Lucia was the first to understand what I wanted and I love my hair again for the first time in years! (I think I might even like it more than my previous favorite cuts.) Amazing! So glad I found her.
Matt Gardner: Showed up to buy a gift certificate for a Xmas gift. There were three stylists working on customers. We walked up to the front desk thinking one of them would ask us if we needed help or say just a minute. We stood there for 15 minutes and not one of them acknowledged us. I will never go back and will get my gift card elsewhere. Not good for small business Saturday!

Benjamin Eierdam: Took my daughter in for a haircut booked the $25 basic haircut and when it was time to pay it was $36. I asked why and the lady said she had to do a little bit more. Nobody approached me asking if that was okay. I guess they just get to overcharge you without asking.
