1 /5 Amber Rogers: TCC has the worst front staff I have ever encountered ! They are rude and disregard any health concerns I had at all. I called to make an appt. Because my husband was just released from the hospital and was told to follow up with his primary physician. He had a skull fracture, broke both sinus bones, severe nose fracture and 10 stitches in his finger. I was told our system is down right now, I will have scheduling call to get home in very soon (since My husband TCC current Dr. Decided to do all appts by FaceTime). (Bigest insurance scam if you ask me) I asked to have him see my Dr. Scott Roberts who is booked through June for new patients.that was almost a week ago, and I still have not heard anything! Absalutaly rediculious! My own appts get canceled quite often. I get a voicemail, after waiting a month to see my Dr. That my appt was canceled.....this happens 3 times to me within a few months. I had to call them. I am so disappointed in WA Healthcare. I work as a Healthcare receptionist, these ladies need some services customer service training! I will be looking elsewhere, even out of Tri-cites if I have to. I have to many health issues to mess around with incompetent Healthcare employees
