I’m located in Indiana, so the entire purchase was based on photos from their website—and the watch looked even better in person. Connor and Austin were fantastic to work with: very responsive, professional, and made the whole transaction smooth and easy. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was top-notch. The watch itself was bubble-wrapped, the Rolex box was carefully wrapped in its own protective packaging, and everything was placed in a larger box filled with packing peanuts. It arrived in perfect condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommend! One last note: They had already set the watch to my time zone. It was a nice touch and did not go unnoticed.
