Ed Smith Cooley Smiles is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Every hygienist is incredibly personable, and I love getting to know each of them beyond just my appointments. Dr. Scott is always a pleasure to talk to. He’s encouraging, explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and creates such a welcoming atmosphere that I actually enjoy my time at the dentist. Walking into the office feels like stepping into an allergy-free zone. My nose clears up immediately! The entire place is spotless, and the staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet at a dental office. I never feel like I’m "at the dentist" when I come here. He took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of my teeth and gums, and what improvements could be made for my dental health. My dental hygienist, MacKenzie, was awesome! Nikolas Cortez When I moved to Everett from Bothell, I switched to Cooley Smiles because it was closer, and I feel like I really lucked out. The atmosphere and staff here are fantastic! The team is welcoming and skilled, and they make visits as comfortable as possible. I love that they have TVs to watch while you’re in the chair, and everyone is great at keeping a conversation going, which really helps the time fly by. The only downside is that they’re not open on Fridays, but honestly, the quality of care more than makes up for that. I’d highly recommend Cooley Smiles to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Viola Fedorchuk I dont usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at Avenue Dental Care Office that I felt like I had to share. I went in for a full mouth exam, x-rays, and to get a night guard, and honestly, everyone there made the whole process so easy and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease right away. Dr.Arpita Sharma took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on at each step, which I really appreciated. Getting fitted for the night guard was way more straightforward than I expected, and its already made a huge difference—my jaw doesnt feel sore anymore when I wake up, and Im sleeping better too. Just really grateful for the care and attention I got. Highly recommend them if youre looking for a place that feels both professional and personal.

Ariadne Ruiz I recently had an exam with Dr. Sharma. She was amazing and thorough, explaining what treatment I would need to have done as well as listening to my concerns. They were able to get me schedule for fillings as soon as possible. Dr.Kenny made sure I was fully numb before starting, which is an issue Ive had with previous dentists. Everyone from the front, the assistants, and the doctors were amazing and very helpful.

S M Dr. Mohammed was phenomenal! His dedication, attention to detail, and the time he took to ensure my dental issues were fully addressed really stood out. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and care. However, the pricing at the clinic was extremely high—even with dental insurance. (To be fair, pricing is set by the corporation and not by the doctor himself.) The receptionist also made it clear that it was all about the money—she was solely focused on collecting payment in full upfront, which added to the uncomfortable feeling that the clinic takes advantage of ‘emergency’ situations.

Christa Lillard I would give a zero star review if I could. I have been scheduled for 3 days with severe dental pain. I get called at 8:20pm the night before telling me the Assistant called in for tomorrow. They told me they cannot have any patients without an assistant. You seriously have 1 assistant in an emergency dental clinic???? She said yep, we only have 1. If this is how you run your practice I will go else where. I have already been in severe pain for 4 days whats another 2 or 3 for a quality, patient based clinic. Ill take my insurance and my $ to a clinic with better business practices.

Kathy Pearson I ‐ Danissa Pearson - am the one who went in, I was extremely pleased with them. It ended up being for an emergency root canal. They were literally the only ones open on Sunday, we called in around 10am and they got us in for an appointment at 11am. We got there and everyone was immediately very friendly. I have autism and 3 different forms of extreme anxiety, all they knew was that I had some anxiety. The Dentest and Dental Assistent were amazing, they did everything they could to keep me comfortable and calm - despite not having nitrous - and they checked in with me frequently. There were a few times where I started to feel pain and they had no qualms in giving me more of the numbing shots. The Dentist was extremely thorough and - when I opted to wait for a permanent crown ($1,000 more) he told me at the end that with what he did I shouldnt need one! I am very happy with my experience and very thankful for their kindness. I would definitely come back if I needed to! They were amazing!

D. Sell They are very knowledgeable and friendly. After coming here from a previous dentist who had performed two extractions and bridges at a $5000 out of pocket expense the year before, they informed me that xrays showed gaps along the bridge that would lead to problems later. Cindy in the office helped me send the necessary info over to the previous dentist who is going to redo his bridge at no charge to me.

Kelly Gunderson I had a great first experience here. The front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. My assistant Jill was easy to talk to and made the appointment fly by. Dr. Heather was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood why I needed the treatment she recommended. Overall it went well.

April Winters I have been coming to Colby Pacific Family Dentistry for many years. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received. The front desk people are always very professional and courteous. Always helping me plan the best approach to my dental care based on my financial need. My dentist and all the staff in the back making the magic happen are always respectful, courteous, and efficient. Even more important there fun and I enjoy spending time chatting with them and sharing till they start working. I had braces through a different dentist and needed a bridge at some point, so I went into get it but my dentist said, "no its not time yet until the rest of your dental is completed". She made sure I didnt have it done till it was appropriate. She made sure to increase the stability and longevity of my overall dental health, Priceless! I worry about pain when I have dental work, during and after and they always make sure Im doing well through the procedure, and I have come to trust that I wont be in pain after. In short I have never had a bad experience at this dentist and hope to stay with them for as long as I can.

Kathi Jackson This is an excellent dentistry practice. I have been going there for about ten years. They are highly skilled, care about their patients, and are clear in explaining procedures that are needed. Their dental hygienists are thorough and efficient. They have the latest technology. The office staff members are friendly and helpful. They check your insurance to see if procedures are covered and provide an estimate of charges. I recommend this practice without reservation.

Tony Song Dr. Etemadi and staff were excellent in calming my fear of having a root canal treatment. Very attentive and caring from start to finish. I highly recommend Lakeside Endodontics.

Sharon Potter Dr Etemadi and staff are pretty amazing. I never felt a thing and this is hands down my best experience with a root canal. Dr also treated his staff with respect. The receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. We hope never to need a root canal but if you do, Id highly recommend them!

Roy Brock I could not say anything good enough that would compare to the care that I received from Dr. Etemadi and his staff. From the beginning they were very professional and efficient at both setting up my appointment and getting me in for my procedure. They even told me, based on what they were given, what my cost would be well before I even got to the office. If you have had a root canal, you know that you have flashbacks when you go in for another one. Well, it had been years for me but that was what I needed. I stepped in the office, and they checked me in immediately and offered me any juice or water to start since I had gotten there early. Once it was my time I was taken back to my initial x-ray and then on to my seat. The doctor came in promptly and introduced himself and let me know that this was not going to be a painful event and that if anywhere along the way I felt anything that he would stop and do what was needed to get me to a comfortable state. That was not necessary. He listened to my concerns around pain and my past experiences and numbed my mouth accordingly. He then proceeded and talked through the entire procedure, where needed, to both check in on me but to also tell me the next steps. That was very comforting and when we got close to the end, he told me how much longer and checked in on me again. No stone was left unturned, and his staff were just as amazing. From check-in to check-out. All smooth and clear.

They have options for people like me but in addition to that they TRULY CARE about their patients. They want me to feel comfortable & ensure I receive the best care for my teeth and gums. Evelyn Wallace Love Dr. Bryant! I saw him at his prior practice and he’s such a great guy that I followed him when he moved up to Everett (and I live in downtown Seattle). I briefly went to one of those new boutique dentists (dentologie) around the corner from my place for a dental emergency and had a crappy experience: i had a large filling break and they told me i was basically just having to wait until the rest of the tooth cracked and then I’d have to get a whole dental implant. Dr. Bryant is a friend of a dear friend so I sent him a message and he immediately got me set up for an appointment to see what he could do. I just had the permanent crown put in and I’m so grateful for Dr. Bryant. His whole office is so lovely. I came in at 7 am before work and everyone was friendly and warm, especially for 7 am!!

Austin H Completely wasted my time. Im a stage 4 cancer patient that needs dental work done. I made it very clear from the start I needed insurance to cover it and that I had issues with transportation. They looked up my insurance and assured me that my insurance covers everything I need. Then proceeded to set an appointment just to tell me my insurance doesnt cover anything. They ate up the few weeks I had free to complete the work. Do not trust them they are scammers who will lie just to get you in the door.

I had three crowns and a bridge done, and I’m seriously blown away by how great everything turned out. My teeth look amazing, and for the first time in a long time, I actually feel confident about my smile. Dr. Kaopua was super attentive and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and actually cares. The staff were all so kind and made the whole process feel way less intimidating than I thought it would be. Brad Failing If you like to go to the dentist 4 times per year for a cleaning this is the place. Recently moved to Everett. Made an appointment for a cleaning. Easily scheduled. Came in but in order to have a cleaning you have to have an exam first so the dentist can prescribe the correct cleaning procedure. After your exam you need to make another appointment for a cleaning. Very unusual.

I ended up needed a couple extra procedures and they were able to squeeze me in right after my cleaning was done. Love Dr. Lee & all his staff. Tom Braaten Dr Lee is a very thorough physician with a deep knowledge of not only dental issues but also the root causes of what may be related to these issues I.e. other physical symptoms that I need to address. Dr. Lee spent a great deal of time with me , learning about my health and dental history , with the goal of trying to help my overall health. I was very impressed with my first visit with Dr Lee!!
