Update: Asked the owner for a refund as the service asked for was not performed correctly by her at all and she refused, only offered to cover the lesser amount I spent elsewhere getting my hair done correctly. The owner also refuses to acknowledge she has messed up and acted like I was simply not pleased with the cut, if it had been done correctly perhaps, but I don’t see a totally uneven and choppy haircut as performed correctly. Several other stylists were consulted and all said how bad the cut was.
I went in to get a short bob cut with disjointed money pieces done by Amber (the owner), and it was very uneven and choppy. First cut, which included wash, cut and style took about 16 minutes. The second attempt to fix it took under 10. After going in to get it fixed it was still very choppy with uneven layers. I ended up going elsewhere to get it fixed by someone who cuts short hair as my hair here was not cut correctly. One side was cut higher than the other and took a while for the other salon to blend and even out the layers as best as possible.
