1 /5 Superiorladi: Well I actually liked this place. I work nearby and who I believe to be Ann or maybe Annie? She and another guy are usually really nice always offering to do my nails I only come for my toenails. He is always telling me to leave my nail artist and go there and they offer 20% off blah blah blah. I walked in 5 mins late my last patient was longer than I expected. If I was to late I would have gladly rescheduled or came back another time. Ann who did my nails a few weeks ago did them so good she listened to what I wanted and attempted it. I was only wasting time my nails still looked good i just wanted a lighter base.. and I SAID THIS BUT WAS IGNORED…This time I had Kim and wow was she absolutely terrible. Everything about her attitude was absolutely horrific.. she was screaming and yelling about how she was going to turn me away but didn’t..? So she treated me bad was rough with me and when letting the water out she nicked me with a sharp object and did not even say sorry…she asked if I liked it I told her I actually wanted a French tip and she did not care.. my co worker walked in and they were so sweet and nice to her. They did not know I knew her I greeted my coworker and started talking about the office and our providers.. as soon as they seen we knew eachother Kim started treating me like a person, asking if she could fix it saying “I can put the white on just hopefully it doesn’t mess up the paint” I was like no I did not want her touching me any longer. For reference I am a young African American woman, well put together successful etc.. I think she judged me based off my appearance and then realized I worked nearby and knew this lady who she maybe thought was better than me? Anyway I told my coworker how I was treated and then it seemed like Ann started to treat her rude because Kim filled her in? the problem was that Kim was so rude and the guy with her was also rude no one listened to me I was looking for a base similar to my fullset and she gave me pink nails and did not clean up the sides my 13 year old daughter could do this better. After it was done she offered me another drink which they never do. She also did not offer me the discount that they are FALSEY ADVERTISING. I politely paid and still tipped even tho this lady is seriously the meanest person I’ve met in that area and I work in an office I get a lot of mean ppl but wow. I politely paid and walked over to my coworker told her she didn’t even offer me the discount so you should ask. She leaves and they tell her no it’s for dip powder but only.. my thing is we ONLY come for toes and we received the discount everytime. So howe’d we get the discount before? We stole it? Lol. I mean the workers are literally sitting outside begging for ppl and offering 20% off.. signs are all the way down the block. FALSE ADVERTISING..My nails look so bad I’ll be taking them off $55 bucks gone in one day and to not even offer me to come back in the morning or even the very least offer me a discount for completely butchering my nails.. pic down below. I’ll be telling everyone in the office to stop going here, they are selectively rude to minorities and judgmental. I wanted to like it here, I really liked Ann but I just don’t know if I can spend money in a place that treats repeated customer as such. Not acceptable I see why they are loosing customers. Kim.. take a chill pill! I walk passed everyday for black rock. I won’t be walking in this nail shop.. I heard there is ELEGANT NAILS NEARBY. I’ll try them out because ruby nails has some terrible customer service and unfortunately unapologetic employees.
