5 /5 Colleen LeBlanc: LOVE this place! I’ve been here twice now and each time I was treated with care. I loved my mani and the pedi I had today was one of the best ones I’ve had in a very long time. Cathy (Kathy?) got the shape of my nails to be just right. Jade took her time with cuticle trimming and callus removal on my pedi. I would also like to note that her massage pressure is PERFECT. I work long days on my feet and the massage put me to sleep lol. I will be a regular here for sure!

5 /5 Kat: I have to say its been a while since I went to a salon and had a technician who has taken the time to really perfect their work. My nails look great! The shape, thickness and polish all turned out amazing. It took slightly longer than I am used to but that is only because Ive been so accustomed to the in and out service Ive had recently. I came here for a fill after reading reviews and I am definitely coming back. Thanks!

1 /5 Amandeep Kaur: Very unfriendly and rude staff. Under the name of manicure, they’ll just dip your nails in water. Worst service. Never going back again! Edit: I paid $95 screenshot attached. As per reply to review I didn’t get any service. Design asked for is attached and condition of my nails after one week. Nail paint chipped badly.

1 /5 S N: Adding to the previous review by my sis in law, I was the one that took 2 of my SIL and niece for mani/pedi. I’ve been going here for years and had no problems before. I made reservations for us and when we arrived there, was seated right away. They weren’t that busy, but for some reason did ours in a hurry. It resulted to poor manicure for my sis in law and I got cut on my toes from that one lady (who is seating at the first manicure table next to register) who rushed on to do another manicure. All of our pedicures felt rushed. I felt bad taking my family there. Am I going back? Sad to say probably not…

JaeHee Chang: It was open early in the Christmas eve morning. The coffee was good. We also had a slice of banana bread which was soft and moist. I would like to go back for more coffee. The barista was nice. Many people walked in for takeouts. There are seats on the 2nd floor. We didn’t go up.

I highly recommend this nail salon and if anyone want to get elegant nails. Last by not least, their service is awesome!!

Anna Zinchenko: My favorite nail salon ever! I struggle with hand eczema and finding Kristina was such a God-send. She and her team are always so gentle with my ultra-sensitive cuticle. Throughout the years, Ive been able to grow out my nails, whereas before they would always break and never hold gel polish. A little about my general impressions: the sanitation is top notch, the customer service is amazing and my manicure is always perfect and lasts as long as I need it to and looks impeccable (I usually go 5 weeks between appointments). Kristina and her team are the best!

Kathryn Byrum: I only get a pedicure like 3-4x a year. I’ve tried a lot of local places in Lewis and Thurston county and quite frankly I’m usually disappointed. Today I tried out Rose Nails and Spa in Chehalis and it was probably the best pedicure I’ve had. I didn’t have an appt but called ahead and they said no problem. Everyone was friendly upon entering. The lady who did my pedicure was very attentive with trimming/cuticle care and took her time with the painting too. I did the deluxe gel pedicure and she massaged my legs for a long time. It was so relaxing. It included a sugar scrub, oil massage, wax and hot stone/towels. I will be coming back for sure. Price was consistent $60 plus tip. There was a 3% charge with card. But oh well, next time I’ll bring cash.

Mi Colchita: The worst nails done EVER, they used a small fan to “DRY” the fresh gel on my nails. As soon as I took my wallet out of my purse to pay the gel started to crack and get messy because it still was fresh!! First and last time at this place!! I just throw 30 usd to the trash, poor job and the only solution they offered was to keep my money and let my go with this nasty and horrible nail work.

Sukhbir Sekhon: I had an awful experience here. I got acrylic nails, and by the second day, the paint started peeling off. When I went back to show the technician, not only did she refuse to apologize or offer to fix it, but she actually yelled at me, blaming me for taking too long to choose the color. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly recommend you avoid this place

Zee: Rude employee (younger girl that works there). Yanked on my hand bc she was upset I asked for her to use the actual nail polish brush vs a thinner brush. Then she proceeded to ignore me after asking her nicely like 6 or more times if she could use diff brush as if I wasn’t even there or acknowledge me that I was speaking to her. Even after the owner came and said something to her in their language she continued to wanting to use small brush. Very rude then got up and asked another employee to come do my nails. Said something in their language. Made me feel so uncomfortable. I’ve been a customer here for many years. Not a way to treat customers.

Rayven Kilmer: I have been going here consistently since may (despite high prices) and they really need a more humane way of taking off an acrylic set. Danny ripped my nail off and I was left with my pinky looking like this. The part that’s bleeding is pure skin and the nail is barely hanging on…. He barely even apologized and still charged me…I will not be coming back.
