Heather Very cute place with a nice atmosphere. We got four pastries and two drinks. The two drinks were pretty tasty (however, my mother is pretty sure they didn’t add the lavender flavoring she ordered) and my chai was good. Three of the four pastries were delicious. The eclair, goat cheese and herb croissant, and lemon cream danish were very good. The gougère seemed to be a little over cooked and we didn’t taste any cheese within it. The staff were nice, and overall it was a pretty good visit!

Tibor Prepare yourself to have to pick your jaw up off the floor… Super friendly staff make you feel welcome and you will have the hardest time choosing what to take with you! The apple danish was fresh and beautifully made with the most crisp flaky pastry. The canale was really fun with the crispy exterior and a soft almost custard like interior. You could literally come back every day and get something different and be wowed each time.

Gabby Wine gal “Mrs G” Smooth delicious coffee beans. I like my coffee really hot. It was warm. I ordered a mocha. Next time I will ask for it extra hot. Any pastry you pick you won’t be disappointed. The best in Walla Walla.

Aurelio Morales I got a my eybrows and neck waxed and it turned out really clean. She is a great at her job and provides a relaxing atmosphere. I love coming in for a body massage as it helps aleviate thight muscles from working out and everyday life. I would recommend booking an appointment

jeanette brown I’ve been seeing DODIE for quite sometime now and she never ceases to amaze me with her talent! I just go in and totally 100% put my trust in her, Dodie’s honesty is based on your best needs and tries to save you money where at all possible. I’m a Betty club member so I get all the great perks they offer and discount on all treatments and products all for just saving your money for you so you don’t notice the money your spending. My Daughter sees Lauren the Dermatologist for her acne and it’s all gone thanks to Lauren and the medication and advice she gave. So my 13 year old can now walk arowith her head up high. Don’t hesitate to visit Atomic they’re all amazing!!!!

Shawna Cobb The place is my to go in Walla Walla. I have had Dodie do my Dysport a few times and it always looks flawless. ALSO, super fun - I visited one of their events and won a tube of Versa filler for lips. I had Dodie do them and love them. Ive also been here to have Lauren & Lacey check out my moles to ensure they are normal and got a skin tag removed - great experience and super comfortable. The ladies that work here are genuinely kind and warm-spirited. I love going to a place that has such a loving, judgement free, yet professional demeanor. If youre looking for treatments in Walla Walla, I highly recommend!

Angelique Chartier I have been to Diana for help with pain and discomfort experienced during pregnancy and outside of it as well. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work. I always feel better after a session and am walk out feeling amazing! You wont regret trying reflexology!

Shawn Hanley Sheila is wonderful. She knows her craft and explains everything to you. I don’t live in the PNW but make it a point to go see her every time I visit my daughter in Walla Walla. Truly, I can’t say enough positive things about her.

Schae Sherlock I booked the balancing act- combination facial with Sheila & it was amazing! She is super sweet & very skilled! She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable & relaxed the whole time (which I totally was) it was a very nice & long facial (over an hour long!) the time flew by! & when she was all done I was the most relaxed I have been in years & my skin feels great! Will definitely book again!!

Myra Mayer My Dad had very dry feet so treated to foot spa. He said Sheila was awesome and very tentative to removing calluses, great pedicure, and moisturizing feet. Owner is very knowledgeable on perfect services.

Charity Houston The service was fantastic, and very affordable! I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed and the technician did a fabulous job on my nails!

Marlene Perez I wanted for 1 hr and 25 min to get a mani. I waited that long since my friend was getting a mani/pedi. As she was getting done I was still sitting there with foils on my nails. I’ve actually never been so frustrated and disappointed. I won’t ever go there again. :(

Mackenzie Brown Getting my pedicure here was to level of what I could do at home, which made me super sad and frustrated. I ended up going elsewhere to get that fix and also had removal of my acrylic due to not being what I wanted and asking multiple times if they could do it painted gel French tips and they said yes, but they did not and didn’t have a chance to say no to the white tip extensions as I was already uncomfortable about complaining which I guess is on me. They were also way too short than I wanted and uneven, I ended up having to pay $95, didn’t tip. Never again cheating on a nail tech. I could have gone to Walmart and bought the kiss nail kit to get the same quality. Also when the removal acrylic was done I had a bad reaction to LT nails acrylic ( never have I ever had that happen in the 15 years I’ve had acrylics done all over WA and OR)

Jamie Serrano It was my first nail experience since moving to the area and honestly I won’t go anywhere else. Sonny and his team were very accommodating. The salon was very clean. It was great walking into a cooled salon. I’ve been to many nail salons that are hot and uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly. The other patrons getting their nail services done all seemed extremely happy with the staff and their work. I got a pedicure and it was great! My tech was very friendly and did a wonderful job! I’m so glad this was the first place I tried! It’s a relief to know I won’t have to keep looking! You should definitely check them out for your nail needs!

Social Media My name is Mackenzie B, Sonny and His Wife always do my nails and they always do a perfect job. Only place I trust to go to here in town. Definitely recommend them and they have fair prices for acrylics and pedicures, and the work for pedicure varies on level and also if you want regular polish and gel polish, but overall they do amazing work.

Teresa Santos The new owners of Serenity spa are absolutely amazing and I would not go anywhere else. Sonny does amazing acrylic nails and just about ANY designs and can do 3D flowers. I also highly recommend the Serenity hot stone pedicure. Very nice clean salon, excellent service. A+ loyal customer for life.

Cin If I could leave a 0 ⭐️ I would. The lady on the left side as soon as you walk into the door did my nails. I asked for a French tip and a silver sparkly line square shape. When I was “finished” I looked and I was like ughh that’s not finished, There’s literally acrylic powder inside my nail that is not dissolved. She looked and said “No there no powder it looks fine there’s nothing there it’s fine” I said no that is not fine! I told my mom to have her nail tech come see if these are “Fine”. He came over, Looked, POINTED IT OUT TO HER AND SAID YES THEY NEED TO BE FIXED. she was so mad that aggressively removed the acrylic burning my nail so bad then added more acrylic without properly removing everything so the problem was even worse. She then tells me “Go over there” shoving me off to the other nail tech. He looked at the nails and began removing 3/4 of my acrylic because none of them were the same size shape and not even the silver line was the same width or length on any of my nails. The issue was the acrylic powder was incorrectly applied and the problem was never solved. It just got worse and they refused to remove the nails and apply them correctly. I sat there for 2 hours for them to laugh in my face physically cause me pain and waste $70 on nails that are an embarrassment. Now I have to go pay $100 to take them off and have correct nails applied.

A H I love getting my nails done with Nina, she does it perfectly! She does a great job cutting my cuticles and never makes me bleed. My left hand and right hand always look like twins, not just sisters or cousins. The nails are perfectly straight, never slanted wonky. I don’t feel like these are high expectations but apparently it is because others are not meeting them.

Rachel Smith Called ahead to make an appointment for two different services and had to wait 20 minutes in between services while others who walked in got taken care of before me. Left my hands looking like this while charging me $75???? Gel still on my skin as well

Lori Mitchell Been going here since I moved into Walla Walla about four years ago. The ladies always make me feel welcome and do an amazing job on all services provided. I understand that they are not a walk in type of place so you must call ahead when wishing to have a mani or pedi, but well worth the phone call.

Jamie Wallingford Went in to get an original full set taken off so I wouldn’t have to drive to tri-cities where I normally go. I called and made an appointment, not walk-in. They answered the phone kindly and got me in right away.. WITH NO RUSH behavior. Paid close attention to what I wanted and very detailed. Respectful, clean, and polite staff. The manicure was great after my take off. I was very pleased. Great job!

Troy Hein Im so pissed off right now . My fiance and her friend went to MS nails yesterday to get her nails done for her wedding tomorrow. Yesterday evening she noticed the nails were coming off and were not even shaped or cut evenly. She went back today and asked if they could fix them since they dont do refunds. They then took her back to a table, to fix them. The gal then started cutting off all the tips. She then stopped and said she wasnt going to fix them. They gave her money back. But while doing so the man laughed at her. I can not believe a business would act so unprofessional . She did not go in there angry she just wanted to receive the service she paid for. MS nails by far is the most pathetic excuse for a nail salon . So very unprofessional . What nasty human beings . Please take your business elsewhere.

Jaycee Poppe I’m new to the area, and have maternity pictures this weekend. For a treat decided to get my nails done. Google searched, read reviews, ended up at MS nails. I am dealing with crooked nails, uneven filing, not the shape I asked for, there’s sharp spots from the filing not fully being done properly that are highly uncomfortable. Bubbles in polish (which I know can happen) underneath the nails also have uneven filing, which snags on stuff. I felt like the tech was in a rush, and didn’t care for the outcome of the services I was paying for. Definitely don’t recommend.

Al M Got an amazing pedicure. They definitely take their time to give a good quality service. Just note that they are cash only. The basic pedicure starts at $45 and I think it was on special.

Destiny Mancilla I’ve gone here countless times and never once had a complaint or issue! Lupe is very skilled, professional, understanding, and kind. It’s a great place to go and have a great time rather than an awkward, anti social couple of hours like I usually would go through. I’d definitely recommend her if you’re new to nails, or have been getting them done for years and just want a personal connection with a great nail tech. Just know your in good hands here! 10/10
