1 /5 Brian Blood: I wanted my garnet and diamond ring resized. Sholdt said it would take a week. I have them my phone number and email address. After two weeks I called them and they said it was done. I asked why they didn’t call me and they said that they did. I went to Sholdt and they had written down my phone number incorrectly. I asked why they didn’t email me and they said that they didn’t think of that. I asked for a discount because of their lousy customer service and I was told they didn’t give discounts. Sholdt is one of the lousiest businesses I’ve ever dealt with and I really advise everyone to go elsewhere!

Kalee (the owner) is amazing, she is vibrant, sweet and professional, she will take great care of you to find/make the best piece of jewelry for you. The craftsmanship of Sholdt is top notch, the customer service/communication is excellent, they are competitively priced and they can make basically anything. I cant recommend them enough!

David Katsandres: T. Anthony Jewelers did an amazing job for us! We worked with Andrea to design an engagement ring and wedding bands, and she was awesome. The emerald in our ring is stunning, and everything turned out just perfect. The attention to detail really made a difference. We also got a custom mens wedding band from them. The first version wasnt quite what we were looking for, but they were able to work with their vendor to have it modified for free, and it turned out perfect! Even though we moved an hour and a half away during the process, they were super accommodating, shipping the rings back and forth without charging us for it. They also took care of the appraisals and helped us navigate insurance. I would highly recommend T. Anthony Jewelers to anyone. They made the whole process stress-free and really fun. They made us feel well taken care of, and were super happy with our rings. Big thanks to Andrea and the whole team at T. Anthony Jewelers!

I don’t know, but he did some incredible stuff to my southwestern Sterling silver watchband that I don’t think anybody Can work on pieces like this ended up, beefing up the watch band itself with heavier duty parts. I love my VVS1 D clarity natural diamond 1.51 carat. I sound like an ad, I know but I did a lot of research on diamonds beforehand. No pun intended. Original Review: Kyle knew exactly what I was talking about when I said VVS1 D clarity diamond and helped me choose a carat of diamond that shows off the Emerald cut. Kay "jewelers" tried to sell me a VVS1 I clarity diamond and Kyle sat and listened to me complain and was super nice even though he had to help choose a diamond and the settings. He gave me beautiful choices and listened. Now Im just waiting for them to set it and send it. Kay jewelers almost completely ruined valentines day but Kyle at Blue Nile saved it. Thank you Kyle!
