KL Hair Studio - Pasco Baylee Wirtzberger: My appointment was at 2:00. I was told to come back at 2:25 because the hairdresser was running behind. When I arrived at 2:30, she was clearly not even close to done with the current client. She should have just been honest and cancelled my appointment. She paused her extensions installation with the other client, sat me down, and asked what I wanted. I told her I loved my hair color, I didn’t want to change it, and that I wanted a clear gloss. She showed me “glosses” that were close to my natural color and we agreed that would work. I emphasize my hair goals were to grow it long and healthy, which was why I simply wanted a gloss.
While she was doing my hair, she asked if I had any plans that day. I told her my niece had a cheer competition that we were going to watch at 4:00. It was 2:45, so we had time still. She applied the gloss at the bowl and told me she’d leave it to process for 20 minutes.
She went back to the other client. At 3:10 I was getting worried. At some point I realized I had read 55 pages in my book, and I didn’t know if leaving it too long would damage my hair. She was still working on the other client’s extensions. She didn’t come back to the bowl until THREE FORTY FIVE!! She started to blow dry my hair, telling me about how she doesn’t like eating at restaurants because the last time she’d gone, they’d made her wait an hour. She didn’t see the irony in this.
In drying my hair, it was DARK. All of my dimension is gone. I now have flat brown hair instead of bronde caramel dimension. I don’t know if this was from leaving the gloss on for an hour or if she picked a too-dark color. She also didn’t apply any above my ears and on my temples, so that’s a slightly different color.
This was such a simple ask, I’m not sure how she messed it up so badly. I walked out at 4:10, having missed my niece’s cheer competition and hating my hair.
Needless to say, I won’t be going back here again.
V Boutique & Salon - Pasco S T: I had my haircut/color at this place about a week ago and it was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. My hair came out about 7 different colors (none of which was what I initially asked for) and the cut was not blended at all. I also asked for layers and it looks like she took the top portion and cut about an inch off without blending! She curled it before I left, so I did not see the cut but the color was noticeable from the beginning. She gave false reassurances that I would need to come in for a second trip, and that usually everyone does but she should know that a good hairstylist does not do that. If she knew that she could not do what I asked for, she should have not done it. I even suggested dying/toning it a darker color for the time being, but she said it would be fine. She then proceeded to charge me 200$, knowing full well my hair looked terrible, and out of shock and embarrassment I paid and left. Do your research on which stylist you pick. I regret mine.

I had an incredible experience with Courtney! She was so nice and gentle from start to finish, making me feel comfortable the entire time. From washing my hair with care to showing off her impressive cutting techniques, she worked with such precision and professionalism. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted, and she made it happen perfectly!
The salon itself is spacious and very clean, which made my visit even more enjoyable. This was my first salon experience in the U.S. since moving from the Philippines, and Courtney made it so much better than I expected. Her skill, attention to detail, and gentle touch made the whole process enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and professional stylist!
BE Beauty - Pasco Just Me: Susan Fangman made my dad so happy today. Susan has been his hairdresser for over 10 years. He is in hospice now, and asked if she could possibly come in and do his hair (no one ever did it better than her). She didn’t bat an eye and came to his room and spiffed him up. He had a good visit. Simply the best, thank you!
La Bella Glo Beauty Salon - Pasco Alexandra Mickelsen: I was lucky enough to have Galina and Mika do my hair and makeup for my wedding. They were worth every penny and helped to make my bridesmaid feel beautiful. After my wedding, Galina is the only person I trust with my hair. She always recommends what’s best rather then what’s most expensive. She does a great job of making you feel welcome and remembered rather then just another person in her chair. Highly recommend La Bella Glo and it’s services!
