They informed me that they would get back to me within a day and email me the new policy information. However, it has been over a week, and I have not heard anything back. Their customer service is very poor, and I feel they are quite disorganized. I cant shake the feeling that they did not want to work with me because I am an Asian male. It seems like the company may have stereotypes about Asians, which is why they have ignored my inquiries and refused to assist me.
