After a review of our files, I can confirm that this individual was never a client or prospective client of our firm. We believe "Cherie R" to be such a person, but he or she is electing to use a false identity to avoid accountability for his or her statements. 5 /5 Evergreen Inn and Suites: While searching for an attorney for a squatter issue, Frank returned my call right away. He was very kind and spoke with me regarding the issue for quite some time. Unfortunately we didnt get to work together but he would be first on my list to call when an attorney is needed. He has a great voice too.

5 /5 David Carson: All of the negative reviews appeared the day after a contentious court hearing with a pro se defendant. While we appreciate the opportunity to respond to negative reviews, that task is impossible when the poster is anonymous. None of the posts appear to have come from clients. All of the posts appear to have been made simply to cause harm to our business. So we have decided to post this and request that the posts be removed. If the posts are not removed then we intend to seeking the identity of the individuals who posted the reviews. If they are in fact clients, then we will work with our clients to correct any errors we have made. If they are not clients then we will consider other appropriate courses of action.
