my hands feel great. Next time my friend comes to town. We will be going back to lasting nails. They are great !

Jeannean Fox I had not had my nails done in 30 years, and therefore came in with a photograph of what I wanted.. There was one employee there, and he appeared irritated that we came when we did, despite the fact that we had an appointment. I offered to just end the appointment because the nail tech was rolling his eyes etc and I wanted nails for a cruise that I was leaving for the next day, but not bad enough to tolerate bad service. The real problem came when the results of my nails were finished. My friends looked great. She had the nails that I showed him the picture of! My nails on the other hand, are big, bulky and ugly. I had to go with a certain color so that the gel wouldn’t show through so they look like Pepto-Bismol nails. The next day, another friend looked at them and asked where I had them done and “why are they so big and bulky?” Now I have ruined my nail bed for ugly nails and I’m heading for a trip and there’s nothing I can do about it. On the bright side, a second lady came out that only does the painting, and she was very sweet. Hence two stars and not one.

Ayianna Burruss I hate to leave a bad review because I feel bad but she cut the skin on my big tow down to cuticle and it hurt so bad and now it’s infected :/ hopefully I don’t need antibiotics and it heals on its own, she also filed my pinky toe too rough and that has a cut as well UPDATE its been 3 months since I got my nails done here and I still struggle with 4 of my toes being infected because of this I cannot get pedicures anymore and I am self conscious about wearing open toed shoes….

The Picky Eater Got the pearl pedicure package and I swear they messaged my feet forever it was very nice! You have to buy a 2$ file and buffer as they don’t reuse them, unless you bring your own back the next visit. Which was honestly fine to me. Manicure was also nice.

R D Went in for a pedicure this evening and it was very uncomfortable, as a person of size it’s not fun when the tech deliberately calls attention to the fact that the arm rest won’t go down, walks back and forth on FaceTime with the phone pointed towards you and then sits and takes a photo. Not my vibe and would never go back.

Jennifer Contreras My Latina family went to this nail spa yesterday and were treated horribly. The racism they experienced was beyond awful. They did not let them even look at all the colors they had available and the owner was constantly pressuring his workers to get them out sooner. Horrible service and terrible nails. If you’re Latino DO NOT COME HERE. Racist nail salon.

Stephanie Richards I usually love this place, but they decided to downsize their staff and are not as proficient. You have to make an appointment, but they still make you wait. If another person that is "more important" walks in, they stop doing your nails to do that persons. It was ridiculous. Not to mention, my nails were not done well, was rushed, and she cut my finger with the dremel.

susan stein Went for a pedi on Friday morning with mixed results. Had likely the best leg and foot massage Ive evet had with a pedi maybe even at a masseuse. Id happily pay for that. Unfortunately the pedicure and polish was likely the worst. The cuticle attention was minimal, the top of the nails were uneven and left jagged due to minimal filing and the polish application was amature. Price was on the high side. Dont think Ill be back unless i can get just a 30 min foot masssge.

Bailey Epperly Not a good service, we asked for a gel fill and one normal manicure with a gel fill too, they only gave us both a manicure and told us it “would look better”. When the man asked what color I wanted on my nails I told him that I want a white clear base and a pink bow he said that would not look good and told me to do pink and white so I trusted him. When the lady came to do the bow she ran over and quickly did it and she asked if it was ok and I said it was fine and she told me the reason it looked like that was because my nail was to small. One the second nails she wanted it matte and no gloss and she wanted an add on gel just like the photo, he hurt her when he was drilling her nails and he ignored it and went on. He told her that it would look better as a manicure and not as a longer gel so she didn’t say anything. everything was going fine until he started doing the white design on the black nail. He was looking at the photo and staring at it hard, but somehow the moons ended up looking like cookies. and the consolation in stars look like clocks. She wanted him to do, Matt, but he put gel on it and she was so upset on how it looks. She only asked him to do one hand. after he was done doing the white designs, he got nail polish all over her and it all down her hand. When we went to pay we called them before and asked if they did Apple Pay. They said they did but when we went to go and pay they said that it only excepts some cards then they asked the other girl to pay for my nails which she did and she told me I just need to pay her back. The girl with the bow paid 35 and the girl with the stars paid 55. Over all not a great nail salon.

Kristen Scott ***UPDATE* Another fun Valentines design from Mai! ** Mai (the owner) has been doing my nails since 2018 and she always does a fantastic job. She does acrylic overlay on my nails, no tips. Shes always willing to do any design I bring her. If you are looking for great salon you need to check out M&C Nails in Kennewick.

Hannah Darby Hana did my nails today and my gawd they are beautiful!!! I’ve never done fancy glamour nails like this so was a little nervous but I for sure came to the right person and will be coming back and telling friends where they can come to get gorgeous nails!
