5 /5 Sign Your Name: I am writing here to WARN others who come to use the ATM here to be aware of a lady who was there last Sunday saying she sprayed something “adhesive.” First I thought she did that, perhaps, to wipe down germs after her use of the ATM. But then as I think again and saw her coming back in telling a guy next to me the same thing, I immediately thought RED FLAG. Then I realized that she was intentionally trying to get into other people’s space and violating their privacy. After I was done and sitting in my car for a second, I had seen that she still hasn’t left but came back inside again. I left but then decided to park close by to keep a lookout. Then I noticed that she changed parking spot. And came back inside again. I called a non emergency number and reported her. Had she not left I would have had a police come to “check up.”

Emily, the woman I worked with, was genuinely helpful and provided a higher level of customer service than Ive seen at other Bank of America branches. If your going to open an account with Bank of America, in my opinion, this is a great place to do so.

5 /5 renny sibo: Now I met a lady here but the name Emily.... a banker. She is the best worker I have ever seen. God bless her for me. Was able to open and account, acquired a credit card and updated my other account. Very quick and very friendly lady.

Haymura or Heymura, I dont remember how to spell her name, was the best and her service was so great that I left this Bank happy. She turned my bad day into a great day. Thank you to Bank of America for having such a friendly, respectful employee. Im happy and I recommend this Bank to anyone who is looking to open an account and bank with them.
