My stylist gave me exactly what I wanted and really went above and beyond to make sure I loved my hair and was comfortable for the entire process. Terrika Scherwinka I found my sons new barbershop. He got a perm a few weeks ago but I think because his hair was so straight , the curls didn’t stick well in the back. Linda told me to come in and they would get him right and definitely did. Just a quick cut and still curls on top my son was so happy! The girls Linda and Lupita are awesome. Lupita was great with my son and made sure he was comfortable. Great atmosphere in both locations, come find your new barbershop

This shop’s name is absolutely fitting because every time I leave, there is not one hair out of place, quite literally Perfection! The shop has a warm, clean, and bright environment filled with laughter from everyone inside! Booking my appointment with Aphro was seamless through their app. Aphro showcased her knowledge by suggesting a hairstyle to best fit my hair texture and facial features. Look no further, Aphro is the best barber in Washington!

nobody They can definitely do fades, they cannot do tapers though . They pushed me back so bad I never came back. They take their time for details which is not bad. Don’t get tapers unless you are with the barber that charges like 100 or something. Im thinking of coming back though

Mirian Consuelo My hair came out okay but the service wasn’t the best. The hairstylist only asked me how I wanted my hair and that’s it. She wasn’t the friendliest. She first started by straightening my hair and then cutting it. After she didn’t even ask how I wanted it styled, she just began to curl it with a straightener. Had to come home, shower and style my own hair. The curls she did looked weird. I really had high hopes for this salon:(

Leslie B I waited 6 years to get my hair done, last time I did it was not great! But today I went to see Amber and I have to say. She is awesome! She listened and did a beautiful job! I could not see what she was doing as I’m blind without my glasses! When she was done I put my glasses on and shouted Omg! I love it!! I would highly recommend her! Cortney Fries I received the basic wash, cut, and style. And my experience with Amber was wonderful. It had been over 2 years since I had done anything with my hair. It had grown well below my lower back, into butt territory. I shared my hesitations and reservations with her because I was nervous I was going to regret my choices. I showed her a few pictures from my last cut and a couple of other pictures for cut, style, and inspiration. She hit my expectations out of the park! The salon itself was clean and what I found convenient was that each station had their own sink to wash clients at -- no walking to and from to get the job done. I do have to say the only regrets I have are my own; I didnt get a before picture and I stayed a bit too reserved on my cut/style. I wish I had gone a bit shorter and added choppier/more noticeable layers! Overall, I was very pleased with the overall service and results. I will definitely be back!

Undead Shark 2nd Update: I filed a dispute with the card service I used, submitted all the pics/evidence and received a full refund. Update: Asked the owner for a refund as the service asked for was not performed correctly by her at all and she refused, only offered to cover the lesser amount I spent elsewhere getting my hair done correctly. The owner also refuses to acknowledge she has messed up and acted like I was simply not pleased with the cut, if it had been done correctly perhaps, but I don’t see a totally uneven and choppy haircut as performed correctly. Several other stylists were consulted and all said how bad the cut was. I went in to get a short bob cut with disjointed money pieces done by Amber (the owner), and it was very uneven and choppy. First cut, which included wash, cut and style took about 16 minutes. The second attempt to fix it took under 10. After going in to get it fixed it was still very choppy with uneven layers. I ended up going elsewhere to get it fixed by someone who cuts short hair as my hair here was not cut correctly. One side was cut higher than the other and took a while for the other salon to blend and even out the layers as best as possible.

Heart As Your Thankful that they got me in without appointment. Love the little girl Camille for she "doggy-sat" my baby and took good care of my baby and me. She is such a great sales girl. Like the new hair style and Raquel was very awesome. Love her. It was a bit pricey but service was worth it. Felt very welcomed and truly happy with the services and staff

Alexandra Mickelsen I was lucky enough to have Galina and Mika do my hair and makeup for my wedding. They were worth every penny and helped to make my bridesmaid feel beautiful. After my wedding, Galina is the only person I trust with my hair. She always recommends what’s best rather then what’s most expensive. She does a great job of making you feel welcome and remembered rather then just another person in her chair. Highly recommend La Bella Glo and it’s services!

Shelly Ettel Lina does amazing lashes and facials. My lashes do not shed more than the normally expected. Always keeps on schedule, never having to wait. Facials are very relaxing an makes your skin glow. Very knowledgeable in her profession.

Right from the beginning she was the sweetest person and kept on making sure I was happy with my hair. I felt at peace in the salon and she attentively listened to what I wanted. Stace P If you want to lose your money and to deal with greedy and rude people, feel free to visit this greedy salon for hair or makeup. You guys are NOT Christians and one day you will be judged. If you cancel their services, they’ll still take your money (even if it was supposed to be about $2000, you’ll still pay it) very greedily and state that it is because it is part of their “contract”. Absolutely greedy.

Ana Ive been coming here for years for haircuts but this recent time has been the best by far. Michelle did a phenomenal job in getting my hair to look exactly how I wanted and was super friendly and sweet the whole time. Will for sure be scheduling with her again in the future!

Diane Sundvik I had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. at the Pasco salon. When I got there and told the woman who I had an appointment with, she told me he had just called in to say he had to take care of business at another salon. That was it. No apology, no asking if I wanted to reschedule, nothing. Last time Ill go there. I drove to Great Clips in Kennewick and got a great haircut for less money.

Maksim Kretov Me and my son went to road 68 branch of Great Clips to get hair cuts and we actually in love with that place…. BUT if you at road 68 office please please make sure to avoid older lady by name Laura there because you won’t get what you asking for with that so called specialist. My son mentioned that he wants nice fade on the back of his head and that’s what he got…. And it’s not the first time she screwed up my son’s hair cut…… but thankfully to Kennewick office it was fixed in no time and additional charge….. Kennewick is truly Great!!!! God bless

Eaglelily S First off, the stylist guilted me about the amount of hair I wanted cut off; I was going from super long hair to a pixie cut. I ended up having an anxiety attack and started crying when I tried to explain that my hair was over processed and I had been fighting it so long that I was getting depressed everytime I did anything with it. To “calm me down” she started trimming about 3-4 inches off the ends leaving my hair still well past my shoulders. When I was finally able to explain that I was still wanting a pixie cut, she responded with something to the extent of “and here I am giving you the wrong haircut”. When describing the style I was going for, the main thing I wanted was my bangs to be about eyebrow level, the back to not be shaggy, and most importantly that I wanted the front pieces to be left long to frame my face (like the pieces that fall out of a ponytail and sit in front of your ears). Unfortunately, one of the very first things she did was cut those front pieces really short. When cutting the back she asked me to show her a picture of about how long I wanted the back, before proceeding to shave it before I can pull any pictures up. Now, I did want it that short, and the length in the back is about all I was continuously happy with, however, when I showed her a picture like she asked and said that I wanted it shorter than the picture, she said “oh honey, I already cut it shorter than that”. After convincing myself that the finish cut looked fine, and the hair stylist making another remark about her being sad about the length of hair she had to cut off of me, I tipped her pretty well for dealing with my anxiety attack… And then I got home and discovered a noticeably thin patch on the side of my head. When I tried to restyle my hair to see if it could be hidden, it can’t, I realized that the tapered pixie I had asked for was basically had a uneven bowl cut. This is not the first issue I have had at this store, unfortunately. Best bet it will be my last, though.

Vickie Evans My husband Jim and I both got haircuts. We are very pleased with our haircuts. We always want Laura to cut our hair as she does them exactly as we want. She is a very good, excellent hairdresser. We can always count on her to do the job. The atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly. Laura is awesome!!

Madison Howell Unfortunately my last review got deleted but The last time I was in here the manager accused me of stealing and chased me out of the store after PAYING FOR MY STUFF and I was treated absolutely horrible in this store come to find out the manager was txting a mutual person of ours talking vary poorly about me and my 2 year old son and a bunch of other customers stating nasty lies and even admitted to being wrong about me stealing !! If zero stars was possible thats what I would put don’t come here unless you want horrible customer service and to be treated like trash and talked portly about on the daily by this manager she should be fired !

Stoneyy Kitty I have never felt more disrespected and humiliated in my life, I went in today to buy lash extensions and paid with $100 bill. My change was about 80 something dollars one of the bills that they gave back to me was a $50 bill. I went straight to Circle K to put gas in my car after this, and paid with the 50 they gave me, they refused to take the 50 at Circle K because he said it was fake. I took it back to Sally’s. And they denied the entire thing. I just think everybody should be aware that Sally’s on court street in Pasco Washington is giving fake bills..

Rosie’s Reviews Poor service what happened the manager that used to run the store? Hello, I love sally supply and used to love the manager that was there. He would greet you upon arrival and help you find what you needed. I went to sallys on 3/24/21 to buy some hair dye. I wasnt greeted. The gal (with glasses) that was there was real quiet and did not acknowledge me until it was time to ask for my payment method. During the check out time, the "manager" came in. She parked in front of the store (yellow faded line). VIP parking status. While there is parking across the street of sally supply she parked right in front of the store, this is not a designated parking for anyone. I thought maybe it was a one time thing. But the next day I went to the store to exchange the product and saw her park there again. I was like this person is lazy and does not seem professional, she and the other girl started talking about clocking in, and other work stuff before asking me if I was ready to check out. Very rude girls.

Noah Farris All my life have I looked for someone to love me through deed and not word. At this place have I found a home.

S T I had my haircut/color at this place about a week ago and it was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. My hair came out about 7 different colors (none of which was what I initially asked for) and the cut was not blended at all. I also asked for layers and it looks like she took the top portion and cut about an inch off without blending! She curled it before I left, so I did not see the cut but the color was noticeable from the beginning. She gave false reassurances that I would need to come in for a second trip, and that usually everyone does but she should know that a good hairstylist does not do that. If she knew that she could not do what I asked for, she should have not done it. I even suggested dying/toning it a darker color for the time being, but she said it would be fine. She then proceeded to charge me 200$, knowing full well my hair looked terrible, and out of shock and embarrassment I paid and left. Do your research on which stylist you pick. I regret mine.

alicia zamudio I had my wedding at the event place across the street from the store. Daisy owns both. The price was not bad but for the headache I went through trying to get things taken care of it was way overpriced. She did do a lot of the decorations I brought in my own and she set up the place but dealing with her was a headache everything that I had tried to accomplish I was met with roadblocks. 2 of my cards for my wedding somehow got Left Behind and her people who cleaned up decided to help themselves to a $100 of cash from my wedding guests. When I call to address this matter when I found them in the garbage can when I went to grab something we forgot she said oh well its our fault we were supposed to take everything out. I completely understand that we did need to make sure things were out but I also dont understand how her people think that getting into somebodys wedding gifts is something that is acceptable and not only that but then throwing my cards away the people that those cards were from were very close family members and they asked us what we thought of the gift and if we had gotten it and if it would help us. so then to find out that her people stole my money and then telling the family members that put that money into those cards was heartbreaking. I would never recommend this venue for anyone because of the unethical and untrustworthy people she has working for her. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else
