For my nails Lee perfectly matched my reference photo, her attention to detail was amazing, and I was very picky. Looking forward to going back, highly highly recommend!

Courtney Lee was amazing!! It was the best experience. My mom and I came here today to get our nails done they fit us in last minute and they were more than accommodating! They listened and was happy to help in anyway to make sure we liked the service! The customer service was like family. I would definitely recommend this place! Gentle, clean and comfortable. Sydney Williams These are my beautiful nails the last couple of times that I’ve been here!! They always go above & beyond of my expectations or the pictures I show them. For the amazing work they do, the prices are extremely low & affordable. I live about two hours away, so I make the drive just to get them done along with lashes and waxes done at other places. Again I love it here & won’t be going anywhere else for manicures & pedicures. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Gdess 2001 Amazing work. Im definitely coming back. Service is great. Ive been going here for a while now. If I found myself wealthy tomorrow I would still continue to go here. In fact i would have the staff travel with me for all major events. They are lovely and their work is impeccable. They can do almost any design just off of a picture. True artists.

Ashley Nicole Went here for the first time last week. Mani & pedi w/ gel was $100+. -1 ⭐️ because it is pretty pricey for just a regular mani pedi w gel and the owner was very persistent about their new acrylic nails even though we told him no numerous times. Also, if you don’t like dogs or are allergic don’t come here they have 2 dogs in the salon. Didn’t bother me but I know not everyone is okay with dogs.

Autumn Nguyen This was my very 1st time at this nail salon and staff were timely and hospitable. I was going to do a French tip originally but loved the look so I kept it the original color. I did the collagen pedicure and received a glass of wine while being pampered. Selene did amazing and the owner laughed with us while we were getting our nails done. It’s a bit of a drive for me but will go back.

Ali Sanders These lady’s are amazing!!! The pictures I provided aren’t amazing but these are the best nails I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done for years. They were so sweet and before we began asked if I needed anything to drink. I was paired with Emy and she was incredible, every step along the way she asked if I was happy with the process and made me feel completely comfortable to ask if I needed anything changed. Everything I noticed that I would have mentioned I would like changed, as I was thinking it she would move on to fix … literally a mind reader!! The shape, color, and overall result are exactly what I wanted. If you’re looking for a place you can rely on this is definitely the place … I’ll absolutely be coming back.

Tina Tricks I had a fantastic experience at Asia Nails. The salon was clean, the staff were super friendly, and my nail technician did an amazing job. I was lucky that day and got to be their first client to try cateye polish! Asia Nails is the salon with the biggest selection of nail products I know and ever seen. They seriously have everything and keep up with latest treads. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service!

Nichole Womack This was my first visit as this salon, as I was meeting up with a friend. The reviews in this place had me confident enough to book an appointment for us. I’m not sure who everyone else used but we were both extremely let down by the three ladies who did ours. The two ( I did not get their names) who did my pedicure and the dip on my nails need some more training at least. The atmosphere and the people working there are extremely nice, my review is based upon work only. Starting with my pedicure. I injured my big toe years ago which broke my nail dang near in half. The healing fused my skin in the middle so I get build up there easily. I told the pedicurist that she couldn’t clip that nail but file only. She filed every nail instead of clipping. When I inquired about it she then told me “ every nail is like this” pointing to my big toe. I then told her “ no you can clip the rest like normal “ I get my toes done every month, so I know it can be done. She responded “ your toes to small to work with clippers” I let it go after that. She left a lot of my previous color on my toes and just painted over them. Basically paid for my feet to be washed and painted. Now for my dip, I requested at the start for my nails to be soaking before I sat for my dip. I know some salons apparently like to grind everything off and my nail beds are sore after that. So I like to soak in the foil and acetone while I get my toes done so that all the dip powder slides off when it’s time. Not this time.. they foiled wrapped like normal, but she was in just a rush that she came back over several times removed the foil and filed away. Needless to say by the time I made it to her table I’m already upset over my toes and the fact that the didn’t listen on my nails I wanted dip with gel polish. She used colored dip. I had the gel polished picked out from my toes. She left jagged edges, dried dip powder in my nails, bubbles and grit from the powder being set, I’ve got uneven nails, my actual nail looks wavy and then I’ve got uneven application were she was trying to cover the side of my nail where she as well left old color and previous dip powder that she couldn’t get off. I had to do some of my own filing on the sides to just get my skin separated from my nail. I’ll never be back. Again, they were nice and the place was clean, but the quality I got left with was not worth the price I paid.

Foul-Mouthed Frankie I hadnt gotten a mani/pedi in a couple of years due to an unfortunate experience at a different salon, nothing I blamed the salon for because Im diabetic and prone to infection, there was a small nic that unfortunately got infected. Sadly, it made me reticent to get one at all after that. My mother treated me for my birthday and I decided to give it a try. When I told Tina about why I hadnt had a salon service like this in a while, she was extra careful and between her and Amanda, I had a fabulous return to a salon experience. And after all the fabulous treatment, I got my eyebrows waxed (fixed) and they look fantastic now. The entire staff was friendly and it was a wonderful day for me! I will definitely be returning!

Jacqueline Sweet I originally got a gift certificate for Cathys and have been loyal ever since! Im a bartender and new mom and they understand I just want to sit and relax. Deal or No Deal is always on the TV and Ive grown to find it very comforting.

They even talked with my little babygirl who started getting restless, they did not stop me from breastfeeding I will be back without my little one of course.

Jarraf Leila “Sunny” Loved it!! The people there are very nice and accommodating. I came in with a blurry idea of what I wanted, and even with my unclear vision they still managed to do a great job. They have a cute selection of stickers-- I went with a Halloween theme-- and I love how they glow under the light. I posted a version with/without a light source. Even without, the ombre that they did still looks fantastic. Seeing them at face value, I already adore it. But once the sunlight hits them, and you start to see the stickers and the red pop out, its a whole new layer of adoration. They accept walk-ins, and the pricing is very fair. Also, right above where theyre doing your nails theres a giant TV with a silly little show playing on it. Even though Im not interested in TV, I found myself invested and not even feeling the time of the process. All in all, it was a nice experience.

Ezra Mars Got a cat eye gel manicure and had a great time. The person who took care of me was very careful with my stubborn and sensitive cuticles. The final result looks freakin sweet, definitely coming back!!

Emma Temples This is hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I went here after reading some great Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I’m an avid hiker and had rough looking feet, to include plenty of blisters. Hana took her time and was very detailed. The prices were reasonable as well, with the top tier pedicure option being $34. This will now be my go-to place for any nails! I highly recommend. (P.S- please don’t judge my Chaco tan lines).

Sally Stewart I have always had great service at a great price and get treated the same regardless of of they are busy or not. My nails are fun and always well done. Family environment, high quality and overall fantastic experience!!

Diana Petrukhina In the past few years I’ve gotten my nails done all over the USA. I have never been more impressed with any salon than I am with this one, though. I came in as a walk in and was immediately taken back, and Sue did the best job I can imagine. The attention to detail, and true mastery of the skill was impeccable. I’ve never had anyone truly take the time to make sure that my nails were perfect before, and I am in awe of what a great job Sue did.

Alyssa Wong They did a great job with the nails and they were very friendly, my only concern is the cleanliness of the salon. I got my nails done and liked them but there was a hair in the gel nail. All supplies seemed to be used/I couldn’t tell when they were cleaned. Great prices though!

C Duda This is the BEST manicure and pedicure I’ve had done. I did the basic pedicure and she took her time and totally ok with me changing colors before the painting started. I got a Gelx set and seriously the best looking nails I’ve ever had. When I wasn’t sure about the color she painted one nail and cured it a couple times so I could see the finished color. Overall it was an excellent experience. I should note that I went in at 11am on a Wednesday, so the place was empty and I had 2 nail techs attend to me right away. But doesn’t change the fact it was a great experience

Stacey Nosky This was my first time at Nail Pros and they did a very thorough job! I got the special pedicure with gel nail color. They spent over an hour. I liked the option of a complimentary drink. Very clean environment! I would go back again.

Amber Kennedy-Horta Never returning. I’m absolutely disappointed in how the customer service has gone down in this place. The nail techs are always rushing. They don’t listen and do what they want, even after explaining multiple times what it was that I wanted and I experienced people come in after me and was offered complimentary beverages but I wasn’t. And now because the nail tech didn’t properly seal my nails and rushed through the process, my nails are damaged, brittle and I have mold/fungus. This place has completely ruined my nail experience. Go somewhere else. Idc how desperate you are.

Jen Kerschner I took my mom for a girl date. She is disabled and on oxygen. We made an appointment that we were a little early for and they were still totally welcoming and got us in right away. I was expecting a little wait but they were ready for us. It wasnt super busy; there were a handful of other customers getting things done. I really feel like they go out of their way to make everyone feel special and important. Ive been here with my friends before and it was amazing then as well. My mom was so thrilled with everything and felt so pampered, priceless. Totally recommend the jelly pedi, its incredible.

Kelly Wilson Went in to get a fill that I had done elsewhere reshaped and re painted. They did a wonderful job making all my nails the same length and shape and did a fun Halloween design. Ive tried a lot of nail salons in Pierce county in the last ten years and this is one of the few that I have never left disappointed. Here’s a before and after to show how much better they look. The before are multi colored the after are the black.

C MC Due to my job, I cant do colors, so I wanted just light pink acrylic. I gaff to remove an old acrylic set that Ive had on since b4 I moved here (1.5 months ago). This is the 1st nail shop Ive been to since moving here, and Im glad I came here. They were patient and kind. And did a great job. And my pedicure was better than Ive gotten from my favorite tech back home. I dont give many places 5 starts, so please dont feel bad about not getting 5 from me. They just eagle rarely exist. No place is perfect. Just a great 1st experience. Acrylic with clear gel $35, feet $35, soak off $15. For me, its great.

J. Melody (Amayzun) Small place. Three pedi chairs and two mani tables. But I was the only one there, so the girls did my nails and my pedi at the same time. Someone reviewed this place & said the staff didnt talk to them... Thats correct, and as an introvert - I loved it! I appreciate nail techs and stylists that do not feel the need to ask if I have a boyfriend or what kind of work do I do. This place did a great job & Ill definitely go back. Also, they were very gentile.

Dominique Collins Gel polish and full set. Requested square round to cover my set of clean, polished and buffed natural nails- no repair needed. The acrylics were placed crooked in both directions and there are several pockets of air in the color of many nails. I’ve brought my mom, sister and friends regularly and suggested many coworkers, acquaintances and otherwise. Already sent them back to Pensee Nails for the quality beverages and overall service (Ask for Kathy). If you’re going to pay almost a bill might as well enjoy good company along with complimentary champagne, soda or wine and really treat yourself like the Queen or King you are. At the end of my visit, when I’d prepared the regular $40 she states services have increased and motioned her body towards her price board near the entrance but there were no updates to a single price. $55 for a crooked ghetto set. I pulled several bills out and paid card. Sincerely SMH and Disappointed. They act like your auntie then reveal their motives are like a serpent coiling around us and our wallets, money hungry in this world like everyone else. So sad bc they’re mid at best. Learn from me. As a woman of God and of wisdom, along with holding down jobs in tech and service to keep my family comfortable I tipped $5. $55 indicates she included her tip and believes she hustled another victim. D&T- I pray that as you read this you seek reverence in the Lord, that He returns your behaviors to you via karma and you no longer prosper due to the abnormal operations and disingenuous posture of your heart. Greed is not the answer. At $40 I would tip $60+, holidays or otherwise bc I have the budget to bless as this is the only nice thing time allows me to do for myself. Woman in tech, cannabis and service. Being a single parent I’ve learned to be frugal and enjoy the time I invest to establish authentic relationships with my nail tech. Need a new backup to Kathy but this makes me weary to even search around town. Noticing a trend with Asian nail techs and I’m half Asian so non-racist just observation at this point.

Michael Savage I had a fantastic idea for my wifes nails for a wedding we are going to, they literally got us in within 10 minutes. They did fantastic on her nails and she said it was the quickest and most professional nail service she ever had. It wasnt very expensive and my wife is very happy

Dawn Chronister Was there when the shop opened on a Saturday The tech was surprised that I was there before her. Overall it was a good expierence. She was the only one there, so I feel bad when others came in for services and there was a wait. She was attentive to getting my nails right and making sure they were dry before I left. The shop is clean. The chairs a little old and losing or lost their cushion. Would be my only major complaint. She listened when I said my feet were ticklish and where, so there was no unnecessary jumping.

Sydney graham I absolutely love Bella Proctor Salon! The team here is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about the health of their clients’ nails. It’s clear they prioritize quality and long-term care, which is why I won’t go anywhere else for my nails. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a few different nail techs here, and every single one has been exceptional. I’ve been going there about a year. For the past two visits, I’ve had Haley, and she is simply amazing! She’s so talented, attentive, and always makes sure my nails look perfect while staying healthy. Honestly, I trust anyone at Bella Proctor Salon to do a phenomenal job. They’re true professionals who create a welcoming and relaxing experience every time. I finally remembered to leave a review for them because their staff and management go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Sara Ivey Ive been going to La Bella for almost a year, and its time that I pen a review: 5 stars for their quality of service. With an incredible selection of dip colors and the best trained technicians Ive encountered, you will not find a better salon in Tacoma (or elsewhere) for a dip manicure (or other manicure or pedicure service). The prices are competitive. Technicians take time and care with their services. Basically: come here for nails.

Sadie Winters The pricing is standard (same as other salons) but the quality of service and work they do is well above average. I’ve had 2 g manicures, 1 full set of acrylics and 3 fills, seeing a total of 4 different nail techs there. Each one was great, I was happy with their work every single time. I had tried two other salons previously and wasn’t super happy with their work (manicures didn’t last as long or they cut too much cuticle and made me bleed) but a friend recommended La Bella and I’m extremely happy with them. I get so many compliments on my nails.

Skylar Ramsdall This is hands down the best and ONLY nail salon in Tacoma I use. Definitely call to book an appointment if you are in a rush! These ladies stay busy because they are absolutely amazing and take their time to perfect every little detail! Pictured are just a few of the crazy designs Ive asked them to do, and they have brought to life every single time! They take pride in their work, and I have never left dissatisfied! Anita Briski I showed the nail artist a photo I found online and asked her to adapt it to fit my nail length and do what she thought was best. She did an AMAZING job. One of my middle finger nails broke recently so its extra short, but she trimmed my longer nails perfectly and matched them up without even having to hold them side-by-side to compare. My pinky nails grow fairly crooked and she was able to file them so you can barely tell. She really took her time to blend the ombre color and I super appreciated it! She was very careful when pushing and trimming cuticles and buffing and filing the nails. Some salons are very rough and careless so I was worried to try somewhere new but I was very pleased with the service I received. It was obvious from the beginning that this artist was experienced, talented, and patient! My friend also showed a photo and got a way better looking design than the inspo photo but I do not have photos of their nails to share here. A different woman (who I think the artist referred to as her mother) did my pedicure and she was very soft and gentle when I told her that I am very ticklish. The calf and foot massage was firm but not painful. I just got the basic pedicure which included exfoliation and lotion. There was an option for one that had a paraffin wax dip. Overall I would say it was a good pedicure and I had no complaints. We will DEFINITELY be returning to Unique Nails for our next manicures. *Edit to add that we were a walk-in and the artist apologized for keeping us waiting even though they were obviously busy and I didnt mind the wait at all. I would definitely recommend making an appointment because I only saw three staff members so theyre probably short handed. I never felt rushed and everyone was so friendly.

Jasmine Dominguez I’ve been going to Unique Nails on 6th Ave for 10+ years! The women take great care of you. Complimentary drinks when waiting for your turn. I have long nails and getting a fill with Gel only takes 45min - 1hour to get done. Lots of fun new colors to choose from, 3D art and more ! Pedicure Massages will make you fall asleep. The managers there are amazing! They know exactly what you need. I definitely recommend bringing your friends here to relax!

Michel Staples I went back for a fill because of my first experience with them and my nails are horrible. Sharp unfiled not cleaned underneath after I asked. I can SEE where the fill was added. Such a let down.. I am not returning after they fixTHEIR mistakes. My nails scratch me my clothes and they dont look good.

Jessica Adams Eh, I dont really like posting online reviews for every little thing that goes wrong in life while interacting with businesses and services BUT I have to for this place. All I can say it that I got a manicure at around 6:00 PM on Friday, it is now Sunday morning and I have huge chips in my polish. I dont like Shellac for my own reasons so I never get it. But had they an OPI polish selection, this wouldnt have happened. The man who did my nails was very nice, did a great job with the shaping and manicuring but in general, the polish job was not great, even for twelve bucks. Cute little shop, though. Off to get a new manicure before the work week...

Karina Bykhnyuk Wish I could put 0 stars! I never put in the time to write reviews but my toe nails have been in pain ever since so I feel like I have! Whatever you do DO NOT GO HERE! I went here for the first time ever in January and they did such a horrible job! Should’ve gotten a clue when I came in and the salon had only one other person getting a pedicure on Saturday… I had my pedicure done and their prices are up there and it was so bad even paid extra for the massage and she seemed very inexperienced and did the bare minimum. I have since had 3 of the most painful ingrowns! She cut them so short on the edges and the polish came off on the of the toes the second week. They claim they don’t do water bowls because it’s not sanitary but I’ve never had so many nail infections in my life I’d rather go to a regular nail salon. Please save yourself the time and money and a possible infection!

Sonja Jordan I had an appointment this afternoon as a little treat as I don’t get my nails done very often at all. It was such a wonderful experience! My nails came out clean, smooth, and look fantastic. You don’t even miss the soaking aspect of a manicure in my opinion. Also! They make their own lemon shea butter hand rub and it is SO NICE. I’ll be back again when I’m need of some TLC :)

Lisa Nguyen Mixed Experience: Clean Environment, Friendly Staff, but Inconsistent Quality I recently visited Charme for the second time, and while there were some aspects I enjoyed, there were also some disappointments. Positives: Firstly, I appreciated the cleanliness of the salon and the pleasant ambiance created by their good music selection. The owner exuded friendliness, and it was evident that her regular clients held her in high regard. The presence of a friendly dog added to the welcoming atmosphere, which was a nice touch. Additionally, their booking system was hassle-free, making scheduling a breeze. My technician was also helpful in assisting me with selecting a polish color, which was appreciated. Additionally, I commend my technician for their professionalism and patience. After I accidentally messed up the polish on my toes, they graciously fixed the issue without displaying any signs of annoyance or frustration. This level of customer service was truly commendable and enhanced my overall impression of the salon. Negatives: However, despite these positives, I was left underwhelmed by the quality of the service I received. The paint job on my nails was inconsistent and uneven, with noticeable gaps near the cuticle edges. While I understand that I opted for the bijou manicure with "light cuticle" care, I was surprised to learn that this meant not cutting the cuticles at all, only pushing them back. Even considering the condition of my cuticles, I expected a more consistent paint application. Moreover, the polish exhibited a few bubbles, which detracted from the overall finish. Its unclear whether this issue stemmed from the type of polish (non-toxic) or the top coat used. Overall, while I appreciated the positive aspects of my experience at Charme, the inconsistency in the quality of the service left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied. I would recommend clarifying expectations regarding cuticle care and discussing any concerns about polish application with the technician beforehand.

Megan Sayegh I wanted to love this place so badly! I had such high hopes but unfortunately was a little disappointed. I specifically booked with Martina as I saw on Instagram she’s the owner and wanted to experience her art! However, when I got there I was put with someone else which was a little disappointed. Overall, my mani pedi looks good, except for a few minor flaws that I noticed once getting home. There are raised bumps on many of the nails, the polish is a bit uneven, and they started chipping within two days. I also think I was overcharged by $10 but maybe they upped their prices from the website. Everyone was lovely and I did enjoy the warm neck pillow so I’ll give it another chance, but definitely had super high expectations that weren’t quite met this time!

Izabella Buchanan Wonderful nail salon! Its by appointment only, which I loved as I felt that I had their full attention for my entire experience. The owner is very funny and really cares about running a great salon. I loved the waterless pedicure. It definitely felt much more sanitary. I could go on. I definitely highly recommend.

Holly Rawlings This is THE place. The place is clean and the massage chairs are solid. The vibe is retro, reminds me of Cali nails salons from 2005. I love the ladies here and my pedicure is always fresh AF. I’m not posting pics because no one gets these dawgs for free. Price: - 65-70 for a gel pedi, long massage, and treatment. - make an appointment!

Kelli Jones My nails looked cute but this place is SUPER COSTLY. i got a new full set (french tip) and had my old nails taken off. not a huge deal, I was there like an hour. it was nearly $70. yes you read that correctly. They do good work here but it is super expensive. Just way way out of my price range.

Barb Monroe Took my 13 yo grand daughter for acrylics before vacation. She showed them a photo of what she wanted. There was Nothing about her nails that looked like the photo. She was really unhappy. I will not return there with her again. If you are not ready to speak up about what you want if you see it going sideways I would find another place to go.

Lena Mullins Was a lot of money for a pedicure 70 and the lady used all the scrub on one led ran out and used lotion on the other after practically rubbing my one led raw on my tattoo. Very high price definitely not the best I have had. My nails and feet came out nice but wouldnt say it was worth the cost at all.

They treated my Mom just fine, but when I expressed concern for a certain area of my fingers that seems to be snipped (the skin nipped and bled) the gal at the station next to me kind of brushed me off telling me not to worry. Not Even a full 2 minutes later I get snipped and bled. The lady did not have much concern, no apology. Just put the burning glue on my cut to stop the bleeding. No one asked later if I was fine, no discount or care. I had popped in and out of this nail salon for over 20 years and this was definitely my last time. Also, when I first walked in, they told me to go to Vnails across the parking lot. I declined and it felt like they reluctantly made me stay... possibly calling someone from there to come over to do our nails. I have had bad experiences at Vnails and its clear now that they are affiliated with one another. My mistake. My finger still hurts.

Ashley Gorba Tori is amazing! I had a horrible experience at another salon with dip nails and she made mine look so good. Everyone is super nice there, they dont rush you at all. The salon is super clean, comfortable and pretty.

Amanda Decker Best nail shop in town! I get compliments at work every time I get my nails done. I’ve come here for almost 3 years now, never had a bad experience. I usually do a dip powder manicure and gel pedicures. I really appreciate that they don’t take walk -ins( appointments only). I don’t feel rushed , it’s organized, no chaos, and they have excellent customer service/atmosphere. This is a female owned business and one of the best places I’ve been and I’ve lived all over the US. Don’t be that person and not read the cancellation policy and come in knowing what you want on time.

Ruth Ann I had a wonderful experience with the all the ladies. I have a disability getting up/down stairs and they were kind enough to help me up and down for my pedicure. They did a beautiful job! Courtney Dropped my car off at Lexus of fife for an oil change and Ubered over to blossom nail salon to get a full set! I was told about this place by a friend. I was immediately started on, no handwashing or grabbing a new towel for the counter and there were nails still on the counter. I should’ve left then then while the lady was taking off my old set pretty aggressively and cut through my real nail and then continued to use the same clippers and not use any alcohol to clean my nail before trying to put on the same glue she’s used on hundreds of other people. At that moment I said I was alright paying whatever and I will not be going through with this service. Not clean whatsoever. Nice people but not clean.

Isabel Forest I had the absolute best experience at Blossom in Fife! Tina is an absolute gem. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She’s incredibly talented and clearly passionate about her craft. Tina took her time to ensure every detail was perfect. The shaping, the polish, the designs—everything was flawless! She also listened to exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions that made my nails look even better than I had imagined. What stood out the most was her attention to cleanliness and precision. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and prioritizes her clients’ satisfaction. On top of that, she’s such a kind and friendly person, which made the entire appointment even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who will give you gorgeous nails and an amazing experience, I can’t recommend Tina enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Helenor I’m new in WA and needed a nail salon to call home. Been coming here for a while and they never disappoints me. I show a design and they create it in their own way in which I love. 10/10 i recommend and the pedicures are next level. Try them out you will not be disappointed❤️

Amelia Strayer The most consistent nail salon I’ve been to. It’s now my go-to. I always get a regular manicure and a gel pedicure. I have a consmetically damaged big toe nail that they do acrylic on and it’s perfect! They’re very meticulous and caring in their service. Will keep coming back!!!

Kristen Shorrock My nails look good, were some of the best in the area that I’ve experienced, but weren’t what I requested. Ultimately one of the better manicures (dip) that I’ve gotten here, but overall would have preferred more expertise on nail design and art, since I came in with an idea and had to adjust when I was told my idea couldn’t be done with what they had in the salon. My nail tech was kind, friendly, and professional.
