1 /5 Justyna Dahl: I visited this branch on July 21st, 2025, at approximately 1:10 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Due to a medical emergency, my parents flight was leaving that same day, and I urgently needed to obtain an International Driving Permit (IDP). Based on the information available on the AAA website, I understood that expedited service was available at branch locations in situations like mine.
However, when I approached the counter, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response from an employee—a middle-aged woman with long dark hair. Despite clearly explaining the urgency of the situation and referencing the website’s instructions, she repeatedly told me that the IDP could only be processed online and implied that I should have planned better. When I requested to speak with a supervisor due to her lack of professionalism, she responded with an exaggerated "mmmm okayyyy" in a tone that felt dismissive.
I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, especially with other customers witnessing the interaction. In a moment of real urgency, I was hoping for assistance and understanding, but instead, I encountered condescension. I strongly encourage the management to reassess the customer service practices at this location to ensure that others do not face similar frustrations.
