Madison Fish I recently visited Paris nails to have my acrylic nails removed, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The process started off normally, but during the removal, I was cut pretty badly, which was quite painful to be honest. I was surprised by the fact that the staff started laughing at me. Additionally, I was shocked when I received the bill. I expected to pay the advertised price of $15 for the service, but I was charged $60 instead. This significant increase left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Overall, I left the salon feeling disappointed and upset. I would caution others to be aware of the pricing and to ensure they are receiving the care they deserve during services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

Dixie Lee Gardner First of all I wish I could find a nail tech that can speak more English than, pick a color. I came in with long nails ( my own) I only wanted gel color but needed a fresh up on the shape. By the time she finished filing the “almond” shape I was left with short nails with very pointed tips that did not look like almond and looks like a cats claw. So I asked if she could do tips. She only said she could do the full gel nail. Ok I have an I have an interview and need a professional look so I agree. Now I’m going from $35 to $65. She again filed them so pointy but I figured at least these are a little better so I didn’t say anything. The color I showed her was not what she painted. It was a technique that I was not familiar with and when she was done I asked her where is the color. Again no English so I walked over to the board and showed her the color I chose. She seemed so irritated. Now I felt bad because I figured she was going to add a final coat that changed the color. She sanded it all off and mind you she was rough to the point of painful not to mention she had cut one nail so short earlier it was into my nail bed and painful. In the end they turn out pretty except the shape way more narrow than I want. And my thumb is sore where she cut so short But the customer service was very lacking and seemed downright rude. The two of them talking not a word of English and being so rough. Sorry to say this place came recommended. And I did tip her above 20% because she had to do them over but honesty I will not be back and I will not be recommending them.

Yordi’s Tube Great place !!owner is so nice I love my nail done for my vaccination. I did deep on my lunch time but they allowed me walk-in pedicure and eye trading in evening. Thank you

IDLE AWHILE They were nice but for what I paid for a pedi, you would think I would get a better job. I paid $65 for a pedi and $35 for gel and the color was all uneven and not solid. They actually spent more time on my husband’s feet than mine. There was still calluses. It’s kind of upsetting for the amount I paid. I wouldn’t recommend going here

Jenna Neff-Jacques BEST gel manicure EVER!!! It lasted 2 weeks with no chipping and possibly would have gone longer, but my nails grew out and I had to take it off for work. I also had a regular pedicure that still looks great! They remodeled during the Covid-19 stay at home order and the place is very nice and very clean with plastic dividers between all booths. Highly recommend and will be back again!

leo i LOVE nail pro! I’ve been going here for a couple months now, and i’m in love with this salon! they are fast, cleanly, kind, talented. they have great customer service, a wonderful selection of colors, stickers, dips and chromes, and to add the cherry on top: enthusiastic and artistic nail technicians! this place will forever hold a place in my heart.

Shawnie Crawford Went in today- not the worst job but definitely not happy with the finished product. Before starting I mentioned there was some damage on the left side of my thumb nail that caused my nail to be crooked the last time I got my nails done, which it has been at least 4 months so the nail is almost fully grown back on that side. However, I forewarned her and asked if she could make sure its not crooked again. It was(*pictured). So I asked her to file the left side-she filed both sides again making the right side shorter than I wanted and my nail still crooked. The third times the charm I guess but its still kinda crooked. I know thats hard to avoid sometimes but I mean thats why I mentioned it. I also mentioned to her that a chunk of the right side of my middle finger nail (*pictured) wasnt filled with the acrylic all the way and she ignored me. Ive always had a problem saying something about my nails but I expressed my wishes today and still was disappointed. Not too mention the acrylic on all my nails is super uneven, thin in some spots and super bulky in others which I tried to show in the pictures. The pricing was fair, but overall unhappy with my experience. Belated Update ** After 3 days 4 nails had bubbles and I took them all off on day 6

Alyssa Martinez Just had the worst and most unsanitary pedicure of my life, lol. Literally have no idea what the guys name is, but he didn’t ask me which pedicure option I wanted and just began working on my feet so fast, without taking the time to even ask how short I wanted them. to scrub or remove dead skin. I asked him for the callus remover as my feet really needed it and he look annoyed and then aggressively used it, cutting my foot with the scraper. He didn’t even get the dead skin and calluses off completely. My nails are not Cut evenly, different lengths and angles. lol. He was done within 30 minutes and it was the worst quality pedicure I’ve ever had. On top of that-he was touching my feet and working with no gloves, procedes to Get up mid-pedicure and take someone’s card payment WITHOUT washing his hands! Super Unsanitary!! He also played on his phone and Went back and forth from my feet to his phone. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Tayanna Thorne I love V-Tech. I go with my mom and my aunt every 3 weeks. The place is almost always busy but the wait for a walk in is maybe 15 minutes if every technician is on another customer. I love that they have gotten more receptionists so the technicians never have to really worry about answering phones and greeting people. The staff is always friendly and the place is super clean. I recommend every one who asks about my nails to go there.

Carlee Biggar I only ever go here if my main nail lady is gone and I regret it every single time. I’m rushed in and rushed out with no attention to detail. I went there yesterday and they didn’t even give me a second to pick out a color and then were annoyed when they asked what color I wanted and I said I didn’t know because you didn’t let me look. And then I ask for a simple small heart…something my 7 year old could have done and it looks awful. I would have addressed it but the lady looked at it and said it looked good and I just wanted out of there. They charged me $6 for a “design” which was no design. Hate this place.

cora belton My friend made an appointment for me and her to get acrylic nails. we waited about 5 minutes and they sat me and her down. My friend was sat at a clean area and they started doing her nails. they say me down next to her at a messy area with mail, keys and other things. the man who was at the front desk started doing her nails, so he would stop every few minutes, if not less, to answer the phone and other things. then another man came and took me across the room and started doing my nails. he made me bleed twice, and was very rough when filing my nails. you could tell he just wanted to get me out so he could have more customers. he would pull on my fingers and mumble words to himself. he only did two coats of gel polish on my nails, so they are kind of see through. you can see the marks on my nails and where he glued on the extra part. he even filed the side of one of me nails very jagged which i fixed myself at home. they charged me almost 70 dollars for short almond acrylic nails. i also had to wait almost ten minutes to pay. i would honestly not go again and did not care for their nails or customer service.

Kate Sandoval I would discourage everyone from attending this school. The instructor doesn’t have any lesson plans, projects, or grading. Which breaks the school contract created by instructor. I paid the down deposit of $6,500 to attend this school; my first month was January and the teacher wasn’t there at all. My third month I was told by instructor “it doesn’t matter what I’m taught because I already paid”. I wanted to ask for my money back and quit this school, but couldn’t because the contract I signed. Total I paid $8,500 for this school to which I was provided a box that had expired makeup, books, small microdermabrasion wand, and eyelash extension supplies. I was told that this is the supplies I use for the state test, when that is not true because the state test requires towels, gloves, eye protection, and other supplies that is not included in the box. I was told by the instructor to read the book on my own time. Instructor will only demonstrate if a paying client is getting the service done. Instructor humiliates students infront of clients, and gossips about “students not working hard enough”, when students are not employees, they are there to learn through lesson plans, demonstration, and graded feedback; NOT solely hands on experience. Instructor will go on vacations leaving students to run the salon and work on clients without any instructor physically present. I had several clients through Facebook which I worked on by myself without any instructor present in the salon. When I had clients while instructor is physically present; the instructor would be busy working on their own clients, and not available for questions or ask for help. When I do ask questions the instructor has little patience with repeating information, and I would be told that “I was already told”. This is not a school. I would fill out my own state hours timesheet, putting the number of hours I attended in subject categories I wasn’t taught. Instructor double dips waxing sticks which is cross contaminating the wax pot, and doesn’t clean wax pot between customers. Instructor washes facial towels with pedicure towels and floor mop rags. Instructor does not follow disinfecting directions from manufacturer. Most of Instructors products are expired. Instructor constantly fights with boyfriends creating an unprofessional and hostile environment. Instructor allows unlicensed and unregistered students to work on clients at salon. I know this instructor is going to say this is my fault because “students get out of it what they will”, but that is not true, this is not a true school, it’s more of an apprenticeship, and I shouldn’t have to pay if it’s an apprenticeship. I paid to learn about AHA and BHA, to be encouraged in opening a business, and proper sanitation. Instead each student receives a different experience because there is no lesson plan, projects, or graded feedback that is followed. This is not a school. Be aware! I’m only writing this review because I wish it existed before I paid $8500 and 8 months. This was a horrible experience for me. The instructor is breaking several state laws, and I can’t find this school in the bbb.

Carolyn Dougherty I just had a wonderful gel manicure and pedicure this morning with Lilian! The shop is very clean and Lilian was so sweet and did a fantastic job on my nails. Because it’s a school the prices were fantastic considering I had a deluxe mani/pedi and even got a hot river rock massage on my legs. I would absolutely come here again and wish I lived closer to do so. Keep in mind this is a school so the owner will be assisting the students occasionally. I actually enjoyed that part because she seemed to be very encouraging and supportive of her students. Lilian you are amazing! You made my day!

Stephanie Berg A lady named Hin? Did my nails today. She did an AMAZING job! My usual wasn’t available so I decided to try somewhere new and I have no regrets! They are smooth, clear, and beautifully shaped. She took her time making sure they were perfect and I couldn’t be any more satisfied!! I had a terrible Mother’s Day and I finally smiled when she was finished. You have no idea how much this meant to me! Thank you!!

Ashley Gifford I love this salon. They owners are so friendly! I took my daughters (7) and (6) to get their nails done. Even though my daughters were moving a lot from being excited they were extremely patient. They did a wonderful job painting their nails. We will definitely be back!

Madison Mackenzie In a wedding this weekend. Walked in and asked for what the bride requested. Normally I’m a bold solid color, short shellac girly. Pinky did an incredible job with length, shape and color recommendations. Obsessed with my new nails! Service was kind and efficient

Luz A All equipment for the manicure was dirty. Used rusted nail clippers on my nails. The brushes for the acrylics were dirty with product from another client. The monomer was also dirty it looked to have product from anothor client. Seems to not have been changed for a while. Also used the same nail buffer on my hand and feet for the pedicure and proceeds to put it back on her nail station. My acrylic nails came out okay. She was nice but rushed throughout everything. The gel on my toes came off the same night. The gel polish wasnt cured completely. Overall not the greatest service. I will not be going back. I wanted to give this place a chance , since Ive heard good things about it.

J C I went to Pinky’s for a gel pedicure. They did a great job! I thought they had a great selection of colors and my toes look fabulous. My favorite part was the foot and lower leg massage. So good! Pinky’s isn’t fancy, but it’s a family business and the people are great. I will keep going back.

Heather Madison I just recently got my nails done here, around a week ago. I happen to break one & knowing they’re not open on Tuesday. I called Wednesday (today). I was told they’re completely booked until Friday. Understandable but for someone who just went & spent $ to get a full service (mani & pedi) who is now calling to have 1 nail repaired, & being told no is just rediculous I’ve run into this a lot w other nail places but to be treated like my $10-20 to repair wasn’t enough for their time just makes me not ever want to come back. Bad costumer service.

DesaRee Wancho On a busy graduation and Apple Blossom weekend, I walked in and asked if somebody could immediately assist me before a wedding. Earlier that day, I had gone to another nail salon where they just butchered my nail they promised to “fix” It had broke, one week after a fill and manicure by them. At Bellagio, I was immediately offered assistance, they shortened, shaped, and changed the color. My nails, although short now, look amazing! Thank you!! I truly appreciated the care and customer service.

p a l o m a Not sure why this place has so many 1 star reviews. I had a great experience for my first time. Walked in on a Saturday with no appointment and asked if they had time for a pedicure. I waited for maybe 5 minutes until one of the sweetest ladies gave me the best service. I didn’t even ask for it but she gave me the hot rocks and towels and all the deliciousness. Got in there real good and was so relaxing I closed my eyes for a few minutes. The price was totally reasonable too. It was $42 for a pedicure with gel polish. I tipped $13 because I wanted to show my appreciation for going above and beyond. I’ve gotten my nails done at multiple places in town and they always cut me so I didn’t really have high expectations. Glad I went on a whim when other places were busy. Will be back in 2 weeks!

Alicia H I was visiting Wenatchee and stopped in on the recommendation of someone who has her nails done here regularly and I wasn’t disappointed! I don’t get my nails done often because I’m really hard on my hands and a manicure - even gel- rarely holds up more than a few days, but it was a special occasion so I wanted my nails to look nice. I couldn’t be more pleased! My nails looked great when I left - I didn’t take a picture, but more importantly, it’s been almost 3 weeks since I had them done and they STILL look great! I have gardened, washed dishes and done all of the things that normally take a toll on a manicure, with or without gloves and I literally just got my first chip today. I will definitely stop in again the next time I’m in town and highly recommend the service I received.

Tere Schwind Nancy does an amazing job every time! She never clips me wrong or hurts my skin! She’s amazing at painlessly removing nail corners prone to ingrowns! Super gentle and thorough! I have had pedicures all over the valley and many are good but almost always I get clipped or have to brace myself for such things! Not with Nancy! Not overpriced and no long wait time all the times I’ve come here.

Jennifer Gann I have been going here for year and so has my sister and a few friends. We wouldnt go anywhere else. They are all hilarious and fun to sit and chat with and do some amazing work. Amy and Alex are great at what they do and the enviorment is always clean and bright. They do get busy so make sure you try to call ahead or make an appointment. But they will always fit in walk-ins. They do great waxes and pedicures as well!!

Desirea Doty My mother and I went in today for our nails. My mother had acrylics done with a French manicure. I was suppose to get tips done then have my nails painted white with teal tips. I did not get tips and the lady just painted my nails ALL tall with silver sparkle on the tips. I told her twice that i just wanted teal on the tips and she just said ya ya. Then i was charged 35 dollars for just getting my nails painted when my mother paid 30 for French manicured acrylic nails. The place is a joke and a rip off. I will NEVER go there again or refer anyone.

Eve I have not been there for 2 years. My toenail fungus is just clearing up. I got it at V and K Nails. My Aunt and I went there for a Christmas treat. I made it clear that there would be two of us, when I made the reservation. We got there and only one chair was available. She sat and I stood and visited with her for a few min. while they cleaned the basin next to her. It didnt dawn on me at the time but they used the towel to wipe it out that the former customer had used. No soap, no spray. Just drained it and wiped it out and I sat down, etc. Within a few weeks I had toenail fungus. Went to the Dr. Medication not safe for my liver. So just used the over the counter stuff. Took 2 years. I went to the nail salon and told them, quietly, and all the Mgr. said was Not to come there anymore. Period.

Jasmyn Werner Not a place I will go again. Took forever to get my nails done then I go up front and am told what normally costs me $35 pretty much everywhere else cost me $50 here. Such a rip off and they dont have set prices they just pick whatever they want to charge you. After all that my nails fell off within a week. Terrible place!!! Will never go back!!!

Samantha Dowd Not friendly, called in advance but they still made me wait +45 minutes. Alex (male technician closest to door) did my nails and I am not pleased. Paid $45 for a full set (fairly pricey) and he left sand marks and my nails were uneven and lumpy. He spent the time telling me about his new 26 year old, "white" girlfriend which made me feel uncomfortable.
