Rarely do we seek out the services of a lawyer under extremely happy circumstances, at least that wasn’t the case for my husband!     Brigina Sandobal: I was thrown off guard by my first phone conversation with Mr. Lee. His tone was extremely aggressive and his very first question was wanting to know my nationality. I felt I was being lectured rather than being helped. Communication did get better over time but that first impression was discouraging. I also had a phone conversation with Katherine Chrostowska. She downplayed my job/work duties and was belittling. Approximately 2 years ago, I was struggling with severe anxiety, PTS and depression. This interaction I had back then was unprofessional and insensitive. My hope is that no one else is treated this way.

My only disappointment was letting it go to the mediator rather than the judge. Other than that he and his team were fantastic. At the end of it was covid so I had to go there to get my "check" they slipped it out the door to me so I never really got to say thank you. So thank you Brian Duce and team.
