They helped ease my anxiety a lot with the first appointment. They never pushed me and always gave me breaks along with explained everything step by step. I would definitely recommend!

When my wife called his office, they immediately called me and scheduled an appointment the next morning. When arrived the next morning I was warmly greeted by a staff member. I only waited a short time and then was brought into the exam room. When Dr. Rietz entered the first thing he did was shake my hand. After conducting an exam we talked over the options before deciding on the best possible treatment plan. Dr. Rietz and his staff were extremely professional as well as caring for my situation.

The people who run the front desk are always kind and helpful, the nurses have always been kind and calming before my appointments. Every provider I have seen has been kind, engaged in hearing what I have to say and helping to decide the best approach to my medical needs, and everyone at the pharmacy has been kind, patient and understanding when answering any questions I have regarding my medications or giving advice on how to alleviate potential side affects. They have contacted other medical providers/specialists on my behalf when I have been struggling to get them to communicate with me, theyre always going above and beyond to help as long as Im able to communicate what my needs are. I can not give higher praise to the level of care that these people put into helping people. Ive never been to a medical facility that has had such high standards and been so consistent with the level of care I have received here.

Stone Soup was great; I, however, forget everything — and her selfless husband, Dr. Karmy who helps children in underserved communities. I hope I can one day repay them all for their generosity.

They offered blankets, headphones, and more for the actual procedure, which ended up being pretty quick and totally painless after the first numbing shot. They use a dental dam so you arent getting and metal/chemicals/whatever falling into your mouth, and a rubber stopper so I didnt even have to hold my jaw open.
