Helpful, prompt & simple! I had a great transaction on the phone with a very helpful and quick representative. They were also funny and nice. The mobile app does need a good deal of work; very quirky and does not show full options for each operation.

Deveon Isaac I dont feel valued as a Allstate customer with this agency. Nothing wrong with Allstate themselves but this Agency makes me feel as If I am a plague or something. Set an appointment, no call back. Go in person, they left for lunch and never returned to the office after I wanted over an hour for them to return. One of the IT took my information down said Michelle would call me back. Never received a call back. If Allstate allowed me to change agents I would, but they dont allow that so I will have to leave the company and come back under a different agency smh.

Seblewongel Ashenafi The worst insurance agent i ever had .They cancelled the insurance with out 45 days notifcation and I was about to open case right way they reinstatement it.Then They increase my premium in the middle of.contract with out notifed me , now asking them to refund . I cancelled the insurance , they dont want to refund again .They changed the policy permium several times .They are not reliable .If there was less than 1 ,I would give them .After You joined asked previous insurance declaration and amend the policy with out notification
