Nathan Patterson: Another reviewer summarized my experience so well I am going to quote liberally from it: I worked with Steve Phillips in a civil case. Working with Steve Phillips and his paralegal was a needlessly frustrating, exhausting, and difficult experience. They made numerous mistakes, lost documents and emails, made me and my attorneys do 90% of the work, and filed significantly later than was originally promised without explanation or apology (his fee approval, however, he was VERY sure to proactively file with the court). It was terrible and it took a toll on my emotional health. During my work with him and during our hearing with the judge it became apparent that Steve knew nothing about my case or my childrens situation. I only worked with him because I was required to do so by the court; if a law firm has employees that do such shoddy work I would think twice before working with anyone at this firm.
