Nadia P. Not at all what I expected. I chose head SPA option which includes according to the description: scull, head, beach and shoulder massage. I went in with a tension headache, hoping to get head, shoulder, neck massage and some hair wash. The session was 5 min of some squeezing of neck and shoulder area and 40 min of various versions of head wash. Blow dry was a rush under the hottest setting. As the result I went out with even stronger headache and greasy hair :(

Mochasucculentart I got a manicure from Amy before I left for a week long trip and they lasted perfectly the whole time. Despite me choosing a standard polish versus a gel, my manicure stayed intact as long as a gel would, and I got compliments on my nails two weeks after I got them done. Amy is very thorough and fun to chat with while she worked.

Chanelle Swem I saw Amy for a gel manicure and I’m absolutely thrilled with her work! She is so kind, accommodating, and talented. Amy was efficient and careful for the whole process. Reasonable prices, too. 10/10 would recommend Amy!

Both Alice and Bonnie are super friendly, professional, and thorough in their techniques. I always come out of my appointments feeling pampered and refreshed!

Mona M Everything was easy and smooth from the get-go. From the online scheduling, getting appointment reminders, until the end of the appointment. Alice is amazing. She was ready for me when I arrived, she immediately showed me the difference between mink vs classic lash, she also educated me on the different style like open eye vs cat eye, full vs hybrid vs volume. She checked with me if I liked the length she chose, and she asked me if anything burned my eyes which was none! She was super fast and meticulous with gentle touch and movement. The place is clean and theres a relaxing music in the background. I highly recommend her, the price cant be beat! I feel so beautiful, thank you so much.

Ruby A This place is dishonest and unprofessional. They schedule me on a model price with a set price and agreement and completely wasted my time after the consultation. Telling me that it expired when my whole visit was very clearly based on that price. Telling me they can’t honor something when it’s clearly stated is insane and if they no longer needed models let someone know before they take time to come in would be the right thing to do !! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A PLACE LIKE THIS.

Michael Antony Valdevila Machado I have had a wonderful experience with Helen and Makayla at this salon. They are both true experts in their field. I felt completely at ease during the lip filler procedure and Botox. Not only are they professional, but they also take the time to explain each step, making you feel safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place!

Rahima The nails were beautiful, yes. However, the customer service is anything but. After paying around $150 dollars for some sage marble nails, I experienced one snapping backwards after snagging on a blanket thread, taking my real nail off with it. That night, I was in the emergency room for a while, where they injected my fingertip with lidocaine (very painfully), then cut open my nail bed to try and reset my nail so my new nail (which HAS NOT GROWN BACK YET) starts to grow back properly. After explaining this to them, their team told me they dont do refunds. I was never told this, I could not find their policy online, and I wasnt shown it in store. I wasnt asked to sign a waiver of any kind. In addition they had recommended the gelX service, not explaining any of the downsides or upsides of it. I am clueless, so of course I went with what was recommended. After, at a different salon, the technician asked me about my nonexistent nail on my finger, and when I told her, she said they SHOULD NOT have recommended GelX service due to the length of nail that I chose as they would break easily. Frustratingly enough, even with a credit card statement, photos, and a discharge paper from the hospital, I have not received any compensation. In the end I paid 150 dollars to get my nail taken out of my finger. Isnt that wild? Now my hands look worse than before I got my nails done.

Kamilah Gomez-Moini I chose La Na Nail because of their design reviews. I’ve been here twice now and both times the service was great. Everyone was friendly, patient and made sure they were clear on vision before applying anything. Even when it was very busy, about 20 customers, they took their time and gave me exactly what I asked for. The salon is clean, well organized and fun decor. I get my hands and feet done once a month as a pamper day and I enjoy spending it La Na Nail. They always offer a beverage and ensure you’re comfortable. The music isn’t too loud and the techs don’t talk to you too much, I like that. I would recommend this nail salon.

Laneece Kellman Hock I was a little hesitant at first the nail tech put a few of the gel x tips on incorrectly but she did not get frustrated with me she asked for help and I have very curved nails so gel x can be tricky on me. When I walked out I loved my nails and let me tell you I’m picky and I never feel this way. I will be back, 100% recommend and let’s not forget how cute La Na Nail Lounge is.

Ila Nejati I recently had a haircut appointment at this salon, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I booked the appointment, I specifically mentioned multiple times that I needed a stylist experienced with curly hair, and I was assured that the hairdresser I would be seeing had that expertise. However, the hairdresser didn’t even bother to wet my hair before cutting it, which immediately surprised me, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she must know what she was doing. After the cut, I noticed several flaws and mentioned them to her. She told me she would fix them after washing my hair, but she didn’t. I brought it up again after the cut was finished, and she still ignored my concerns. At that point, I gave up. She didn’t dry my hair, just applied some cream, which made it look awful. As I was driving home, I noticed several pieces of hair that she hadn’t even cut, and they didn’t match the rest of my hair. I called the salon to request a new appointment with a different stylist and again asked to be booked with someone experienced with curly hair. I explained that, because of my curls, it’s important to take extra time to brush through the hair before cutting, so it can be done evenly. The response I received was shocking: the receptionist suggested I go somewhere else that specializes in “your type of hair.” I politely asked for clarification, and she repeated the same statement. When I mentioned that I’ve had several haircuts there without any issues and that wavy hair is different from straight hair, I was told, "We will put that on our website." I’m honestly appalled by how rude and unprofessional the reception was and how poorly my haircut turned out. I will update this post with pictures of my hair as it is now and after I straighten it, so you can see how uneven the cut is. I hope this feedback helps others considering this salon.

Miranda Dietrich I got my hair done for a full highlight from Alia who is so nice, amazing w blonde hair, and an expert. I also got a cut. She’s so nice and easy to talk to and listens. She gives u what u want done such as 2 inches off my hair wasn’t 5 I have gotten other places. Her prices are comparable to other salons and I have seen her 2-3 times and every time, she knocks it out of the park. For some reason a lot of stylists have trouble w my hair as it tends to pull on the warm side but not her. Shes js really good and I would recommend her any day for cutting,coloring and styling needs.

Sarah Ive been going to this salon for a number of years. Overall, Ive been happy with their services. There were some hiccups, but they course corrected along the way. For hair cut and balyage, I had to try a few stylists to finally find the one I like. Although Everytime I go their prices have increased! And its getting to a ponit Im considering switching to a different place.. Ive also done facials in the past and Jenny was my favorite aesthetition. She is very skilled and takes time to answer any questions you have.

Jahnvi Tyagi Amazing customer service and my nails looked exactly like my inspo picture. Even though they were fully booked for the day, they squeezed us in. The woman who did my nails was so kind and enthusiastic and the people working there helped me pick better colors and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help, unlike previous nail salons I’ve gone to. Katelynn Piazza Ive been consistently impressed by this salon and the quality of my manicures. Two months ago, I got extensions (acrylic tips). Ive been returning to get them filled and they last the 2-3 weeks between fills with no chipping. I typically go for a more neutral look, but decided to celebrate the end of summer with a brighter color, and the manicurist, Mai, did a beautiful floral design.

Janet Carr Honestly not great. My manicure hurt because she (I believe the owner) cut them super short into the nail bed. And then shortly later all my nails started lifting up and peeling at the cuticle, which has never happened with my shellac manis from other places— it means she extended the polish onto my cuticles too much. Wasn’t offered water, my pedi was rushed and had the most half hearted massage. I was really hoping this place would be good, but am left with disappointment.

MMCC INVESTMENTS I can’t decide if the name is too on the nose or perfect!? Regardless The Nail Salon is our new go-to nail shop! Convenient location, very clean and the chairs are so comfortable. Owner are super nice and professional. Excellent mani and pedi’s!

Novirius Tomeisho I did Japanese straightening with Ben in preparation for an event. He did a very good job and the procedure was thorough. He even lent me a parking permit so I could park for longer than 2hrs (procedure takes a long time). Would highly recommend his service.

Simone Not sure about other services but after getting a perm with Ben, I had to cut my hair as it was damaged beyond repair. Ive been doing perm for years and I also swim so I understand that there will be damaged but never to the extend that was done by Ben. It was quite obvious to me that he does not know much about hair as he insisted that I should leave conditioner on my hair and not rinse it off. Stay away!

Rachael Luna I had a massage, and it was…meh. Nothing special. The staff was nice, but the whole experience was mediocre. Noisy in the next rooms, too much light, the practitioner shuffled and talked loudly and randomly. The massage was abrupt and jagged, very mechanical. It wasn’t relaxing, and definitely not up to the standards of a high end pricey massage. I’d rate it 3 stars but the price was insane so my expectations were higher. Wouldn’t go back.

Marshall Bostons Horrible massage from Lisa. Was exactly like going to the inexpensive, walk-in, keep your clothes on type massage parlor. Not that those are inherently bad, but if you go to a luxury spa, and pay spa prices, that’s definitely not what you’d expect. Had to ask her three times to slow her pace down—it was like she was trying to start up a fire, lol. I also asked her at the beginning to focus on my neck and back, but she processed me very systematically. I felt like I was like a task for her to complete. Not relaxing at all, and it ended with her pounding the bottom of my feet. If I’d been able to melt in at all that would have been a very abrupt finishing touch. Absolutely not a spa grade massage, and felt like a wasted hour. We were there for a couples massage, and honestly the only thing that kept me on the table was the respect for not disturbing my husband’s experience. Otherwise my naked buns would have been gone after 15-20 minutes of tolerance. Pros: atmosphere was very pleasant and peaceful, and the other staff extremely friendly. My husband had one of the best massages he’s been given. His masseuse was Patrick, who was super zen. I wanted a Patrick-like person to be my masseuse, too. If you do go here query who your masseuse will be when you set up the appointment. Just do yourself a favor and ask for Patrick.

K Somsa I had an appointment and didnt have to wait long before someone started working on my nails. My nail tech took her time to try and perfect my nails, which turned out super cute. However, I do feel the price was a bit steep. I had a fill, a cat eye polish, and a very simple snowflake design on 2 fingers for each hand. My total came to $80 and I tipped $10. Ive gotten my nails done as a whole set with designs on all 10 fingers at a different place within minutes away, and my nails turned out amazing. Also, I didnt pay as much. This place will not be my go-to because I feel like its overpriced and the quality is the same as the other place I go to for less. But if you have money to blow, you should definitely come here!

Regina Song Got the scalp&hair massage but it turned out something different from what I thought. The description on its website was a bit confusing. The masseuse was nice so I left a good tip. However, I had to leave this place with my hair being greasy after the hair massage because they didn’t offer shower or locker for customers who didn’t use their hydro services (I don’t remember the exact name). I spent more than $200 for the massage I got but I didn’t feel like I was treated equally as others.

Kathryn Romley Thank you Kathy for the 5 star deep tissue massage today! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have visited yuan a handful of times over the years, seeing no one in particular and it’s always a good massage but today’s really stood out. Docked a star because the facility is really small compared to totem lake, and is starting to feel a little dated. Also wish they included hydrotherapy with all services seeing as they only have hot/cold tub and steam/sauna.

Trudy Broadus Vera gives an excellent manicure and pedicure! Her space is clean, comfortable(you sit in a leather recliner), and private. She explained all of her unique techniques, oils, waxes, and personally developed products as she did her work. My hands and feet look and feel amazing. I chose her Japanese manicure/pedicure, with a wax gloss, but she also offers Dazzle Dry polish. In addition she gave me advice on what to do at home to prolong the results, with a follow up text. I recommend!

Olga Lubimova I came to Sacral Manicure to fix the possible damage after taking my gel nails off and was hoping to get more natural approach, while my nails heal and Vera definitely didn’t disappoint! My natural nails look so much better and healthier already. She also answered all the questions I had patiently and with the obvious knowledge, explaining all the issues and the benefits. I am planning to comeback in couple of weeks to try different services offered by Vera.

Jitraporn Boonjuang Tina did an absolutely amazing job on my nails! I love the shape, and the beautiful white color with chrome turned out perfect. My nails have lasted so long, and her work is so neat and clean. Plus, her salon is super cute and cozy, making the experience even better. I highly recommend going to see Tina—she’s truly talented!

Moving to Bellevue, it was a real struggle to find someone reliable and skilled, but Tina changed everything. What sets Tina apart is her incredible attention to detail. Every manicure is flawless, and she manages to achieve perfection while still respecting my time and keeping appointments on schedule. Im constantly recommending Tina to anyone who will listen. While I typically stick to neutral tones, whenever Ive dared to experiment with a design, Tina has exceeded my expectations, bringing my vision to life. Tina is hands down the best nail technician Ive ever had, and Im so grateful to have found her. If youre looking for someone who delivers consistently high-quality work with a smile, look no further!

Shannon Cavanaugh Tina is incredible at what she does! She is very detail oriented and always does what’s best for your nails. I have been going to Tina for over a year now and I’m always so impressed. She has done my nails for all my major events (Bachelorette, wedding, honeymoon, etc). Now that I’m a mom, short nails work best for me and she recommended builder gel so we can keep my nails short but strong. I am obsessed!!
