Sarah Strouse Elena is amazing at what she does, each time Ive gone to her Ive left happy and excited to show off my new set for the next couple weeks. She is very good at nail art and can copy reference pictures well; if theres ever a design that isnt in her wheelhouse she is upfront about that (though she is really talented and very rarely have I found something that wasnt in her range). Always willing to work with you and help make sure you are getting what you wanted; often times Ive come to her with a design that was close to what I was envisioning but needed to add or subtract certain elements, and she was able to see the vision and execute it with skill. Beyond just her knack for nail art, she is also someone I genuinely enjoy talking to throughout the appointment. She uses nail forms, so you will always have a perfect fit. Has lots of fun nail stickers available if youre having trouble deciding on a design. Reccomend Talonz 1000%, been going here for a couple years and plan on continuing to as long as I live in Spokane♡

Darcy Riggs I cannot say enough praise about Talonz Nail Studio and the owner Elena. This place is incredible! Elena is absolutely gifted and I have followed her over the years from different locations and now she owns her own nail studio (much deserved). Talonz is super clean and she offers free bubbly water, etc. Elena does the most amazing nails from normal polish, to gel, to acrylic, to skilled hand drawn nail art…and now my new favorite, builder gel. I have healthy AND beautiful nails. Elena books up quickly so be sure to get on her schedule asap!

Annie Nunes I am very pleased with the detail and the time Ginny takes with you, there is no rush, she makes it fun and does so much more than the typical nail salons. Jordan Crogan Lettie is the nail queen! Her space is cozy and welcoming just like her spirit. She is incredibly talented and creative with her nail work. I usually get builder gels for my nails and her amazing spa pedicure for my toes. She really cares about the health of your natural nails and does an excellent job keeping them happy and healthy fill after fill. Go see Lettie if youre looking for a nail girly, shes the best.

She listens so carefully to what I want, and her creativity always exceeds my expectations. What truly sets her apart is her kindness, patience, and understanding—she makes every appointment feel so special and stress-free. On top of it all, she’s so fun and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. Mikayla isn’t just a nail artist; she’s a true gem. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Alejandra Perdomo I have been going to Queen Nails since they opened in May. I travel from the Northside religiously every 3-4 weeks to get my services done. If you’re looking for cheap, this is not the place for you. If you’re willing to pay a price for quality services, then Queen Nails is right for you! I have brought my Mom when she comes to town, my niece, goddaughter, and friends all to Ann, and they all love her services. Linda and Erick are pretty awesome too. Make sure to schedule your appointments because Ann is good and her spots fill up quickly! Below are pictures of sets Ann has done for me, my family and friends! 10/10 recommend!

Betsy Hawkins I made an appointment for myself and my granddaughter, and while they confirmed they had the technicians available, the experience was incredibly disappointing. When we arrived, there were only two technicians present—one was already working with another client. We were assured another technician was on the way, so the available technician began my granddaughters pedicure. By the time my granddaughters pedicure was completely finished, the other technician finally arrived. Unfortunately, it was clear they were in a rush. The technician who did my manicure barely took any care, soaking my fingers in cold water and rushing through the entire process. The next day, the polish on three of my fingers had already chipped! I paid $180 for two pedicures and a rushed, poorly done manicure, plus a tip, and it was easily the worst quality service I’ve ever received. I was so disappointed and wont be returning. If you’re looking for professional, quality service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Natalya Kerzman I went through many nail salons throughout my life and I have to say it was nothing I’ve experienced as great as Queens Nails. Ann is incredibly talented, sweet, professional, and accommodating. I was going on vacation 2 days prior for my anniversary before seeing her. Not knowing what to expect only going by the great reviews. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she “nailed” it perfectly! It was my fault that I didn’t expect the length from what the picture showed me. Next day I messaged her telling her it’s my fault and I’m not sure if I want that length. She got me in asap before my trip just to accommodate me and took her time to completely redo my nails without charge. I’m so grateful to them! Not to mention Shu did my French tip toes and I havent seen such great talent! Ann draws nail art by hand and she’s so precise, detailed, gifted I was blown away! Thank you for being amazing. I’m definitely coming back and bringing my friends and family their way!

Sidney Barkholz I love love love Gloss Nail Lounge! The girls in here are so welcoming and friendly! I love the decor and atmosphere, great music in the background and complimentary drink menu for customers. The attention to detail is what sets them apart. There’s a super cute boutique setup in the waiting room. It’s extremely clean. They have great massage chairs for pedicures. My nails last forever. If there’s ever a mistake, they are happy to fix it without charge. They have never ever cut my cuticles like other salons. Excellent customer service skills here. You will love it!

KD Long I hate my nails and I paid $100. And that’s partially my fault for not making a fuss while I was there. But I was a walk in a few days ago, 2 hours before closing, and I got a full set of acrylics. The guy who did them made them so thick and even crooked on some. It was such a disappointment because I haven’t gotten my nails done in years, and now I remember why I stopped getting them. I won’t be going back and I suggest people look elsewhere to get acrylics done. Idk if the guy had a long day or just didn’t care, but I’m very sad I now have to go spend more money to get them fixed somewhere else

Laura Evans Five days after getting a gel manicure, I had a nail start to chip and peel. I’m not sure what’s happened at this salon, but I’ve never had issues before with Jonathan’s. In fact, I’ve been getting my nails done here for years, and used to rave about them. One thing that I’ve noticed is that the people that really made this place awesome haven’t been working here for quite awhile. I haven’t seen Jonathan, who is awesome, nor the amazing couple that also worked here.

Sims Autumn (Koi Pondering) I went looking for the best nail salon in Spokane. Jonathans came up over and over and I can see why. I came in for a full set and requested a design with some jewels but let them know I had a habit if picking at edges. Ravy did an amazing job! She not only found the perfect design. She made sure it was cured under extra gel so there were no edges. Since then I have been back every two weeks for fills for three months and have sat with Nathan and Jonathan himself, each time they are friendly and fun. Most of all they keep their supplies up to date to match the latest nail trends. I have heard them fit in rush fixes and everyone seems to be a repeat customer for a good reason. Good quality, attention to detail, good communication and humor. While the pricing may run a little higher than some salons, the quality difference MORE than makes up for it.

Summer Milstead Oh my gosh!!! Jennie is wonderful. I had been searching for a manicurist all over the city for close to 2 years off and on. I tried about 10 people before a gave up...with one last hope I messaged her on FB and gave it a go!!!! I am offically a lifer. April Bassen Jennie is so skilled at her craft. Her demeanor is infectious and you can’t help but be in a good mood when you leave. I get gel manicures every two weeks ranging from very plain to Picasso and she has never failed to deliver. She respects my time while always delivering a high quality service. I cannot recommend her enough!

LA CA Called in just for a fill and color, but was able to get a spa pedicure ($60 color 842 black with glitter) which was really nice and got a Mimosa. Massage chairs were nice the pedicure was nice then I got my nails taken care of they had to fix what the last place messed up on and did great with the paint job see the photo I used verses the actual outcome! Love the touch with the glitter I told them I liked glitter so that was awesome! Will be back!

Jessie Julian What I asked for what I got, they were very nice but Im very unhappy with the nails. I havent got my nails done in over 10 years, and when I finally do, I get nails that look messy and rushed even though I was there for like an hour and a half. Im very sad about it and wish she would have just said she couldnt do it. I would have happily gone with something else.

Kathryn Hyer I had somewhat of a nail emergency and they were one of the only salons still open. They got me in right before closing and did an amazing job! The prices were great! Will definitely be returning.

Natalya Moskalenko I saw the place when I was pulling out of Fred Myers on Thor, and since I had some time, I decided to get my nails done. I called, and she said she had time right now. So I went in and I was the only person there. Mind you, it was 2 pm on a Monday. So I figured this was a slow time for them. The place was clean, and the chairs were comfy. The lady was very friendly, offering mimosa and other drinks. Since I had just finished with lunch, I declined. I was seated and offered color choices...I have never seen so many options. I chose the color and she asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. I chose the deluxe, it was $60 plus $15 for gel nail polish. Since the deluxe said it incluhot stone massage, paraffin dip, CBD scrub and lotion and hot towels on top of the normal pedicure stuff I agreed to it. She did a wonderful job cleaning up my cuticles and even helped my in grown toe nail. But thats where it stopped. The hot stone massage was just a few passes on my legs and feet with me barely feeling the stone. She rubbed lotion on for a minute or so and then toweled it off with very hot towels. She applied base coat and color and somehow managed to get it on my cuticles and on the sole of my toes. When she finished doing the color she put my feet into paraffin filled baggies that had too much paraffin and it spilled out all over my legs. She then ran out of the building without so much as an excuse me or be right back or anything. Another lady who had just walked in as I was getting the paraffin approached me to check on how I was doing and she was very nice and attentive. Finally after about 10-15min the first lady came back with a young girl who i assumed was her daughter. Didnt say anything to me or even acknowledge that I was there, went into the kitchen and got food out and proceeded to eat in front of me and just walking around in the room. So I finally said I had to go. She took the paraffin dip off and tried to get most of it off. But I still had some on my legs that I took off myself when I got home. I really wanted to like the place since the lady who greeted me was so nice. But I wont be back.

Freda Karunaratne I moved here from California 17 years ago and after trying several other nail shops I found Tammy and have been going to Tammy for 16.5 years. Amy Kliewer Best nails on the South Hill!! I have been getting my nails done at DLux for almost a year now, and I absolutely love them! Trang is the best, she turned me on to dip and now I have long nails for the first time in my life! I sent my mom here and Trang is amazing to her as well. Also, this salon actually makes and keeps appointments, instead of taking every walk-in and keeping people waiting forever. Prices are reasonable and have not skyrocketed like all my other expenses! Mary Hutti This is the best place! Tammy is so professional and sweet. She did an amazing job with my full set. She uses clean tools and always makes sure the counter is clean. I am very particular when it comes to nail salons and I recommend this place as 10/10! She soaks off the gel and dip polish and only uses the drill when necessary! She is not rough on your nails and makes sure to not cut or hurt you! I will be back!

Pam LeBret Jonathans nails are beautifully done. I never have lifting and he does exactly what you want. However if youre not sure, he will create a design for you. His prices are competitive and some say too high but you definitely get what you pay for EXCELLENCE!!!

Brian did my acrylics and his attention to detail is amazing, no nips or cuts at all. It was truly a relaxing nail appointment. The acrylics were placed cleanly, and was speedy with his service. They also had comfy chairs and drinks to offer. Jojet did my pedicure, and his service was excellent. Clean and beautiful as well. I left feeling so refreshed and happy with my new mani and pedi. They both took great care of me and I will never go to another salon in Spokane after visiting here. Not to mention, the prices are very fair for the set that I received. $75 for my acrylics, and $50 for my pedicure with gel.

Jennifer Bryan This nail salon is 10/10. I never wait longer than 5 mins to be seen, everyone is super nice and friendly. They keep it clean and the decor is trendy. I wish I could remember the name of the wonderful woman who does my nails I believe it’s Catherine but I get gel X done by her and she does my nails beyond my expectations she is amazing I have been coming here for a year now and it’s the only nail shop I will go to!

Lukas Regan Came in to get my lady a pedicure, she told me they offered her a beverage and were very kind, but they didn’t remove her calluses at the regular price, which any other company we’ve been through will throw that in at just the regular price but they wanted $80 for that service, and the nail polish came off three days later. So for $45, before the tip, it definitely wasn’t worth it. The shop is close to our house, but next time we’ll find a different place. The kindness they showed her was great to hear, but that’s not what we paid for.

Karen Turner I have been going to this salon since they opened and it has consistently been stellar service and care. They are very welcoming with a glass of champagne or tea and have snacks. The patrons all chat together and the staff know their patrons! All of the technicians are experts and very artistic and kind.

Sarah Sartin Got to visit this Salon for the first time today with my sister. It was a fantastic experience! The overall vibe in the salon is mellow and welcoming. There were a few people already in the salon being serviced but we were seated for our pedicures almost immediately. We got gel pedicures, unfortunately my sister got called away on business before she could get her full set done. I however was able to stay and had mine finished. They turned out very lovely, the color and shape are exactly what I wanted. My nail tech was awesome; he listened when I told him about my nails being thin and was very gentle when filing them. The complementary beverages were a delightful addition to the experience as well. My hands and feet feel so much better than they did when I woke up today. I most certainly recommend them and will probably visit them again in the future.

I definitely will be back! Thank you Zen Spa! Edit: The tech Ive been seeing lately is Cindy and I absolutely adore her! Shes gentle, sweet and fun to talk to! She always know exactly how to do what idea come into my head. We plan to start doing more creative stuff and designs and Im excited! Love you lady!

MaCaila Beck I wish I could put 0 stars. I went back into the salon and asked them to fix my nails that they just did a couple of days ago because the white had formed bubbles under the top coat that were brown and looked awful. Tina then tried to scrape off the bubbles and told me they looked “shiny” and there were no bubbles after I asked her to fix them again. She refused to redo them and tried making me pay again. She said I only wanted them fixed because it was not valentine’s day, which I explained was not the issue. It was not until I broke down crying that someone else came and painted my nails again. Tina then told me that she would “never do this again” for anyone. I have never felt so belittled in my entire life and I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

Anne-Marie Walz 10/10 recommend Tina’s Nails!! I see Tracy for my nails and she does an amazing job!! I am always so impressed with what she comes up with. All the ladies at Tina’s Nails are so talented!! They do artwork free hand and take such great care of anyone who walks thru their door. You won’t be disappointed!! I am never!! I will be a client for life!

Paris Malet They are so amazing and talented. They are also the nicest women and I never have a problem getting in. I never had to wait long and they do exactly what I’m looking for each time. Either it be Christmas design or simple red. Love you guys.

rhyan clark Horrible experience. The lady was very rude. I Asked for the picture below. That shape is horrible. The paint is splotchy and the tips are not even French tips, they’re like half of my nail I asked the lady to make the French tip shorter and with more of an arch and she told me to put them under the lite “then she’ll fix them” I also told her that’s not the shape I wanted and she proceeded to say “it’s to late honey while my nails where still wet.” Asked for a refund and they refused because the “manager wasn’t there” don’t go here they’re rude, ruff with your nails, and you won’t leave happy. Hope this helps lol

Mike Toutloff This account for some reason has My Husband‘s name, but he can also testify that my nails have always been perfect.I have been going to Carnegie nail design for close to 30 years, I have been going to Lisa all these years, who is the owner of the salon. Lisa is a wonderful person, an amazing nail tech, and an amazing owner of this small but mighty salon. I have been complimented on my nails for years, I wouldn’t trust anybody else, and wouldn’t be going back for all these years if I wasn’t completely satisfied. I recommend Carnegie nail design to anyone and everyone. The salon treats you like family, and I highly recommend you try them out.

Kate Hellenthal I’ve been coming here for four years now and absolutely love it. My nails look incredible every time. They’re able to work with my busy work schedule to fit me in, all are kind and welcoming, and they always have new colors and designs to try. I work with kids so I sometimes break nails; their customer service is excellent and they always get me in right away to fix! I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Wanderlust Lips This quaint little salon is tucked away in the cutest downtown space! Every time I’ve been in there, all of the gals are genuinely sweet. I especially have to shout out Serena! She’s fairly new in nails, but does an EXCEPTIONAL job, and is always so patient and willing to play and try new nail art on me!

Kaitlynn Stirling I see Tina for manicures and pedicures and she always does an amazing job! Great nail salon, everyone is so nice and fun to visit with. Very clean. They dont charge you to remove any existing nail polish like some other salons do. Highly recommend!
