1 /5 J D: These guys will say they’re canceling your policy and not actually do it. Then you get a nice bill the next month for a service you didn’t even want. They also play dumb when you ask about cheaper alternatives. I found someone way cheaper who was able to help me. Two months later I’m still disputing two months of charges for insurance I cancelled.

Karenna DeLong: Trust me, just go elsewhere! Kevin is an extremely unprofessional person with the biggest ego I’ve ever encountered. I’m honestly baffled by how he treats customers and his employees. Do not try to get insurance through his office. Would give 0 stars if I could. Would highly recommend finding a different agency within Allstate unless you’re into getting yelled at and belittled. From what I saw during a single trip to his office, he treats his employees the same way, so wouldn’t recommend working there either. Yikes!!!

Come renewing time, they charge me, bank charges me late fee, send it to collections. I called the agent and guess what!! Agent was like- oh you dont have proof you called us. Worst customer service ever!!! I used insurify and saved $1,000!!! This place is dishonest and no customer service!!!! I wont be coming back ever here!!!
