1 /5 marina lopez: I don’t usually write reviews but unfortunately I did not have an exceptional visit. First, the ladies in the salon were talking very disrespectfully about other women. Not appropriate especially while clients are in for an appointment. Second, I got my hair done by Hailey and she did not do what I asked. I showed her pictures and told her exactly what I wanted. I empathized on how I wanted to keep my ends bleached (as they were when I arrived), also more bleach on face framing strands, and my roots darker to cancel out the brass. After she toned it, it came out one light brown color. Zero blonde. I was told it will wash out but my blonde is nowhere to be seen. My hair did not turn out the way I explained, even with the pictures I showed her. I did not feel heard, this isn’t what I paid for.
