    Steven Melikean: I would like to take this opportunity to thank Matthew Wu for everything he did in providing me home insurance . . . In fact, I was so impressed with his knowledge and sales skills, that I ended up adding car insurance, along with an "umbrella" policy too. This would not have happened, except for the fact that Matthew is a very personable gentleman, whom explained insurance technical terms and "jargon" in laymans terms that I could easily understand. Equally important, his policy estimates (I had 3 other quotes from other insurers) were not beatable. Lastly, all of this was done, while I was selling a home in California and buying a home in Nine Mile Falls, Washington, i.e., I was under considerable stress "juggling" numerous other issues besides insurance for my new WA home. Matthew was a pro every step of the way. Moreover, he was a friend during this trying time. In conclusion, I want to say thank you Matthew for everything you did!

It is now 5 months later and I have had to fight with them about everything. I have been transferred to 6 different agents through the process. Only one of them has been helpful shout out to Patrick in Spokane Washington for being as helpful as he could be. The rest have been absolutely useless! You know who you are Benjamin, Brenda, Lamont, Megan. They dont want to help. They dont listen. They are unreasonable and there goal is to absolutely take advantage of you, and you get nothing. My car hit = nothing other than repair and loss in value My time loss and missing out on work dealing with a damaged car = nothing My fuel spent going to get estimates on repair = nothing my returning to get the repair fixed a second time = nothing my diminished value on my was $50k plus vehicle that now shows an accident on the report = nothing Me without my vehicle for weeks = nothing What you do get for no charge from this company? Rude agents check! Canned responses check! shuffling from person to person check! Loss of time check! Loss of money check! Loss of value in your vehicle check! This company does really check all the boxes. The boxes of a company that doesnt care!
