Corazon N I received a facial service from Gabby as part of her Black Friday special. She was accommodating to a schedule change in my part and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got exactly what I needed/wanted and did an amazing job! I am extremely happy with the service provided and my skin skill looks radiant over a week later! Oh, and her awesome personality was a plus! I will definitely be going back and have raved about her to several of my friends already.

Jenn Claypool I had an amazing experience with Gabby at Bare skin. I had a facial treatment for my inflamed red skin. My skin looked and felt so amazing when she was done. I had such relief with her Lavender jelly mask. She took her time and massaged my whole face. The whole experience was so relaxing. I woke up to almost no redness this morning with my skin looking and feeling so much calmer. I also love her cute and clean studio. I cannot wait until my next facial, thanks Gabby.

Jacob Collier My cousin got their hair cut and dyed here, and the results were fantastic! They got their hair cut and got a fashion color oil slick done. When I first saw them, I was so blown away that I immediately took a picture. Womens hair cut was 60, the special color job was 250, which Im told is a fairly typical rate. The service was so friendly, Im considering driving up there to get my hair dyed myself! (For the first time, I might add!) Kim specifically was fantastic, friendly, and attentive, in the way that I would work hard to find excuses to go back!

GM A La Mode Spa and Salon TriCities is by far top notch!! As you walk in the ambiance is so calming, serene and quiet. I recently had a massage from Valerie and she listened to my needs of areas to focus on. I came there stiff and left feeling as a whole new women. Relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to conquer the world. Absolutely highly recommended. Also they carry a line of Babor which is so satisfying and designed for ny facial skin needs. Babor is A+++ along with everyone I came in contact with. Out of this world customer service excellence! I have already scheduled another massage, next is a Facial. Everyone this is a must try if you havnt already!! Traci Larson My husband and I just had a couples massage here today and it was AMAZING! The customer service, attention to detail and communication was unmatched! It was more expensive than we have done before but was miles above the previous places we had been to. We will definitely be returning. It was money well spent 100%!

Megan Phillips I cant say enough great things about this place! The technician was absolutely phenomenal with my two anxious large dogs. She handled them with such care and professionalism, making them feel safe and comfortable. She efficiently trimmed their nails and cleaned their ears without any issues. I was beyond impressed with her skill and patience. This was such a positive experience for both me and my pups, and we will absolutely be repeat customers. Highly recommend!

My hair feels so healthy and soft and the color is always exactly what I asked for. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to find a stylist who is easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about each of her clients. Mchaidez Such a great beauty salon with many different beauty services to offer. I’ve been going with Iris for my hair for about 3 years now and there’s no one else I’d rather go with. She’s a perfectionist and knows what’s best for your hair. I trust her blindly. I also get my nails done there with Cinthia and the vibes are just great here, If you’re looking to relax and get a little girl time in this is the place. They will make you feel right at home. Cindy Chung Such a sweet couple! Probably the best leg massage I was given for a pedicure. Husband really took his time on my acrylics and even gave me tips on how to better care for them. Wife also painted my toes beautifully!

Carey Gavaert This was after 5 days. Shiny coat on top is gone, white is uneven and chipping, you can see under where the dang tips were glued and i was cut a few times. Really wanted to love this place since it’s in a convenient location for me. Having to find a different location to get them fixed before a wedding

Nicole Mokler This place has the best pedicures! My standard pedicure was far better than any expensive deluxe pedicure I’ve gotten at other places! The salon is very nice and clean, and the staff are super friendly.

Brittnee Lommers The haircut was good and really fast. However, there were like 4 adults just sitting around that appeared to work there, but only one person cutting hair. And they each had a child with them that was just running around the salon. There were toys in a corner, which was nice, but they were completely covered in hair. One girl was climbing all over the cars you sit in for haircuts and no one was watching her. We were the only clients there. The Jeep we chose to sit in was also dirty.

Jackie Cone I really wanted to love this place. Ive heard and read great things about it but my experience was not that case. I do want to start off by saying I took my toddler in and he was not happy to start off with (hence the three stars). Check in was fine, not too long of a wait. When we were called back, the little jeep my little one sat in was pretty dirty. I understand its a hair salon and theres obviously going to be hair but between that and it actually needing a wipe down it was a little gross. The haircut starts and my little one is unhappy. I distract him by playing some coco melon. However, in general it seemed like the stylist was struggling. About 10 min later were off the chair, the stylist doesnt even wipe his hair down nor anything. So I ask for a towel, and she hands me a dirty one. I pay AND tip. I get back home and notice he has a bald spot on the back of his head and his edges are terrible. One side of his head is more trimmed than the other. Really sad and disappointed with the experience and haircut.

Shyla Hill Have used Monkey Dooz and specifically Rain to do my kids hair the last 2 years! She does great work. My kids are active and move a lot and she takes the time to to distract and re direct them to get them to where they need to be and gets their hair cuts done quickly and perfect. My kids always have an enjoyable experience and never sad to hop in the cars to get a cut from Rain. I learned at our last appointment that she’s even about 6 months pregnant and that baby bump didn’t slow her down, she did amazing!

Marcie C After a couple of bad experiences with other salons I was hesitant to ever get acrylic nails again. After seeing the work from 4 Ever Nails on my friend I decided to give it a shot. Sunny did a beautiful job and I love how they turned out. And they arent thick and bulky like I had experienced in another place. They are very comfortable. Very friendly atmosphere.

Brissely I went in to get a full set & all i wanted were short frenchies. when i sat down she came & started on my nails & went in with the drill so quick & didn’t even try to get the edges or dead skin of my nails. all of my dead skin are still there & they should always provide getting the hands & nails to look nice as well. they look like duck nails, they’re not nicely squared & look fat.. & they don’t look like the picture i showed her at all. also while she was drilling my nails she’d look up a couple times & would burn the edges of my nails. after all the drilling she didn’t even have me go wash my hands, leaving all the dust off the acrylic on my hands & just went in with the top coat. finally let me mention she took 30 MINUTES to do my nails. no full set should take that little of time. she was in a hurry & they only had 2 other customers there.. no moisturizer or nothing. i’ll add the photo i showed them as well.

Elizabeth I love how Kim does my nails. She takes extra care with the shape of my nails because Ive had bad experiences with my nails looking too wide and I like a longer elegant look.

Kalli Kovis Visiting the Tri and found great reviews for Super Nails. Called and got an appointment and they got started right away! Tiffany did my nails and was super kind, removed my existing dip powder and listened to my requests of how I wanted my nails done and was very efficient. She didn’t rush anything and made sure my nails and the color was to my liking, I did dip powder again. The salon was nice and tidy as well! Only gave four stars because she could have cleaned the extra debris/ material from my fingers but nothing that won’t be removed from washing hands or coming off in a day! Thank you Tiffany and Super Nails for fitting me in and your great welcoming customer service ☺️

Rayne Ensminger I went here for my wedding set and would say my experience was pretty good. The gal who did my nails was very nice and double checked with me between steps to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. My only complaint is that she was kind of rushing at the end of it and just ended up slapping on a glob of lotion and not messaging it in much which I found odd. There was also a bit of gel left on my fingertips but I just took care of that at home with some acetone. I would have just expected a bit more attention to detail for an $85 manicure. I would say 3.8/5 stars; could have been better, could have been worse.

A Jj Quinn is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for over a year now and she is by far the best nail tech!!! So creative, so talented, so sweet, and extremely accommodating. The salon is always so clean, the other techs are very friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place! You want quality, book with Quinn!

Laura Juarez When I got to the salon I had asked the nail technician if she could do the same nails as the first pic which was my inspo pic. She reassured me that she could, I felt so disappointed with the end product. I should’ve have said something but I didn’t because of how embarrassed I was. The nails are super thick, when you touch them you have feel lumps all throughout the nails and they are not smooth at all. Some of the nails are crooked, and let’s not talk about the painting aspect, you can tell that some spots needed a little more white polish and the same with the same ends of the nails. This job was definitely not worth 50 bucks. At this point I just want these nails off.

Liz Baumgarten If I could give this place negative stars I would. They have little to no talent to do any sort of nail designs. I went there with my daughter for both of us to get pedicures and myself a manicure as well. The gentleman doing my manicure took 40 minutes just trying to buff my nails, he cut me three different times and one of them wouldn’t stop bleeding so he had the great idea of putting a glob of nail glue on the cut so now I have a glob of hardened blood/nail glue right next to my cuticle and when it comes off the entire nails gonna come off Long story short, they kept messing up, kept trying to redo it and it got to the point that we were there for going on 3 1/2 hours and I was so over it that I just left with black because I did not want them to keep trying Later that day, one of my toenails and two of my other fingers chipped off because the gel was not cured and it was too gob on there, so the underlayer was still wet. I tried calling them to ask for a refund and they told me that they would not refund my money , they said that they would fix it for me but I didn’t want to do that. I paid $133 for a terrible experience and super messed up nails and the fact that they wouldn’t even refund me or anything or give me a partial refund is just mind flowing. They are not professional it is a terrible terrible terrible place. I suggest never going there.

Feliz Navidad I absolutely love my nails! The nail technician was super detail oriented and very gentle. I chose the color Summer Hot Pink #414 and topped it with Twinkle Star. I will definitely go back to the nail salon.

Jonalynn Horn Gentleman who did my nails was smoking a cigarette while holding the door open as I walked in for my appointment. Did not wash his hands before he started on my nails. I understand people having smoke breaks however the whole salon reeked of cigarettes. This is not the color I asked for, completely different than what I selected from the nail palette (supposed to be steel gray). My cuticles are obliterated, I’ve had my nails done enough to know what speed the nail drills should be on and it typically doesn’t sound like an airplane taking off. Instead of soaking my cuticles and trimming them he drilled them off and they are very raw and sore. I can understand a little nick or an accident but he was intentionally drilling my cuticles even after I had flinched several times. I paid and tipped appropriately as I always do at any salon but due to the nausea from the cigarettes and damage to my cuticles I will not be returning.

Dani Kenoyer Went in for a simple gel manicure. As the employee was painting my nails I saw some patches on the sides that were left unpainted and nail polish overall was patchy. I thought for sure he would clean up the edges on the second coat...he put the top coat on, rubbed lotion on my arms and then at the very end asked if I liked them, not giving me a chance to ask for changes. This is not worth 30 dollars and I will have to get them fixed somewhere else! So disappointed. Will not be going back!!

Caitlin Nielson It’s a great budget option to get your nails done — at the end of the day, my pedicure looked nice (nail shape and paint), however they don’t really give a great “spa” experience. The foot massage was rushed and they don’t trim the toenails down the sides (to prevent / fix minor ingrown). Spent most of the time with my feet in the water waiting for the nail lady who then rushed through the appointment. They were pretty busy (even though we had appointments) so that may be why

Catrin L Single handedly the best place Ive ever had my nails done at. The service was faster and higher quality than any other place Ive been to. From walking in and out the door, it took about 60 mins for a removal and a new full set. Before she even added polish, I couldnt tell she my nail ended and the acrylic started. And not too thick. Just overall beautiful execution. Seriously, I have no complaints. AND it was only $45 in total before gratuity!

Melissa Pulido I have been going to this nail spa for many many years I’ve also taken all of my children all of my sisters my mother, who comes from Mexico and every year ask us to go see Kim and I referred anybody and everybody I can Kim and her staff go above and beyond all my expectations and she is wonderful when it comes to nail designs anything I can think of she can do and if I can’t think of anything, she always figure some kind of design to do and blows me out of the water every time I am also diabetic and she is very careful and cautious when I go she make sure that I am the most comfortable and she never hurts my feet the pedicure stations are always very clean. She goes above and beyond as far as cleanse leanness, I I will never go to another, nor will I trust anybody with my elderly mother or my children. I work two jobs, and I always have a hard time making it in but she always makes it possible for me to have the service that I need done even if it’s at the last minute. Eyebrows of both my daughter and myself were done by Kim and my nails as well.

Andie Zurbrick Kim was able to nail the look I was going for for my sons wedding. It took forever to find the shade I was envisioning, and she helped so much and was so patient. Bottom Pic is inspo. My mom also wanted "melted French tip ombre nails." Kim suggested the glitter powder, and my mom loves it!

I get gel pedicures and manicures. No matter who does my nails, they always look fantastic. They listen to what you want and do such a wonderful job!! casey gonzales Well. First of all i knew they were talking about me for changing my mind after she was out of the color marble nails i wanted. Made me uncomfortable and irritated. She jerked my hands and fingers the entire time. The glitter powder was so old its yellow compared to the display that was transparent - her nail work is great tho. Only plus.

Dee I am so happy with Viva Nails and all the staff who work there! I had the best pedicure from Freddy who gave the best massage I’ve seriously ever had! Katy did my nails which were acrylic and introduced me to the Dip powder. I love them. She took her time as to not leave them too thick. I’ve had acrylic for well over 15 years and I’m sold on the Dip. I’m new to Richland and have tried 4 other salons since February. I’ve found my home at Viva Nails! H Denton Terrible experience! Went in for a fill and a pedi. Tech left hot towels on my legs until they were freezing while he went out for an extended smoke break. Another tech had to holler for him to come back in. The fill was extremely painful as he nicked my skin multiple times causing me to bleed, before proceeding to spray my nails with acetone. Sloppy paint job to add on top!

Rose B They are super friendly and always do a good job. My one suggestion would be that they get the plastice liners for their pedicure sinks. Most salons are going that direction for cleanliness sake and I believe theyd get more business for that small investment. Update: Last two pedis were frankly horrible. Not going back.

They not only gave her a mini mani and painted her nails, they gave her a flower design on her tiny thumbs and then only charged me a very small fee. I paid double because she felt so special. It was awesome.

Dasha Fisenko Never going back, employees friendly but so lazy, she didn’t put any effort into my pedicure , took her only 20 min to do it and she raced through the whole process like she just checked marked all the steps. So disappointed, trust me there are better places to get pedi done.

C D Came here and got a pedicure and gel polish on my nails, the older lady did my pedicure, and didn’t clean underneath my toe nails or the sides of my toe nails, when I asked if they could do it they said they did. ( I came home and cleaned them out my self so they definitely did not) the younger lady did my polish on my feet that looked pretty good. The older lady did my gel polish on my fingers that looked absolutely awful, could have had my 10 year old do a better job. Needless to say I will not go back.

Ally Perry Got a French manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Looks great. The lady that did my toenails got my very painful ingrown toenail out in less than a minute with no bleeding and very little pain. I was thoroughly impressed. I will be coming back monthly for that instead of going to the doctor.

Makenzie Warren Painful! Went to get acrylic set taken off, and they peeled them off. They said they wouldn’t usually take them off early (at 4 weeks) because it would damage my nail. I have done acrylics for a long time and have had them for as little as 2 weeks and got them removed by soaking and filing and never had damage issues… never ever have I had acrylics removed this way, so painful.

Emma Robinson I went here august 1st 2024, one day overdue (I was very pregnant), the gal asked me when I was due so I told her yesterday, she said "Ill put you into labor" and rubbed my feet so hard... well she was correct, that night my water broke and had a successful vbac, and only yesterday 11/21/24 did finally all the nail polish she put on, came off. I would say it was a 20 outta 10 experience. They were nice and fun, and my polish lasted forever. Would 100% recommend

Enjeda Becker I had a pretty negative experience here. I went twice. First for a pedi and medi then just a medi. The eoman acted like she didnt want to work on me at all. I was very kind and polite and tipped well in cash. She was also playing games on her phone during. Also Im use to more in depth medi pedi and all she did was file my nails and had me rub the cuticle oil on myself. It was very surprising. Ill definitely be tipping closer to 40% at my regular spots now that I have adeeper appreciation for the differences in being pampered. Check out my other reviews for salon goodies!
