Karen, who guided me, was friendly and informative, explaining the surgery day process. The pre-op nurse was knowledgeable and reassuring. The staff exhibited a warm and comforting demeanor. The anesthesiologist ensured my safety. My doctor answered my questions and explained the procedure. The surgery room team was kind and reassuring. In recovery, the nurses were exceptionally compassionate and professional. Despite my anxiety, this experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Trios Surgery Center.
