1 /5 Betsy Hawkins: I made an appointment for myself and my granddaughter, and while they confirmed they had the technicians available, the experience was incredibly disappointing. When we arrived, there were only two technicians present—one was already working with another client. We were assured another technician was on the way, so the available technician began my granddaughters pedicure.
By the time my granddaughters pedicure was completely finished, the other technician finally arrived. Unfortunately, it was clear they were in a rush. The technician who did my manicure barely took any care, soaking my fingers in cold water and rushing through the entire process. The next day, the polish on three of my fingers had already chipped!
I paid $180 for two pedicures and a rushed, poorly done manicure, plus a tip, and it was easily the worst quality service I’ve ever received. I was so disappointed and wont be returning. If you’re looking for professional, quality service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
