1 /5 Monica C: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Joana was my agent & is not professional at all. I purchased a vehicle a year ago. I immediately called Joana with Dairyland to change my policy to full coverage. Come to find out my car was under liability only.. A brand new car!!! When I contacted Joana she was completely rude!! Talking over me, wouldnt let me talk. She said I was all my fault all my fault over and over again. A professional agent would be helpful and care for interests. She also hung up on me!!! Just HORRIBLE. I dont even understand how shes an agent. Please avoid this place. No one should go through horrible service like that.
