    Lainey Downs: As a seller this title company did not get back to us for 3 days at the call back number given by them in their message to us. We had to contact our realtor to get a response back. They brushed it off telling us no problem as our resort town condo address was only less than an hour away from their office. This was on a Friday at 1 pm. They assumed we lived at the condo we sold. Reality was were at minimum 4 hours or more away from their office that closed at 5. And although my husband would be home the next week I had a planned out of state trip the next morning for over a week. This ended up costing us over $300 in extra homeowners dues and property taxes had we been able to sign the paperwork when it was ready 2 weeks prior to my return from my trip and a Veterans Day Holiday no less.
