Kelley Hagerman Such a fun environment for kids and adults alike! This isn’t like your average dental office, but instead feels like you’re walking into a party! The atmosphere is fun, the music, the games (yes they have games) and fun treats! We loved the goodie bag they gave us at the start. My 19 year old got his treatment done here and now my 9 year has started. If you think it’s too early , it’s not, they have treatment plans for young kids to make treatment down the road easier. :-) They make the process so simple & the staff is nothing short of amazing! From the people at the front desk all the way to the doctor, everyone is amazing! They also make payment easy with payment plans that work for you! When you have an issue, they make it a priority to get you in asap too! This is definitely the place to get your treatment!

Jennifer Ellingford Walla Walla Orthodontics has a great attitude, and atmosphere. The staff are all amazing and treat my child and I wonderfully. They answer any and all questions we have, help us set up appointments and referrals and have even run as a go between when we had difficulty with our referral. laura chavez I have been going to this dental office for years and have not had any bad experiences with anyone. Everyone is pleasant and professional. This week I had the bond of my retainer come off and was able to get scheduled in pretty quickly to get my retainer fixed. Dr. Ordelheide was thorough and was able to re bond my retainer pretty quickly. He always is very personable and is good at what he does. Kudos to him and his team for doing an amazing job.

Chandler Edmister All of the people who work here have always been amazing to me. The people who run the front desk are always kind and helpful, the nurses have always been kind and calming before my appointments. Every provider I have seen has been kind, engaged in hearing what I have to say and helping to decide the best approach to my medical needs, and everyone at the pharmacy has been kind, patient and understanding when answering any questions I have regarding my medications or giving advice on how to alleviate potential side affects. They have contacted other medical providers/specialists on my behalf when I have been struggling to get them to communicate with me, theyre always going above and beyond to help as long as Im able to communicate what my needs are. I can not give higher praise to the level of care that these people put into helping people. Ive never been to a medical facility that has had such high standards and been so consistent with the level of care I have received here.

BECKY KETTNER About 10 years ago I started seeing Dr. Schroeder and his team for regular check-ups and eventually some dental work, too. Dr. Schroeder’s continued investment in staff and equipment has improved an already good experience over the years. The hygienists are knowledgeable and friendly. One of the latest additions is Jacki who helped me with a mouth guard that has quite literally transformed my health. It took quite a bit of time due to problems created by the insurance company but with her resolve and expertise, I’ve had my last appointment for awhile when all I need is a check up. From regular cleanings, to minor dental work, to a mouth guard I’ve been very happy to be a patient at 4 Seasons Dental!

alGreer25 This was my first visit at 4 Seasons Dental and by far the best overall dental appointment I have ever had. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Amy, my hygienist, was super thorough, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and is the most cheerful and friendly person. Dr Schroeder, is also very down to earth, friendly and did a complete exam and pointed out issues that could become problematic. A big shout out to Darcey and Jackie for making me feel right at home. So happy I switched dentists. Such a vast improvement.

Gina Koskela Going to the dentist at this particular office is quite a blessing. When youre greeted at the front desk They have a smile and they are eager to help you in any way they can. All the employees in the back are the same way. Everyone is very kind and helpful. And they help to put you at ease if you have some anxiety. They even have TV screens above you on the ceiling. With different things you can watch from cartoons to do it yourself programs. Dr Stuart is wonderful as well. If you have any questions he answers all of them and make sure you understand. He is also kind and very gentle while working in your mouth. He has a pretty good sense of humor as well! You can tell that everyone there loves their job and thats very important. When other thing that is important to me is that they keep their facility very clean. And I Youre just things like that right away because I own a janitorial business in Pendleton. Keep up your excellent patient care!.

Chosun Kumar I’ve been once so far and it was very pleasant. Luz was a wonderful hygienist. She was incredibly thorough and friendly to talk with. She put me at ease. Dr. Stuart was professional and had an enjoyable bedside manner. Dental visits can make me feel a little anxious sometimes but Blue Mountain was great. I’d highly recommend!

Ayleen Long I can’t recommend Alder & their team enough! I have a lot of dental trauma, especially since my TMJD diagnoses. But, the entire staff was so kind, professional, & very informative. Ed & Carolyn made the beginning and end process extremely comfortable. Whilst my dental hygienist, Kayla, is an Angel in a dental coat! She is a true professional at her job & gave me the most impressive cleaning I’ve ever had! As a barista who drinks coffee all day, she even polished my teeth so well, they’re WHITE. Lol! And Dr. Murdoch who was calm, comforting, & extremely intelligent in her line of work. It was my first experience at Alder & I’m so relieved to find a dental office I can trust. It’s nice to say, I actually really look forward to my next cleaning. :)

Burton Jones The fine folks at Alder Dental exceeded all my expectations and I would highly recommend them. Specifically Dr Patty Martin repaired a crown and reattached it to an implant using parts sent to her by my periodontist in Asheville NC, saving me the embarrassment of going without two front teeth for a couple of months before I return to NC. Cynthia Montes Broadway Dental is the absolute best for anyone needing PHENOMENAL pediatric services for their kiddos, having recently switched from the last dental office that was a complete nightmare, I really struggled with getting my daughter to not be in panic mode every-time we would go to a dental office, after switching to Broadway; the staff were very welcoming, very gentle and absolutely amazing to my daughter. Dr Shaver and his staff have been nothing but the absolute best towards my daughter, grateful for their patience with her and allowing her to have some time to settle in, reminding her that everything is okay, all while being cheerful and friendly to the point where she finally enjoys her dental visits now. Today, being her second visit she was so eager, excited and looking forward to her dental visit, I had happy tears of joy. As a mother, we always prefer a place that will take their job to heart and do whatever they can to accommodate our children and make them feel safe, all while making sure their dental needs are met! Patel really did a great job on removing the teeth and making sure I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. The entire staff here are really kind and give great insight on how to take care of your teeth after seeing you.

Jacob Markut Recently scheduled an appointment on relatively short notice. The lead dental assistant, Tara, was amazing. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind, so I was put at ease despite the pain I came in with. They actually found an anomaly in my jaw that my previous dentist did not, so I am very grateful for their expertise (and their honestly pretty cool tech). Ended up having to reschedule my follow-up appointment and that was also quite easy. Super pleased to have found this dental practice.

tawny cothey Very nice people that work here. They did their best to make me feel comfortable, and worked fast. But, I was in a lot of pain and they wanted to go over pricing for different things when I was only there for one thing. The dentist here does put a lot of pressure on you to do more work to your teeth so you spend more money. And they are very over priced. They wanted to charge me almost $7,000 for one implant. Other than their prices and trying to get me to do other things I that i didnt care to do, they were great.

Mindy Neissl What a great office! Super friendly staff, inviting atmosphere. And Dr. Farjo is so nice. This office is really easy to schedule with and even utilizes texts for quick questions to the doctor instead of having to wait for an appointment. I loved going here for my Invisalign,. They have upfront prices, no hidden extra fees, and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. If you need orthodontia work, this is the place to go!!!

Kevin Martin A true service center for those in need. Its name signifies a transformative bridge to the Son of God. It is said that "they will know we are Christians by our love." I have seen that here. The Thrift Store has several nice second hand items for a very reasonable price. The place also hosts meetings that help people and is a great referral center. I found the people who serve here very willing to help those who needed direction and help along lifes way. They truly care about helping others. I had an amazing experience.

Bob Bonstead SonBridge is quite a place. They do lots for the lower income and indigent people in the Walla Walla valley. They provide some dental care and emergency medical prescription services. They have programs for foster care people and classes for parents in the foster care program. They have a great thrift store in two areas. They have some very nice, gently used goods and another area for larger bulky items. I donate a lot to them and buy things when I cant find it elsewhere. They have a great staff of volunteers who sort through all the donated items and prep it for display. They have an area of collectibles and antiques that has some very nice pieces. The money raised goes to support their programs. Check them out!!

Baker Grover “Skip” This was my first appointment with Dr. Reitz and it was kind of an emergency for me; I broke a front tooth. When my wife called his office, they immediately called me and scheduled an appointment the next morning. When arrived the next morning I was warmly greeted by a staff member. I only waited a short time and then was brought into the exam room. When Dr. Rietz entered the first thing he did was shake my hand. After conducting an exam we talked over the options before deciding on the best possible treatment plan. Dr. Rietz and his staff were extremely professional as well as caring for my situation.

tr r Had work done in 2016 temp filling that came out the very next morning. Called to have them fix it since it fell out...the following day. They tried to schedule me for 2 months out...with a giant hole in my tooth? Had to go else where to have it done correctly since it was an emergency. Called again to tell them I had to pay another dentist to fix their mistake, and that the payment they gave me should be waived the receptionist told me it would be taken care of. Yeah never happened. Was just informed when I called to make an appointment with hopefully a new dentist for a cleaning, that I was sent to collections over what I was told would be taken care of since the dentist at the time didnt repair the tooth correctly. The dentist I went to to fix it even told me that. I would suggest Aspen or actually any other dentist in the walla walla area for any service that advantage provides
