Tammy Mehan I am new in town and stopped by.... Hong and her staff welcomed me, they were all so nice and caring and made me feel right at home! I highly recommend scheduling here also walk-ins are welcome! The vibe of the shop is truly inviting and the services received here were exceptional!

Melanie Vang Lily did an amazing job on my nails today. Brown is my inspiration photo and white is what I got. Overall, I think the techs here are skilled. I’m very happy with today’s service. Also, shout out to Cindy for my pedicure today.

Mila Dykman I got a manicure and a pedicure. Manicure ended up great, looks amazing! However, the lady put the polish on my feet way too thick so it couldn’t even dry properly. Almost all of the polish peeled off as soon as I got into the car. She also missed a whole bunch of dead skin. Not what I payed for.

Patty Canapi Not sure why a gel manicure removal was $15 when a lady next to me got charged $5 when she asked. A bit overpriced, if I wanted to pay $65 for a gel pedicure and gel manicure removal I would’ve gone elsewhere, definitely not in Renton. The same exact service cost me $55 max in San Francisco, so either this place is overcharging in some areas or just doesn’t know how to price their services well. There’s also polish that hasn’t been completely removed. Proceed with caution.

Heather Hartfield Been here many times with fine results. Today, I had a botched gel manicure. Instead of taking off the polish, my tech attempted to file it down multiple times before having to fully remove the gel on both hands. During removal, she drilled into my natural nail (very painful) and drew blood filing on my other hand. All this while she took another client and made me wait. I was there for two hours. In the end my long healthy nails had to be cut down, and they will have to grow out fully before I can have another service. For all my trouble I was still charged $35, even though left with hideous injured nails with no polish. An absolute joke.

Off Whyte Glamour nails is a favorite of mine, I’ve been a loyal client coming here for 6+ years. I was recommended by a friend to have Kelly do my nails, Kelly is the owner and such a delight! Very sweet and kind, if you communicate with what your needs are she will do her best to meet them. Very clean and modern spa, this spa is always going through upgrades to meet the needs of their customers. Always the best products used and comfortable chairs throughout the salon. All the staff is well trained and more than qualified to meet your needs. I really appreciate everyone for their patience and the ability to fit me in last minute or schedule me for an appointment and be on time. Thank you again Glamour Nails Spa

K J Sweet staff, but terrible attention to detail. I showed examples of what I wanted and even though the salon didn’t have the exact colors, that was fine. I picked what I felt would match and the execution was bad. Total for this and a pedi with regular polish was $95 before tip.. yikes. •The tips where 3x as thick as the reference photos • the nail surface after filing was lumpy and uneven, the shaping was more rounded than pointed as shown • shaping was crooked and nails didn’t match •When I asked the tech if he could remove the dark dip powder accent nail because it was darker than the example, he said he couldn’t. Being that i’ve never had dip, I wasn’t sure if that true or an excuse to not want to restart. •didn’t reach paint to edge of nail, but stopped short • didn’t shape the french tip evenly • didn’t cleanup the excess paint under/around nail

Kinesha Johnson Service Received: Acrylic Nails Removed Cost: $20 Why I Wont Return: Customers are not offered any type of beverage. The lady said their prices change so much they don’t list them anywhere. Yikes.

Damien Valentine It was very obvious the woman who did my nails was talking about me. During the manicure where she made my fingers bleed on the sides and gave me hangnails when I had none before. She did a sloppy job, and for some dumb reason I tipped 20%. She was talking in a different language after I didnt know what color to get, what she said ended in manicure and all of the workers laughed. None of the people had any person skills and my nails have so much black and glitter under the gel nail polish.

Tiffany Rikansrud Wonderful experience today with Amber! I never get my nails done but she was so kind and did a phenomenal job. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Kaitlyn Rose Cardinal Vivian is an incredible nail tech, but all of the ladies are talented here. I’ve never once had a bad experience, and have always left LOVING my nails. Very relaxing location by the water and the owners and their kids are just as lovely as their team. All around great place to go to if you need your nails done or fixed. They offer other services as well! I have been to places nearby with more reviews, but I can assure you, this is THE SPOT to go to. Won’t disappoint.

Cristina Jaramillo I did not get what I asked for (white dip) and the nail tech refused to do white dip due to my indecisiveness of picking an accent color for two finger nails. Instead, she did clear dip (I would never willingly get clear dip) with gel polish on top. She told me that this method was better for both of us because I kept changing my mind. They are chunky, not shaped well, bumpy, and look really bad. When I called back 10 minutes after my appointment ended I asked to get them redone and they offered me a 15% discount. I will not be returning. $50 plus tip was a huge waste. I would love a refund. Day 2 and the gel color is chipping already - which is why I requested white dip! Id give zero stars if possible. Save your money and avoid this place!!!!!

Kathy G Tried this beautiful neighborhood spot today and loved it! Jessica was friendly and very detailed. She is a perfectionist and my nails look beautiful! I love them! Not thick !! My pedicure was great too! Great spa treatment and massage. They are not in a hurry and spend the time to make sure you are happy. I will be back.

Shaylyn Karan Hana is amazing! This is my first time at this salon and I’ll definitely be back. I came in for a gel-x set and the attention to detail in terms of length and shape blew me away. Everyone here is also super friendly. They’ve been in operation for about 2 months under new ownership and I couldn’t tell based on their customer interactions which shows just how amazing they are. The salon is also conveniently located with plenty of parking. Highly recommend this salon!

Magen Ervin Uniquely rude, prejudgice and possibly racist. We came in excited as new customers but quickly fizzled to feel judged and penalized based on nothing we did. Refusing to provide service until we paid in full in advance. Who does that? The following two customers were not forced to pay up front. My daughter felt extremely hurt by this behhavior and will not be coming back. The pedicures were decent. They really didnt care to ensure they were dry though or give the to go sandals. My sons eyebrows are crooked. I tried to explain it is his first wax so please be gentle. They were the exact opposite. They didnt even let me know it was being done. I wanted to observe.

kummrun hossain They did not do what I paid them to do. I wasted $25 dollars on a manicure when all they did they did was buff my nails and cut them. I could’ve done that at home and saved myself $25 dollars. Please anybody seeing this review do not go there. I’ve never gave a review before this is my first review in my life and it’s all because of how poor the service was. I bought my own buffer for my nails and went back there to show them what they didn’t do. And they said “Oh you wanted this” and pulled out a buffer. Now I’m standing there thinking ‘why didn’t you just do this in the first place’. They also didn’t have the courtesy to even apoloigize for robbing me. THE POINT IS please save yourself and go to another nail salon.

Ksenia Horrible!!! Do not come to this establishment unless you want to be mistreated, have worst manicure, bad service and horrible customer service. They also drunk alcohol while operating the business even gave one can of the beer to one of the customer because of the owner’s birthday. Don’t you suppose to have an alcohol permit if give alcohol to the customers and is it okay nowadays to drink alcohol while operating sharp object on customers???? They did my manicure with unsanitized(previously used) tools. all my nails were differently length sized, the powder color started coming out the same evening on 3 nails, I came back next day to request to redo them, to what they said to come back in the morning next day as they were busy that time and when I came back in the morning next day they said that the owner who supposed to do it for me , left the salon due to emergency some kind of stuff, yelled at me that it is not their problem, that they are not owners even though there was that girl who did bad job in the first place, no sympathy, no apologies, just ignored me and said leave the salon. Me being a mom of a toddler who does not have a luxury to stop by any time and chase the owner to redo my nails, that I already did twice, Is ridiculous.

Ronda Price I always have a great experience @Unique Nails. The staff is Amazing. Lisa the owner, will set you up with The Best Designs. You are always going to get a great Mani or Pedi. Beautiful full sets and quick and beautiful fills and colors. Very clean environment. Always ready for me and Hawks season. Been here for my nails for the last 3 years and I would recommend Lisa and Unique nails to be the official Hawks nail design salon. #GoHawks. I have also seen some beautiful prom nails, wedding nails, and just your all around everyday make me feel like me nails. Walkins available but getting an appointment works best for my schedule. Only posted 2 photo. Other services I havent listed But trust me, a must stop salon.

Rebecca Moss I’ve never had a bad set from here. Whenever I’m there I’ve never felt like they were rushing to get me out of a chair and my nails always look fantastic. This last set was like she took exactly what I was thinking and copy and pasted it on my nails. I originally picked the wrong color to make this happen, and she made sure we could make it work! I’m totally spacing on her name (I’m sorry!) but I’ve gotten so many compliments on the sets I get done there.

ashley I have been coming to Cacie Nails on and off for a few years now. They are definitely my favorite spot in the area! All the ladies there are great and can usually get you in for a walk in with a minimal wait but I’ve started booking my appointments ahead of time because Jenny is my go to girl! I normally just get gel polish and keep my nails pretty short but she can always work her magic and get some creative designs on there. There is no other place I’d trust to make my nails as fun and perfect!

Tanya Charles Asked for Umbre acrylic nails, and charged $20 more for it, over the regular fill prices, they wanted to paint rather than powder blend the acrylic. Said to just change it for French and was told it was the same price for French and that was not powered just pained. The cost was way more than it should be for what was done. Also, my nails were chipped, the acrylic was separated, and the tech did not follow sanitation and clean it correctly. Will never go back. Be aware of low-quality procedures that keep your health a priority,

Monica Miranda The worst experience I ever had at a nail salon I got a full set. I didn’t like how my nails came out, After spending three hours there. I went back the next day to take them off, And she still charge me $40 never coming back.

Clyde Klotz My 1st manicure ever as a man. I was left with 2 bleeding nails and 1 scratched one .....and they all looked hammered when done. This is the worst nail experience of my life. Is this normal?

Lusine Harutyunyan If you are looking to get quality acrylics done, get an appointment with Maya. She is detailed and very skilled! I have been to probably every nail salon in the neighborhood and she is the only one who can do what Im looking for. No lifting or chipping.

Savannahrae They were very humble and gave me amazing service. I dont like my nails too long, and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Both employees made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, and, lastly, the price was not too bad.

Jen Nance I wish I could honestly give this place more stars because they were very friendly... however, I just got my nails done yesterday afternoon and by dinner time last night, my nail polish was already cracked on several nails.

Jazmyne Peters Google doesn’t allow for ZERO stars so I’m stuck giving a false one star.. Horrible. Wont be back. First of all I had an appointment for myself and my mom and when we arrived we were made to wait post my appointment time. Today’s my birthday and the lateness of my appointment has caused everything to be pushed back. My mom ended up canceling her appointment because of the lateness and the blatant no regard to my personal time. Nails aren’t what I expected either. Very rushed. Won’t be back to this establishment. I also noticed the respect and service that was given to others that don’t look like myself (non African American clients) didn’t match what was given to me.

Maria Barboza First time that I went to this place and definitely never going back. When you are paying for a service (which is not cheap) if yours nails are not looking good in the end you at least expect for a good customer service. I told the lady that was doing my nails that I didn’t like my nails thick, she was trying to do more natural, but totally BUMPY. When I asked her if she could fix it she started yelling at me saying that I asked her to do that. Not only yelling at me, she started SLAPPING ON MY HANDS, because she said that I wasn’t listening to her. Like, what? She said: I’m gonna put shellac on top of your nails and you get out. I wasn’t trying to do not pay for my services, if I went to a nail shop to get my nails done because I was treating myself after a long time and I work hard for that, I just want my nails to look good. Customer service less than zero.

Lucy Anne Brown I am changing my 5-star review to ONE! After eight years of going to Fancy Nails for my acrylic nails, I had some bubbling of my gel polish a few days after getting my nails done. The tech rushed the light cure part of the process. Usually, my nails last for four weeks! When I went in to get it fixed, the tech said I needed to pay what it normally costs for a fill! I asked why I should have to pay for her mistake! The owner, who also does nail work, did not say anything to me to say that they would make this right. She spoke in another language back and forth with the tech. I can not go back to Fancy Nails because they decided to treat me with disrespect and contempt. Why would you treat a long-time customer who has referred business to you this way? Why wouldnt they just own and fix their mistake?

Jullia Kim I walked in without an appointment today, and asked for some clean up and a coat of polish, and I was sat immediately. We got more fun with it, and I was expecting it to be more than it was. Very affordable, and very kind staff. Thank you for your hard work. :)

alisha dechand I wish I could rate this place a 0. The worst experience/ nails Ive ever received from a salon. The man who started my nails made them misshapen and bumpy. He kept cutting my hands and was very rough. I kept pulling my hands away and he would hold on tighter. The painting that was done was terrible. The gem placement was terrible. They ignored any feedback from me and kept doing things wrong. I will never come back.

Jackie Treat Wow! This is the place to go for a pedicure! They took their time, helped me with a really pesky in grown nail (I’ve asked for help at other places but they’ve always been to worried about hurting me I think that they never do much). Foot massage was lovely, staff really kind and encouraged me to stay as long as I like on the massage chair to read my book. And all for a way more affordable price than I expected. Tip well, they deserve it. My go to place now for sure!

amie isbell Not a good experience at all. Took my girls and we all got our nails done. Not only were were there for way longer than we should have been but my nails are not at all what I wanted and the prices they have listed and posted online are not accurate. I showed them online that it says one thing but the lady said “no that was before” before what? You should change what your sign says and what it says online. Not happy at all. I would not recommend going here at all. I never leave reviews but this was a major disappointment.

Nicole Danley I have been coming here off and on for 4 years, so I generally think I know what to expect. My nails were not great today. I came in for a fill and not only do they not look good, but she charged me $45 for it when its normally less. I paid it, of course, but I dont plan on coming back. My nails look splotchy and I had her apply glitter except she used black gel nail polish to apply it instead of using the clear top coat like usual, so the holographic glitter is covered in black fingerprint lines. Im really disappointed. I came here to get fancy nails done before New Years and right before my birthday, and Im going to have to paint over them because they look that bad.

I had the pleasure of visiting Highland Nails Salon for the first time, and was absolutely blown away by the incredible service I received. Monique, the nail technician, and V, the pedicure technician, truly went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional care were impeccable. Monique’s precision and artistry were outstanding, and V’s pedicure was relaxing and flawless. Both ladies made my experience not only enjoyable but unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending your salon to others! It only took seven salons later to find the perfect salon for me!

Gia Casey They cut me when they were cutting my nails and again when they were filling.no apologies just frustration. And tried to charge me more until I had to point it out on their own pricing menu. The lady was really rude and pushed and pulled my legs and hands to where I had to ask her to stop. Twice. They will not be getting any more of my money

K N One of them accidentally cut too deeply into my finger when taking my old acrylic off and it started bleeding. All he said was sorry but they charged me full price after I got my nails polished and so I came in the next day because my finger hurt so bad all day before (even now) I wanted to get my money back. He said he would take all the polish off to get my money back. And so I got my money back since they took all the polish off. I feel that they care about their business more instead of caring what they did wrong to me. And they weren’t even nice about it. It’s not how I wanted to be treated in a salon. I wish that they kept my polish on and gave my money back after what they did to my nail.

JOSH MEJIA my wife went in t get her nails done she showed the lady a picture of what she wanted the outcome wasnt even close i called and spoke to the gal and asked her to just remove them because they looked nothing like what she wanted she was really upset and ended up cutting my wife with the nail clipper as she was removing them SHE WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE........i posted pics to show everyone

Carllie Taggett Sunny is an excellent eye lash and nail technician! She runs a very professional and customer service based business establishment! Some of her specialties are chrome, ombré, and marble nails! I highly recommend getting a pedicure as well.

A S If I could give this place zero stars I would. When I was waiting for my pedicure, saw man who was complaining about something hurting and saw a lady who said she was grabbing him a band aid. That same lady did ny feet. Got a Shellac Classic Pedi. First and last time there. She cut my 2nd toe on my right foot and proceeded to try to wipe the blood off on a towel. Didnt apologize for it, just said its only a bleeding a little bit. I called and spoke to the manager, the gentleman and he apologized and said he would give me a discount next time. No thanks! Going to pray to God that it doesnt get infected.

Jordynne L I had a wonderful and quick appointment! I got Gel X nails with a 3D flower design and a French tip pedicure, all in 2 hours. The service was great and they took their time making sure I was comfortable and liked the design! It matches my inspiration picture perfectly

Taylor ABeauty Where do I began! This place is just not professional!! OK so I called at 5:30 to see if they could take a pedicure and a manicure I needed my nails done and they said yes if you come now we will do it so I came right away and when I entered they asked me OK you want pedicure and manicure I said yes and I wanted to get my nails done as well and then they turned and said oh no you want full set we cannot do but when I called asked them if they could they said yes! They ended up doing it anyway and when I tell you it was the most painful full set manicure I had and it wasn’t very painful and the application was not that good! I will show pics! Don’t even get me started with the tools they used unclean tools on me nail trimmer nail clippers ect! For this high end looking place it was ghetto! They charged me 88 for them! They are beautiful but could be better for the price! I will be coming back for another chance because I believe in second chances!

Candis Dover Lotus Nails Spa was a awesome experience! The atmosphere was high frequency. I found the staff to be a breath of fresh air.! In my opinion I found them to be knowledgeable very professional and courteous. Im so happy I found them!

Lauryn Pierce Lotus is the BEST nail salon!!!! they are incredibly sweet and pay attention to detail. I just got the gel 3D flowers/design that’s been super popular lately and they KILLED it!!! they always do such an amazing job, i will never go to a different place to get my nails done!!

Jules Thom I came here for years because they were the best. I went in and requested a matte finish with glitter on 2 nails (for which they charged extra). I questioned the technique while in the salon (matte nail was splotchy, no top coat on glitter). She conferred with other staff and added another coat over the matte. The matte is not matte. (I did not realize how far off the mark they were until the next day when I was already out of area.) The have a dull shine and just look like a bad polish job. The glitter was flaking off within 24hrs. I called the salon to see what can be done. (I live out of area but come to the salon once a month when in town for work.) I was advised that the manager was not present so I should message them on IG (wtf??). So I resurrected my closed IG account in order to address this issue. I got no response. Sadly, after years of loyalty to this spa, I will not be going back.

Thao Nguyen THIS PLACE IS A FREAKING JOKE! DO NOT EVER COME THERE. I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. The salon itself was dirty, and I noticed they did not clean or disinfect their tools between clients, which is a major concern for hygiene and safety. The overall environment felt unsanitary, and I wouldnt recommend this place if you value cleanliness and proper nail care practices.
