5 /5 Meet Prem Singh: Rupinder is very kind and helpful. I am struggling for the last 2 to 3 days with another agent, Liz, to get my policy declaration documents. She doesn’t even bother and understand my needs. She is sending me the same document again and again. I was very pissed and fed up. Finally, when I called the office, luckily Rupinder picked up the call, and she sent me the document right away while I was on the call. Thankfully, I spoke to her. Otherwise, I was planning to change my agent and go somewhere. I highly recommend Rupinder for your personal and business insurance policies.
