The customer service was exceptional—every staff member greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcomed. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were in good hands. The spa itself is beautifully designed, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere that set the tone for a rejuvenating visit.
The massage treatment was exactly what I needed. The therapist was skilled and attentive, checking in throughout to ensure I was comfortable. I left feeling completely refreshed and deeply relaxed. It’s clear that the staff here genuinely care about creating an exceptional experience for every guest. We ended up signing up for the membership, because were definitely looking forward to coming back again! Highly recommend this spa to anyone looking to unwind and indulge in a truly top-notch treatment!
Hera Redmond Nails & Spa - Redmond K Somsa: I had an appointment and didnt have to wait long before someone started working on my nails. My nail tech took her time to try and perfect my nails, which turned out super cute.
However, I do feel the price was a bit steep. I had a fill, a cat eye polish, and a very simple snowflake design on 2 fingers for each hand. My total came to $80 and I tipped $10.
Ive gotten my nails done as a whole set with designs on all 10 fingers at a different place within minutes away, and my nails turned out amazing. Also, I didnt pay as much.
This place will not be my go-to because I feel like its overpriced and the quality is the same as the other place I go to for less. But if you have money to blow, you should definitely come here!
TRUCE Spa - Bellevue Rachael Luna: I had a massage, and it was…meh. Nothing special. The staff was nice, but the whole experience was mediocre. Noisy in the next rooms, too much light, the practitioner shuffled and talked loudly and randomly. The massage was abrupt and jagged, very mechanical. It wasn’t relaxing, and definitely not up to the standards of a high end pricey massage. I’d rate it 3 stars but the price was insane so my expectations were higher. Wouldn’t go back.
Bens Hair & Nails - Bellevue Novirius Tomeisho: I did Japanese straightening with Ben in preparation for an event. He did a very good job and the procedure was thorough. He even lent me a parking permit so I could park for longer than 2hrs (procedure takes a long time). Would highly recommend his service.
Miho Beauty - Bellevue wmxyuki: Miho is always my first choice to do nail.
Coco create this translucent white silver color for me and I choose the light pink for the other hand which I obsess with it now!! See u soon for my next appointment~
Nail Salon - Kirkland Janet Carr: Honestly not great. My manicure hurt because she (I believe the owner) cut them super short into the nail bed. And then shortly later all my nails started lifting up and peeling at the cuticle, which has never happened with my shellac manis from other places— it means she extended the polish onto my cuticles too much. Wasn’t offered water, my pedi was rushed and had the most half hearted massage. I was really hoping this place would be good, but am left with disappointment.
ViVis Nail Salon - Redmond Jahnvi Tyagi: Amazing customer service and my nails looked exactly like my inspo picture. Even though they were fully booked for the day, they squeezed us in. The woman who did my nails was so kind and enthusiastic and the people working there helped me pick better colors and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help, unlike previous nail salons I’ve gone to. I will go to them in the future and I highly recommend!!
The Spa and Salon at PRO Club - Bellevue Ila Nejati: I recently had a haircut appointment at this salon, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I booked the appointment, I specifically mentioned multiple times that I needed a stylist experienced with curly hair, and I was assured that the hairdresser I would be seeing had that expertise.
However, the hairdresser didn’t even bother to wet my hair before cutting it, which immediately surprised me, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she must know what she was doing. After the cut, I noticed several flaws and mentioned them to her. She told me she would fix them after washing my hair, but she didn’t. I brought it up again after the cut was finished, and she still ignored my concerns. At that point, I gave up.
She didn’t dry my hair, just applied some cream, which made it look awful. As I was driving home, I noticed several pieces of hair that she hadn’t even cut, and they didn’t match the rest of my hair.
I called the salon to request a new appointment with a different stylist and again asked to be booked with someone experienced with curly hair. I explained that, because of my curls, it’s important to take extra time to brush through the hair before cutting, so it can be done evenly. The response I received was shocking: the receptionist suggested I go somewhere else that specializes in “your type of hair.” I politely asked for clarification, and she repeated the same statement. When I mentioned that I’ve had several haircuts there without any issues and that wavy hair is different from straight hair, I was told, "We will put that on our website."
I’m honestly appalled by how rude and unprofessional the reception was and how poorly my haircut turned out. I will update this post with pictures of my hair as it is now and after I straighten it, so you can see how uneven the cut is.

La Na Nail Lounge - Kirkland Rahima: The nails were beautiful, yes. However, the customer service is anything but. After paying around $150 dollars for some sage marble nails, I experienced one snapping backwards after snagging on a blanket thread, taking my real nail off with it. That night, I was in the emergency room for a while, where they injected my fingertip with lidocaine (very painfully), then cut open my nail bed to try and reset my nail so my new nail (which HAS NOT GROWN BACK YET) starts to grow back properly. After explaining this to them, their team told me they dont do refunds. I was never told this, I could not find their policy online, and I wasnt shown it in store. I wasnt asked to sign a waiver of any kind. In addition they had recommended the gelX service, not explaining any of the downsides or upsides of it. I am clueless, so of course I went with what was recommended. After, at a different salon, the technician asked me about my nonexistent nail on my finger, and when I told her, she said they SHOULD NOT have recommended GelX service due to the length of nail that I chose as they would break easily. Frustratingly enough, even with a credit card statement, photos, and a discharge paper from the hospital, I have not received any compensation. In the end I paid 150 dollars to get my nail taken out of my finger. Isnt that wild? Now my hands look worse than before I got my nails done.
