Strong John “Silver” I stopped in to get a trim and a beard clean up, typically its by appt but Lyndsey took me in. Of all the times Ive gotten hair cuts, Ive never been treated or cared for as well. She did an amazingly great job on my trim and reshaping my beard again. I cant praise her enough. Super kind and Ive found my new haircare specialist! I highly recommend her! You wont be disappointed, shes Awesome!

Sue K I have been having sculpted acrylic nails with MeLissa for over 25 years. She uses American made product that does not flair up my asthma like other products have. She takes pride in her work and it shows in the quality as well as durability and longevity of the nails she creates. Mo has been taking care of my hair for almost a year now. She was not at all intimidated by my super curly hair. She is a very experienced dynamo with cut and color! I showed her a picture of myself before the grey hairs took over, and she was able to customize a color just for me that restored my hair color to what it was before time marched all over it! Amanda May Kat is by far the greatest stylist I have ever had! She is super warm and welcoming, incredibly talented, and is constantly furthering her knowledge in her trade. Kat is a great listener and I always get the cut I am asking for. My hair is wavy and she handles it really well, I get a lot of compliments and I owe them all to Kat!

Its family owned, and its Joann, Mom and her two daughters and her son that all do AMAZING hair! Its not fancy, and shiney and new. Its lived in, eclectic, & fun. They all have been doing hair for a long time and all are very talented at it. They have fun different stuff to buy that make great gifts or a treat for yourself. Susie Parr I recently had my hair done by Cynthia. I came in and requested to have a full foil and she was wonderful. She gave advice and make recommendations but still do what I requested. She provided a full service of full foil, toner, cut and style. She made me feel amazing! She always asked if I’d like water or anything to drink or if I needed to go to the bathroom. Maddy I get my eyebrows done with Amanda and she does the most amazing job! She takes her time and makes sure your eyebrows are perfect before you leave. It is the most relaxing 20 minutes.

Kit Erika Rae was absolutely amazing! My partner has never had long hair or been to a salon and he was very nervous. She was super patient and took her time to get to know what his goals and wants were and worked with us step by step through the whole new cut and style! He felt amazing afterwards, loved the hair, and had a positive experience. We couldnt have asked for more value for our penny and WILL be scheduling with her again.

Danielle Power Gabby is an incredible hair stylist! This was my first time at House of Pop and also my first time getting my haircut by Gabby. She started off by sitting down and asking exactly what I wanted. She listened and offered expert advice on what she thought would look best within the boundaries of my requests. She was VERY understanding that I wanted to keep my hair long, but give it a little more body and movement. Throughout the appointment, she was kind, courteous, and thoughtful, checking in regularly to see if I was happy with each step of the process. She also gives a heck of a good scalp massage! heather parker I cant begin to tell you how amazing Ali is! She turned my dull blah hair into the most beautiful shades of blonde. She is highly skilled at blending grays into the abyss. ;) I feel super pretty for the first time in a very long time. Shes lovely and very easy to talk to. I cant wait to go back and see her. :) As for the salon... it is very, very nice! It has a sweet, boho-industrial vibe and feels super cozy. The staff is friendly and welcoming the minute you walk in. They use the best products. It was an all-around, very nice experience.

Office Manager I got my hair cut, colored and styled by Raven Lucero at Raven & Rose. She turned my grown out mess of pandemic hair into an amazing, pink, sparkly work of art! She was so patient with me when I wanted my shade of pink a little darker after the first reveal, even though it was my fault I wasnt sure what I wanted at first. Even though it took extra time, she made sure I left with the look of my dreams. Also, I was being literal about the sparkles! She put a ton of silk sparkles in my hair, and some stayed in way longer than I expected, multiple months. Longer than anywhere else Ive paid for sparkles, so this was clearly great quality work. I got sooo many compliments on my hair, but especially the sparkles. I am looking forward to returning soon to do more all over color because I had such a great experience. I love that her name goes with the business name too! PS: she offered me snacks and refreshments during my appointment!

Sarah Abshire I was referred to Elizabeth Mischke after my husband had his hair cut by her and was very happy with her work. From the time I walked into the salon, I was at ease with Elizabeth and knew I could trust her to do a good job with my hair. She has such a friendly personality and I enjoyed being able to chat with her with she did my hair. My hair is going through some odd postpartum changes and Elizabeth was excellent about cutting my hair to deal with its new texture and also teaching me how to style my hair with its new waviness. The color she put on my hair brightened me up just enough without going too far. I absolutely love the fresh blond color of my hair! Thanks so much Elizabeth! Jim Bradley Studio 151 is a cool place for a cut in Spokane - convenient location downtown and plenty of places to part. Ive gone to Elizabeth for awhile and have been very happy with the results. She always listens, takes time to understand what Im looking for and delivers to keep my hair looking great. Plus its always fun conversation and experience!

Nichole Mischke I love Studio 151! Elizabeth M. has been my hair stylist for 5 years and shes fantastic. Shes experienced and especially talented as a colorist. She always wants to make sure that what she does to your hair will leave it feeling and looking healthy. Studio 151 offers a great environment. Its bright and clean. They serve free coffee, tea, hot cocoa and candy to keep you satisfied while youre in the chair. The location is super convenient. Its in the Steam Plant downtown which is awesome because you can use the Steam Plants parking garage so you dont have to pay for parking or worry about plugging a meter. Oh and guess what... the sinks are actually comfortable!!! Yes... I said "comfortable!" You will not get a sore neck while getting your hair washed in their chairs!

Daniel Burdett I love getting my hair cut by Elizabeth at Studio 151. She is always on point with my hair cut. She almost always does something different, which is what I want, and it always turns out great. The studio space is very nice and clean. I love the free parking and convenience of the location. If you don’t want to read a lengthy review, here are the highlights of why I absolutely will never go to another hair stylist for as long as she is in business! 1. Teri is incredibly intuitive and combines her intuition with her artistic talent to make your hair fit your style AND your head shape. 2. She is all about small pleasures so makes sure to FULLY PAMPER you whenever you get a service with her. 3. She REALLY understands color and cuts and the science behind it -- she excels at doing funky colors and making them look clean and fresh EVEN when there is grow out. 4. She spends the time getting to know you and asks the right questions to figure out what exactly you are looking for in your glow-up. My absolute favorite thing about Teri is that the way she can cater to both lifestyle preferences and artistic expression with such grace and understanding. I don’t get my hair done often, but I love getting funky colors and/or a funky (shag) haircut. Even with the multitude of layers she adds to lighten up my very bulky hair type, I can go up to 4 months without needing a touch up! I have a very sensitive head and she was able to give me the scalp treatment without any discomfort. In fact, over the past few years of seeing Teri, my head has become LESS sensitive - possibly because her gentle touch and treatments have taken it out of the inflamed state it was in for so long because I have such fine hair (but a lot of it!) I would recommend Teri to ANYONE and everyone who wants to re-learn how to feel good in their expression and have a pampering experience that will leave you feeling completely BLISSED out.

Honeyb Studios was hired as our makeup artist for the day and no call/no showed the morning of the wedding. BforBlonde I went in as a first time customer for a balayage and was the most impressed I had to leave a review. Honestly, being new to the area, the harsh water destroyed my confidence and my hair. I came in sad, with a mop of a mess of tangle and oil. I left with restored confidence and money well spent. As far as stylists goes, I have tried everything from a beauty college to fancy "name" salons and never left 100% happy. This is NOT the case here. I left feeling like I was heard, and got the results I didnt even know I wanted! I went in with no pictures and vague instructions of, "I dunno, just lighter please." (Im not hair savvy okay? ) My stylist made it work! I will be back, no matter how long the commute. The salon itself was clean, on trend, and made me feel welcome. I had a positive experience while at the salon and had an enjoyable time with my stylist. When I got home and styled my own hair, I realized the cut was not right and looked very off. I then reached out to the owner of the salon via Instagram to see if this could be fixed by another stylist at the salon. She informed me there is nothing she can do unless I want to pay full again and I need to reach out to the original stylist who cut my hair instead. I did not feel comfortable returning to the original stylist to fix my hair. The original stylist did text me and was upset with me for going above her head to the salon owner. I sent her pictures of my hair and explained why I was not happy with the cut. She did offer after that to fix it. However I did not feel comfortable returning after these interactions. So unfortunately I spent $70 for this haircut and will now be paying full price again elsewhere to have it fixed.
