Tried to increase our coverage and couldn’t even get a call back. Rep changed 3 times with no notice. If you like voicemail boxes and zero contact, this is your firm. Otherwise, avoid.

Ben Lund I have had my commercial insurance with them (Alliant bought out the original local firm about 4 years ago) for about 21 years. When they did customer service went in the tank. Now their lack of service and communications has caused my policy to not renue. One email at renue time-here is the new premium, any questions? Every year except this I would get a phone to talk about the changes. It would automatically renue. Not this year! Buyer beware!

In fact, I was so impressed with his knowledge and sales skills, that I ended up adding car insurance, along with an "umbrella" policy too. This would not have happened, except for the fact that Matthew is a very personable gentleman, whom explained insurance technical terms and "jargon" in laymans terms that I could easily understand. Equally important, his policy estimates (I had 3 other quotes from other insurers) were not beatable. Lastly, all of this was done, while I was selling a home in California and buying a home in Nine Mile Falls, Washington, i.e., I was under considerable stress "juggling" numerous other issues besides insurance for my new WA home. Stacey Kruger I asked to decrease my coverage because of an 20 dollar jump in my bill (no accident or ticket) I asked for just what the state requires and he told me he would not change my policy to the minimum needed because he doesnt feel thats enough coverage. Unless you are paying my premium...you dont get to choose my coverage. I also go paperless and was going to be charged 5 dollars for a paper copy of proof of insurance.
