4 /5 Brian Strid: As far as the actual legal work and the overall friendliness of the staff, I would give Gary and his team 5 stars. Hes very nice, easy to talk to, got everything done in a timely manner and was overall easy to deal with. However I deduct points because of terrible lack of organization. I moved during the time they were working with me and despite me calling them to tell my new address in addition to writing it down while I was there AND emailing it to them they still somehow neglected to update it for billing. So this meant that my bills were going to an incorrect address and I wasnt getting them, then out of the blue I get a phone call telling me that Im about to get sent to collections on a bill I knew nothing about. On top of that they have been "unable" to take any sort of debit or credit card payment over the phone or in person for months now, which meant I had to come in and pay (not super convenient since I live 30 minutes away). Since I dont use checks because its 2022 and who uses checks anymore this meant I had to go to the bank and get cash to pay them. Then when I get there to pay I get told that they dont have any change they can give me. Seems to me if youre unable/unwilling to set yourself up to take card payments you damn sure should have a cashbox on hand to accommodate cash payments.
So to sum it up, as far as the actual work and overall friendliness of Gary and his entire staff: 5 stars all the way. As far as their organizational skills: 3 stars (and thats me being nice). Average it out, 4 stars. But if you arent going to be needing to update your address and dont mind paying with a check, Gary is a first rate attorney who you should absolutely hire.
