Russell La Claire Duc Ngo has been my primary physician for a decade. He listens and responds to my needs, whatever they are. Best primary I’ve had in 78 years.

Kim Tien I take my grandma to him, she only speaks Vietnamese. He is knowledgeable, friendly. Im very happy with his care for my grandma. Even though we have moved far, I continued to take her to him in Federal Way Virginia Mason. He is very caring and he listens to his patients. He doesnt rush us unlike some Doctors. Thank you Dr. Ngo!

Emerald Marie Everyone I spoke to and saw for my routine prenatal appointment was nothing short of exceptional. I saw Dr. Weed, the front desk staff was helpful and accommodating, my nurse was incredible, the ultrasound tech that came before my doctor was so nice. Each person listed to me, and took into consideration my concerns, addressed them and made me feel secure. After my appointment I had some lab work done and even the technician listened to me. This is huge for me because I have veins that hide and every time I have to have lab work I dread it as I end up poked, dizzy and on the verge of passing out. This process was so simple and I walked out of there as soon as it was over. This is not an understatement when I say I have never experienced that. Thank you to everyone!

Ludomir Wanot One of the most thorough doctors I’ve ever seen. Asked specific questions to understand my issue and was able to rule out a bunch of potential problems. Plus I didn’t have to wait in any line and they accepted me without insurance the same day I scheduled an appointment (while other hospitals/clinics had a 2 month waiting period) I will definitely return if I ever have any contemplations. 10/10

Grace DeWitt My midwife Angie Miller is THE BEST! My first pregnancy I was at Puget Sound Birth Center in Renton and was very traumatic. Angie is incredible, she helped me labor in a way that out my baby in the best position for pushing and was so supportive. My delivery was perfect and it’s all thanks to her experience and kindness. She really cares. The other midwives I’ve met, Stacy and Tressa, are both really great!

Paul Schumacher I had to schedule an appointment a month out just to get a physical. The day before my appointment, someone at the office called to say Dr. Dimbal was canceling my appointment and would not be able to see me for and additional month and a half. No explanation, no concern for his patients. If you would like to see your doctor within three months of scheduling an appointment with him, I suggest you go with someone else.

Richard Lee First of all, I dont like staffs. They dont smile much and give me a feeling of discomfort. They treat the patients too coldly. The doctor comes into the room to see the patient and tries to leave quickly. I dont recommend this clinic

Brady Flotten I chose this office as my new primary care and went in for my first visit Jan 2024. I had went in seeking a referral for a personal procedure I was looking to schedule for this year, and after being thoroughly questioned on the reasoning behind my choice I was told that it would be difficult to get the care Im looking for and that "people like you are the reason the birth rate is going down". I believe this is an extremely unethical thing to say to a patient, as Dr. Kims job is NOT to pass judgement on my life choices, but to provide care to patients. As soon as I walked into the office Dr. Kim was short with me and I do not understand why as I was nothing but polite and cordial with every staff member. Whether it be my race, age, or something else I could tell Dr. Kim had a negative opinion of me and he was certainly not afraid to express it. Do not go to this medical practice if you want to avoid being patronized and youd like to actually receive the care you requested.

Cindy Wilbur Today I met Dr Samantha Hedges for the first time. She was very kind and patient. I had something unexpected that came up when she found debris in my cornea, and she ended up spending a lot more time with me than expected. She wasnt rushed, and she acted like I was the only thing that mattered at that moment. Its rare that you find a doctor like that with a warm bedside manner. I would recommend and trust her with my friends and loved ones. Very kind and personable

Other family members had bad experience at other hospitals with long wait times and lack of consistent distancing even with appointment. I had none of those issues at your hospital.
