2 /5 lindsey lowe: Ordered a $40 pair of earrings, wore them ONE time and one of them came out of my ear unbeknownst to me and was lost. I asked if they’d replace it. They said no but they’d sell me a single earring to replace it (plus $7.50 again for shipping).
Asked if they would refund me for the single and I could return the one I still had. No again. They said they could include rubber backs for them so I wouldn’t lose another- which it seems they should include anyway so this doesn’t happen in the first place. Unfortunately, I’m not interested in being out $70+ for a single pair of be VERY minimal earrings.
Overall disappointed in my experience/won’t shop with this small business again. Plenty of makers would resolve something like this to maintain a customer relationship.
