Back in 2021, my husband bought my engagement ring and had an appraisal done . Fast forward to 2025, and my ring unfortunately went missing. Filing an insurance claim with Allstate (wouldn’t recommend) has been nothing short of a nightmare. Thankfully, Jill at JLewis Jewelry stepped in to help. She kindly provided a new appraisal right away, and when the insurance company rejected it, she went the extra mile to get me a detailed estimate for a replacement—even though it was time-consuming and totally outside of her obligation. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she did—with such grace and kindness. That’s rare to find these days. The quality of their jewelry and their customer service is truly unmatched. I’ll be coming back to JLewis Jewelry for all my diamond and gold needs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy jeweler, give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

The ruby they added to my ring looks just like the other ones, same shade of red. I cant even notice it was once spilt and missing a ruby. Thank you again!

    Lauren Berry: Absolutely beautiful jewelry but Ive had to replace a 1,000 dollar necklace 3 times because it kept breaking at the soldering. I have a ring as well but day 1 it was bending all over the place. The floating plumeria ring. It cut into the top of my finger where I was wearing it. The earrings that I bought break out my ears and everything they sell bends. Looks beautiful though it will just break anytime it feels like. Also enjoy having a bent necklace. My boyfriend and I were at first delighted to find this shop until we realized that its cheap with a high price tag. 4/10 I highly recommend not buying here. I regret the over 2,000 I have spent there.

    AJ: 10 stars if I could!!! Fantastic experience with Laura from start to finish. She was professional and very knowledgeable about watches. She even noticed my Grand Seiko when I first met her, she knew my exact watch and about its movement so great to work with a fellow watch nerd. At first I was reluctant to put my name on the list as I had prior bad experience with other Rolex ADs but she convinced me to put my name down. I’m super happy I did because she was an awesome person to work with and a true representative of Ben Bridge and the Rolex brand. Shout out to Conor as well for helping me pick up the watch as I had to get it last second. All in all I highly recommend them!
