5 /5 Meg Gallagher: I cant recommend Lisa enough! I went to her with with my engagement ring that needed significant repairs after an accidental drop on a tiled floor. She walked me and my partner through every step of the process and what options we had with repair versus remaking of the head of the ring. Ultimately, we decided to do a full prong repair versus remaking the head, and I could not be happier. We confirmed the repair on a Friday and it was finished by the following Friday. Her shop is very cool, and she is genuinely such a kind person. I am happy to have her as a local jeweler, and Ill be a customer for life! Thank you, Lisa

She helped me resize my grandmothers engagement ring and replace several missing diamonds which I then used as an engagement ring for my wife. Ive kept in touch with Lisa over the years and love to peruse Lisas serendipitous shop for last minute and less than last minute gifts. I am excited to pop over and pay a visit to her new digs in W. Seattle. I cant recommend her enough.

But from the moment I walked into her shop, the experience was a complete 180. She was warm and welcoming, creating an environment where I felt comfortable and at peace. Unlike the previous shop, where I often felt pressured and ‘sold to,’ Lisa took the time to fully understand the issue with my ring and made me feel truly cared for. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident, and my ring finally looks perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality service and genuine customer care.

I asked why they didn’t call me and they said that they did. I went to Sholdt and they had written down my phone number incorrectly. I asked why they didn’t email me and they said that they didn’t think of that. I asked for a discount because of their lousy customer service and I was told they didn’t give discounts. Sholdt is one of the lousiest businesses I’ve ever dealt with and I really advise everyone to go elsewhere!
