Lauren Berry Absolutely beautiful jewelry but Ive had to replace a 1,000 dollar necklace 3 times because it kept breaking at the soldering. I have a ring as well but day 1 it was bending all over the place. The floating plumeria ring. It cut into the top of my finger where I was wearing it. The earrings that I bought break out my ears and everything they sell bends. Looks beautiful though it will just break anytime it feels like. Also enjoy having a bent necklace. My boyfriend and I were at first delighted to find this shop until we realized that its cheap with a high price tag. 4/10 I highly recommend not buying here. I regret the over 2,000 I have spent there.

Jacob S Matt at Gordon James did an amazing job in helping me to pick out a custom setting for an engagement ring. My fiancé loves both her engagement ring and her wedding band so much! Jessee Taylor I had to take a moment to share the incredible customer service I’ve experienced at JLewis Jewelry—not just once, but multiple times over the years. Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched. I’ll be coming back to JLewis Jewelry for all my diamond and gold needs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy jeweler, give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

PJ Avoid this place. Abysmal customer service. I went to buy new studs to replace the ones I lost and get my ears repierced. The lady that did the piercing was new and pierced my ears with the wrong studs instead of the ones I picked out. Thats fine, mistakes happen. After I pointed out they were the wrong ones she went to get her manager. The manager came by and told me the ones I picked out were sold out, so I asked if I could refund or exchange them when they were back in stock. She basically said no, because I already got pierced, WITH THE WRONG STUDS. No refund, no exchange, no discount, not even an apology for making me pay for something I didnt choose to buy.

Jay Cushnie I went to Bellevue Coin in Bellevue to sell some gold coins. I easily set up an appointment on-line to speak with a representative. After I checked in at the store I was helped at my appointed time. The rep. Mark was friendly, welcoming and we did our transaction standing at the counter. Mark knew his stuff, explained the sale procedure and walked us through the value of the coins. I got a fair deal and was pleased with the service and the well-lighted facility which has parking and is easily accessible. I am definitely going back to sell some other “stuff” to Bellevue Coin in Bellevue.

Olivia Lyons A great shop with incredibly helpful staff. I visited Alvin Goldfarb Jewler for the first time about two weeks ago, looking to purchase a new watch. It was a relatively new model and a pretty popular one at that, so stock was pretty much non-existent in the area. Chatted with Mark for a while about my interest and left my information in the event that one became available. Fast forward a couple days, I received the call that the watch had arrived in stock. Made my way back to the shop a couple days later and purchased the amazing Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT that I’d been looking for! Super welcoming environment, again very kind staff—Mark was personable, kind, and so helpful in showing me the features of the watch. This is truly a top tier jeweler.

Lauren Berry Update!: Its so clear you can see the band. Its gorgeous. Arrived on time. Pretty packaging and is stunning! It looks best in natural light. I love my VVS1 D clarity natural diamond 1.51 carat. I sound like an ad, I know but I did a lot of research on diamonds beforehand. No pun intended. Original Review: Kyle knew exactly what I was talking about when I said VVS1 D clarity diamond and helped me choose a carat of diamond that shows off the Emerald cut. Kay "jewelers" tried to sell me a VVS1 I clarity diamond and Kyle sat and listened to me complain and was super nice even though he had to help choose a diamond and the settings. He gave me beautiful choices and listened. Now Im just waiting for them to set it and send it. Kay jewelers almost completely ruined valentines day but Kyle at Blue Nile saved it. Thank you Kyle!

Elisabelle Gonzalez Tara is amazing! I had been looking to sell my jewelry for years but never came across someone that I felt I could trust until I met Tara. Its especially difficult having a lack of knowledge in this expertise and trying to find a business that will be honest about the true worth of jewelry. She is open and honest about her work and she has made me a loyal life-long client. She is so fun to talk to, our appointments felt more like fun, rather than business (though she was able to multi-task both). Taras communication is very quick and thorough. Shes an extremely hard worker and truly does everything she can for her clients. I cant imagine going anywhere else for jewelry related needs and I wish I could rate her more stars!
