Trudy Broadus Vera gives an excellent manicure and pedicure! Her space is clean, comfortable(you sit in a leather recliner), and private. She explained all of her unique techniques, oils, waxes, and personally developed products as she did her work. My hands and feet look and feel amazing. I chose her Japanese manicure/pedicure, with a wax gloss, but she also offers Dazzle Dry polish. In addition she gave me advice on what to do at home to prolong the results, with a follow up text. I recommend!

Olga Lubimova I came to Sacral Manicure to fix the possible damage after taking my gel nails off and was hoping to get more natural approach, while my nails heal and Vera definitely didn’t disappoint! My natural nails look so much better and healthier already. She also answered all the questions I had patiently and with the obvious knowledge, explaining all the issues and the benefits. I am planning to comeback in couple of weeks to try different services offered by Vera.

I have seen many nail techs but her work cannot be compared to the nail techs that you pay $30 for! If you are looking for a top notch experience and for your nails to last you more than 2 weeks (mine easily last me 4-6 weeks) without any breakage, chipping, peeling, etc... this lady is who you need to go and see!! From cleaning your cuticles, shaping, polishing, etc...she is absolutely phenomenal and gifted at what she does! She truly cares about your nails and will also recommend you some of the best quality products from foot care to manicure and pedicure. And I love how clean she is not only with her work but her nail salon as well! I cannot say enough how amazing and extraordinary Liana is!! I highly highly recommend her!! Laura Machado de Wright I love the way my nails look when I visit Liana or Milana. They take great care of my nails and they are long lasting even though Im rough on them! I often get complements on my nails. The studio is very convenient, clean, and there is always plenty of parking. And Liana and Milana are both very kind, friendly, and accommodating. D L M 5 Stars? I would give Tierra 100 stars if I could! My mom & I both get pedicures from Tierra. I was thrilled to find a nail tech in Washington State that had trained under The Meticulous Manicurist! We were planning a trip to Arizona to get my mom an appointment with The Meticulous Manicurist - so we were beyond happy to find Tierra in Bellevue! We could not be more pleased with the amazing services Tierra provides. Tierra is professional, friendly, and has a gentle, caring touch. My mom is elderly and has had issues with her feet for some time now. She has extremely painful ingrown nails, fungal infection, and pincer nails. Mom would get regular pedicures, but other nail techs couldnt correct her problem nails, and ended up making them worse. After just one pedicure with Tierra, my mom was already walking better! And her nails look better than they have in years. The before and after photos of moms nails are incredible! Tierra is amazing! She has a wonderful personality, and she is so welcoming and a great communicator - explaining what she is going to do and coming up with a treatment plan that really works . We both look forward to getting pedicures with her. I cant recommend her highly enough! We are so grateful to have found Tierra, I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Lisa Hahn I live in Seattle and found Tierra through a network of nail care specialists. I was specifically in need of specialized toenail care, as I was injuring myself when trying to do simple toenail care on my own. I started seeing Tierra on a regular basis for both my manicures and pedicures, so I could get the proper care I needed. I now go in every 5 weeks which keeps my toenails in check and on a healthy path of improvement. Loan helped me find the shade, cute and very February appropriate. Priced at $40 for gel manicure. Seems like a steal. Definitely recommend and worthy of revisit.

Suzyqlll What a lovely unique experience! Royal Lavender has so many special packages. I chose the Pamper Package for a head spa and pedicure. They take you back and give you an amazing head massage and spa experience. Tram was my provider and she was wonderful, very careful and considerate. For the pedicure they have countless colors. The water was toasty and relaxing and they provided me an eye mask and collagen treatment. AND a mango mimosa, what fun!!! This is such a delightful spa experience! I recommended to anyone and to any girl’s getaway afternoon!

Everyone that worked there was so friendly and kind, they have a huge selection of gel colors to choose from, everything was organized very hygienic, and the service was so relaxing. I’m kicking myself for not getting the name of the girl that did my nails so I could highlight her on here, but she was wonderful to chat with and she was very detail-oriented with her work. I’m so happy with how my nails turned out! Prices are extremely fair, and I’ll definitely have to come back to try the headspa. I’m also so impressed at how they have explanations on their website about the services they offer, and by the fun valentines decorations they had up this weekend! All-in-all, this salon is my favorite I’ve ever been to. I’ll be back for sure!

Ruby A This place is dishonest and unprofessional. They schedule me on a model price with a set price and agreement and completely wasted my time after the consultation. Telling me that it expired when my whole visit was very clearly based on that price. Telling me they can’t honor something when it’s clearly stated is insane and if they no longer needed models let someone know before they take time to come in would be the right thing to do !! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A PLACE LIKE THIS.

Tara GG I thought that this place was very clean and quiet. I did like the private pedicure booth that they had. But other than that it was really outrageously pricey. I got gel removed from my toes which ended up being an additional $40.00 which I honestly thought was outrageous. I was not informed that it would cost this much for the removal of the old nail polish, so that was a surprise. And online it listed the price for the pedicure to be $65.00 and they ended up charging me $75.00. I understand needing to charge for removing gel but at most that should be $5-10 not 40 that was outrageous. And then on top of that they kept asking me to tip. I don’t think a pedicure should cost that much. I didn’t think the service was anything super special other than the fact that they were a bit cleaner.

Kristie Tevebaugh Sad to learn the nail art woman will no longer be working there. She did a fantastic, detailed job on my nails. This was by far the longest lasting gel I’ve ever had and also didn’t seem to damage as much coming off. So, I do think the eco gel is better. I really only had to take it off because my nail growth and become so obvious but a month later my gel was still holding up!

Kate Reddy Absolutely love Secret Garden. It is my new go to place! I love the ambiance. Everyone is nice. The place is so clean, does not smell like toxic nail chemicals, and uses high quality products…all of which are so rare to find in most nail shops. I feel like this justifies the higher price point of their services. Both their manicures and pedicures are great. If you were only looking to pick one nail service..I’d go for the pedicure..it is more of an “experience”.

hitoe hattori I was excited to find a nice nail salon, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. When I got my nails done, I asked if the large nail charms might fall off easily. The technician assured me, “I’ll make sure they won’t come off.” Trusting their words, I paid extra for the charms. However, just over a week later, the charm on my right hand fell off, and a few days later, the one on my left hand did too. Now, the exposed gel design is sharp, and I’m at risk of getting injured. Not only did the nails not last, but even after paying over $120, they refused to fix them because it had been two weeks since the appointment. They told me that they could only fix it today. Even though they admitted it was the nail tech’s fault, they still said they wouldn’t fix it if I couldn’t come in today. So I have to adjust my schedule for their mistake? Seriously? The customer service was absolutely terrible. The quality and customer service were disappointing, and I cannot recommend this salon.

Wasn’t offered anything to drink while there. At the end the technician offered me some water but couldn’t really drink it bc was getting the finger nails done. The place is beautiful and clean but the service was not worth the $100$++ Still left them a tip but def not happy with the results

Sayaka K I really hate to leave a bad review here, but I feel like it is only fair to let possible customers know my experience. I booked two Acrylic Full Sets with Lina Nails for a friend and I. We both received what essentially was Gel X application of nails. This is not the way I have ever received Acrylic nails done as normally it is with a liquid monomer and powder. This is not why I am leaving a bad review, but wanted to note just in case someone is expecting the same process I usually do and not Gel X application. The reason for my bad review is the quality of nails I received. A day after I had gotten my nails done, 3 nails begun peeling off. You can see in the first photo is when my thumb nail was noticed to be peeling off and then two more peeled off similarly throughout the day. I called the business and they were happy to fix my nails so I went back the next day after that. At the appointment the nail technician was nice and buffed off and redid the 3 nails. She also decided to apply two extra coats of top coat on the other nails. Not ideal in my opinion, but I didnt want to question the professional. She suggested that my nails were peeling off because I was rough with them and even typing can take them off, but I am not rough with my hands nor do I believe typing should be taking nail polish off that easily. Unfortunately it is the day after that and as you can see in the 2nd photo, the paint on a nail has instead begun to chip off instead of peeling. This is really disappointing that after a few days and even going back, my nail polish is probably just going to all come off at this point. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I was grateful that their customer service was good. I wish the same could be said about the quality of nails that I received.

The service wasn’t rushed even though I would totally understand having to be quick— she took her time on my nails and asked multiple times if I was okay with length and shape. Everyone was so sweet and didn’t make me feel like a burden. I was shocked when I saw the nails and they came out even BETTER than I’ve ever had them done. kara Milo & Nancy were my nail techs today! Everything was absolutely beyond amazing, I don’t treat myself to luxuries like having my nails done very often, today was literally a treat and the whole team went all out..I also did the head spa package, I believe the signature..my scalp feels amazing, my hair is so soft and shiny..it also came with an arm and hand massage and it was AMAZING. Milo did my manicure and it’s absolutely stunning! I cannot recommend her enough and will absolutely be going back to her, Nancy did my pedicure today and they look fantastic as well! Nancy was really wonderful with my feet, which were in absolutely atrocious condition, she made them feel wonderful and not so atrocious! I walked out feeling like a whole new person..I can’t remember who did my head spa package, but she was wonderful as well, I didn’t even know I needed a head massage, but I definitely did!

Every time I sit down, the staff warmly asks me what I’d like to drink, and without hesitation, I always choose champagne. I get to enjoy my drink while having my nails done. Meow is the best nail artist I’ve met since coming to Seattle—no exaggeration! She is incredibly meticulous with every step and even fixed my broken nails. Meow recommended using Hard Gel Builder for sculpture, and the process was so gentle. It enhanced the shape and curve of my nails beautifully, making them look light and natural without feeling bulky. It’s hard to capture the details in photos, but I absolutely love it!
